cant talk to a human being sure just a computer glitch, but live help lady did not know who to reslove it, used ipost in the end.

in my case i was sending a suitcase to Australia when i received email from parcel monkey to say the recepient address is wrong and the parcel should either be collected from Southampton (not London where they collected it from) or destroyed or sent back to sender at a cost of £37 which is day light robbery as i paid £123 originally to send it to Australia. it took me one full day of my time to find out the problem was not the address but the Macbook in the case which has a battery and apparently you cannot send it (why i dont know). when i was booking the parcel online i had mentioned about the Macbook but at no time was i informed nor was there any warning on the website regarding this. my problem started when things went wrong and i cannot speak to anyone at Parcel Monkey because they dont have a phone number and i have asked them several time to contact me but they have ignored my request. the customer support is only used when thing go wrong and in this case there is no support whatsoever. this site was recommended to me by my daughter to send het stuff to her but i will definitely not recommend it unless you want to be treated like a robot when things go wrong.

Picked up this site as other site got a bit confusing on price. On here five minutes later I was printing off my first parcel delivery! So I stayed on and did my second one too!! All done by 23:00 and picked up and sort by miday next day! One parcel was a day later than the other but they were at two parts of the UK so not complaining!
Will be using Parcel Monkey from now on #mrg_art

I was sending a large parcel to Northern Ireland. Another broker incorrectly quoted for a worldwide service but parcel monkey saved me over £10 by correctly identifying a UK delivery service.

Found the booking process was easy to use. Got to choose my own collection date. Parcel was collected and delivered to us with no problems. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I could not fault anything with this service, I placed order on Thursday night, it was collected on Friday from Belfast and delivered to me in London first thing on Monday.
Easy to book, fast service and very reasonable prices, could not fault anything from start to finish, would highly recommend.

i had to send a parcel from the north of Scotland to Stevenage and ParcelForce wanted over £20 so I tried Parcel Monkey. Same service for under £15! I was able to track my parcel every step of the way too. I highly recommend their service.

We booked a collection from Spain. Nothing happened on the scheduled day, no information was shared as to why. We were left to repeatedly contact the collection address to see if anything had progressed. Links to track progress did not work initially and now that we are registered there is no indication that anything has happened (despite the Spanish hotel informing us that the collection happened two days ago [four days after the scheduled pick up]). In short a great pre-sales experience but dreadful from that point onwards.

ParcelMonkeys carriers have lost a parcel which was sent out at the beginning of February. Today 9th March 2017 they tell us they are still looking for it. We have had to refund the customer, we took out increased insurance to cover the parcel but it seems that they dont want to hold their hands up and pay the claim. Its less than £100.00. We sent another order which was a few bits of sandpaper which does not weight 1kg and they have email us claiming that the parcel was over 7kg and took an extra 3.80 Wont be using again!!!!

Sorry to hear about this item being lost with the courier, please raise a support ticket addressed as FAO Manager so we can look into this further for you. In regards to an additional charge, this would come from the courier direct for us to hand over to the sender. The weight is based on volumetric weight not just actual weight so all the dimensions of the box will need to be accurate. If for any reason they are not declared, then a additional weight charge is added as the parcel is take ing up more volume in the couriers network than what has been paid for. If you feel this is incorrect, please do also get in touch and we can raise the issue with the courier you choose from our quote engine

I had a 25kg box to be shipped. The Post Office quoted me £38+. For the same service "ParcelMonkey" charged me £12. Requested collection at 10am, collected by 12, delivered by midday the next day. I paid for the 48hr service. Excellent work :Great Price ! Great Service !

I need to ship a small parcel from the UK to Singapore. Using another well know service this would have cost me three time what parcel monkey charged, and would have taken much longer.
Parcel monkey delivered my parcel in less than a week. I am delighted with the service and would highly recommend them.

I sent off a paragliding harness worth £180 and paid to protect my item. Instead the buyer received a bunch of tires. With no help from parcel monkey I had to contact the courier directly and I found out that my item was sent elsewhere and was signed for. Even with this information parcel monkey cancelled my claim because the recipient failed to cooperate even with messages that prove otherwise. Whats the point in paying to protect your item? Never had so much trouble off a service! I have now been forced to take things further
