Much cheaper than independent quotes and was delivered the earlier end of the estimated delivery date. Will definitely be using PM again next time.

Brilliant service and communication only down side had to wait in all day as couldnt give a time slot between 8am and 6pm isnt good if working.

Parclemonkey had arranged to send my package on the 18th by a 48 hour delivery service 1 week later I found out from the customer the package had not arrived and it was still waiting to be delivered because parcel monkey had not confirmed the booking with DPD, they then scheduled to have the package delivered a further x2 times taking another 2 weeks after both delivery dates was not met I asked for the package to be sent back to my shipping address as I would be sending out a replacement due to them failing to deliver the package x3 times. They then sent the package to the customer 1 week after I had arranged the package to be sent back to me. I have then spent 1-2 weeks trying to talk to parclemonkey.com about this issue and they gave you 0 relevant information it is all copy and pasted and now they have told me I am entitled to 0 compensation and simply given me their address and told me If i want to take them to court I can. The Prices is £0 Cheaper than using the Couriers services Yourself AND they do not show you all of the available services offered by these couriers. You should only ever use Parclemonkey.com as a price comparison website and then book with the companies YOURSELF trust me this company SEEMS good untill something does wrong then they reveal their true colours. BEWARE DELIVERY TIMES CAN TAKE 1-2 WEEKS INSTEAD OF 1-2 DAYS IF YOU USE PARCLEMONKEY.COM INSTEAD OF DEALING WITH THE COURIERS DIRECTLY, i have found out from the couriers this is because Parclemonkey fails to book the packages to be collected once you have booked the packages with parclemonkey See you in court Parclemonkey

I am tearing my hair out and the inability to find anyone to help me -Its impossible .I booked an international package over 7 days ago and detailed on the collection information that the package would be avialbale to pick up from a secure outhouse at my property. DPD have now made 3 unsuccessful trip saying each time I was not in- i knew that when I booked the pick up hence the detailed instructions of where to pick up despite several emails to Parcel monkey Ive heard nothing and it now transpires that DPD will not pick up without someone being at home. Cant find a chanel to get a refund so DPD will be forever in the loop of trying to pick up a parcel that they cannot collect from a safe place!!!

The service on the UK side was smooth however not so in New Zealand. DHL wanted to charge £350 to get the parcel through customs, my friend did it herself for £35 in the end. There was no information about this and potential costs. in advance would have been useful.

Collection delayed. The person who was collecting the parcel couldnt find the address on the day so my parcel took longer than the 48 hours it was supposed to take. I called Parcel Force as they were the courier mentioned and they said it wasnt their problem, it was Parcel Monkey as they didnt have all the details they needed to find the building even though I had written all the information on the website.

Parcel Monkey are useless at chasing up any problems you may have, they dont have a contact number to call so you will have to do the chasing yourself. Parts of my order went missing and Ive had to locate the parts myself with Parcel Monkey doing nothing, Parcel Monkey said they had someone trying to find my consignment but when I rang the couriers/ depots directly no case had been opened, completely useless. AVOID.

I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH PARCEL MONKEY, THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS EXCELLENT AND IF I EVER HAVE A QUERY THEIR RESPONSE IS IMMEDIATE.
THERE PRICES ARE GOOD AND THAT COMBINED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PUTS THEM A LONG WAY AHEAD OF THEIR COMPETITORS.

It would have been nice to be informed of when the item was been collected as I had to wait in all day and it wasnt collected until 3.30pm. Once collected i am informed by the buyer you kept him updates throughout. It arrived in good order and not damaged!
