Used twice - first time seamless, great service hence re-used.. second time failed to collect on two occasions - would have re-scheduled again had we been contacted / informed of the situation.. instead we had to raise awareness of the issue!

I would give parcel monkey 5 stars if they had a customer service call number because sometimes you cant get across the message on a chat screen. I have nothing but praise other than that. I will continue to use in fact I have already used them twice in the past few days. I cant recommend them enough. Come on parcel monkey give us a phone number it shows how confident you are with your service.

Quick service, the gentleman who delivered was very helpful.

The worst customer service you could imagine. This company proves you pay cheap you get ****! My advise to anyone tempted to use parcel monkey is dont bother. Why not instead try dropping you fragile packed parcel from the cargo hold of a plane yourself, get a few friends to jump up and down on it, gather the pieces up, deliver it to the intended destination and then spent precious time out of your holiday talking to a wall try to claim on your insurance. Parcel monkey is the biggest joke please dont waste your time or money with them.

Our company have had parcels delivered through Parcel Monkey countless times in the past and have never had a bad experience until now. We are a frozen ready meal business and always provide the information to yourselves and to the courier who delivers the parcel(s) to our customers that the food is Frozen. Im aware that this isnt predominantly your fault and fault lies with the courier also. The goods were to be delivered on a next day delivery service with Parcel Force, which was done. However, by the time they got to the customer everything had defrosted (despite clearly stating on the box that it was frozen), so they returned it with the courier the same day. This was last Friday and parcels have only just been returned to us today! We cant quite understand how this has happened but it has never happened before and are currently pursuing the complaint with said courier. I really hope this is an exception on your part as we do rely on your service due to being quick and easy to use.

This is an excellent service and you gain a far better price than going straight to the courier themselves. I use mainly Parcel Force so I believe Im on a "win win" basis. Give it a go!

The support team may take over 5 days to answer. They lost control of one of my parcels that had to be returned to the sender for over 10 days now. I will change my review if they effectively send it back to where it belongs.

The website was user friendly however the service was stated as 2-4 days and my parcel still hasnt been delivered and we are now on the 5 days with still no delivery date in mind. I used the faster service as my package needed to be delivered on the 4th day and this has failed. On that note I am only giving the site 3 stars.

Using this company for years and Im amazed how competitive they are. Always the cheapest if not way cheaper then any other for sending small to medium parcels. Best of all you can book and drop off locally. Only 1 parcel has been lost but after an investigation is was located and promptly delivered and I was also refunded the postage due to the delay. Awesome

Easy to fill in details and print off the label to attach to the parcel. The tracking system is excellent and kept me informed at all points. My sister-in-law who received the parcel in Italy said the delivery driver had kindly called to say he was running late, but had suggested alternative delivery time or drop off location which was very helpful. All in all, a great service & good value (much cheaper than other places)!

Used Parcel Monkey for the first time today after seeing some advertising of how good service they have although unfortunately NOT HAD the best impressions so far!!! I have a small business building handcrafted furniture which I sell throughout the whole of the UK and send 3-4 large parcels a week. After booking my first collection of furniture in which I found the website to be straight forward and simple I had expected my parcel to be collected today as agreed so we can get this on a next day service. After waiting in all day this has not been collected as scheduled which I went online to advise on the issue in which waiting on live chat over 20 minutes for a response of "Sorry for the inconvenience" I have a background of customer service and I believe this not to be acceptable as this is my first time using Parcel Monkey and have this experience! I must add im not one for complaining although I believe this is certainly not what I want to hear after waiting in all day losing money!! Not to mention I have a customer who has planned to wait in all day off from work tomorrow for the delivery!! Not happy with this at all and if this is not rectified I will be going to social media as I believe this to be appalling and would not recommend this to anyone.

Parcel sent using Parcel Monkey Air Express. Parcel collected from UK address when stated and delivered safely to rural New Zealand 7 days later, all for less than half the cost of Royal Mail. Will definitely use again.

Do not trust Parcel Monkey UK if you want to keep your stress and impotence levels low. One of my parcels has been returned as my item wasnt accepted by their TOS. Yes, they accept a mobile phone, but no batteries. (What kind of phone uses no batteries?) Then they gave me the option to return it to the sender once they had received it on PM headquarters, but this parcel has never been handed over to the currier and now, over a week after the "expected" collection date, they do not give me an answer on where the parcel is at the moment. They still have it (expectedly) at their offices but basically for a reason I dont know, it is not being returned to the sender. Parcel Monkey is basically hijacking my parcel on their offices and being coward enough to no even give a reason of this delay.
