Parcel arrived having been dropped or significantly thrown around resulting in a broken item. Very disappointing and therefore I would not recommend using the service.

I couldnt believe how cheap these guys were. Parcel 2 go tried to shaft me with a cost of £25 for a 30kg package. Parcel Monkey did it for £12 and with next day delivery. Utterly insane.

Paid for 24hr express but my parcel got sent to the wrong sorting depot so it arrived a day late, I purchaced the 24hr service for a reason & i was let down..never again!

The delivery process couldnt have been easier, I didnt even have to print the address label! No hiccups or delays and even though I used parcel force it was 40% cheaper than taking my very heavy parcel to the post office to use the exact same service!

Generally theyve been pretty good. Although they went through a rough patch a couple of years ago, the company seems to have picked up again. Have used them for a few years and they generally offer a reliable, and economical, option.
No problems this time - parcel arrived intact in Europe without any issues. Ill use them again.

Appalling service, I paid delivery and insurance for a heavy item to be shipped, only for it to be damaged and after more than 3 months of protracted form filling and photographs of the damage was only offered £40 for an item that cost £140!

Great for discount courier services but if anything goes wrong the customer service is appalling. There is no telephone support and they can only be contacted via online messaging. You never get a response from the same person so nobody at Parcelmonkey really knows what is going on with your case. To make matters worse some of the customer service staff just tell lies to clear off the enquiries. I was told two days ago that an investigation had been raised with Parcelforce regarding a missing package, Parcelforce have just told me that they have not received any such request. This isnt the first time Ive had this problem either...

Really impressive service. Fraction of the cost for identical services through well established couriers. Label printing online is fantastic and the process for posting is so, so, so easy. I wish I had known of them earlier.

Parcel was supposed to be collected on Wednesday for a 24hr delivery. Its now Friday evening and still not collected. Customer service is terrible. Just generic copy and paste messages. I now have one very disappointed customer and will NEVER use Parcel Monkey again.

Amazing services quick delivery! Although my arrival at the post office wasnt great they hadnt a clue what to do with it and the label would scan but they sorted it out eventually. That was to do with the post office so maybe more advice for them !
