FOUR HOURS LATE, RUDE, NO CONTACT NUMBER AND NO COMPENSATION OFFERED. Cancelled in the end as they wanted me to wait an additional hour! Avoid like the plague.

Sending a fragile 10 kilogram parcel from the UK to Australia turned out to be quite easy and delivery was carried out within the week with no damage incurred. And from the local Post Office.

Dreadful service, I will not be using them ever again. Parcel Monkey take no responsibility when the delivery company get it wrong. Waste of your time and energy trying solve the problem, they are not interested and if they do anything they blame the delivery company. Happy to take your money though.

Terrible. Courier didnt turn up to collect package, and didnt call - which especially sucks when they wont give you a time for collection. Customer service is an online chat function, which is hard to find, and didnt make any attempt to explain or apologise when I asked what had happened. Went directly with Parcelforce instead, which is much much better.

Even though my family received two deliveries on time, the customer service is horrible. We paid for door to door service, since I had to sent my books to my parents who are quite old. When it was delivered, the delivery driver refused to bring it to their door (despite their being a lift) and told them both times to carry it themselves since he was too busy. Obviously he was too lazy to do the work himself, which is very unprofessional!

Found this site by accident after my usual courier let me down. Have sent two heavy/large items via royal mail for next day delivery tracked and signed for very cheaply and collected from my address. Items arrived in perfect condition and early in the day. Very happy and will be using again.

Parcel collected on time delivery totally different was firstly given a Tuesday delivery time, didnt happen, then told Wednesday again not delivered finally told Thursday, then got a message to say parcel left with a neighbour not so was left at the back door a rather battered and dirty parcel certainly not as it had originally been sent!!

Parcelmonkey sent a delivery driver whos van was too small to take the four boxes. They couldnt rearrange collection for three more days after which time they still didnt specify to DPD the weight and size of the boxes and again sent a van too small. On top of that one of the boxes was lost in transit Would rate 0 stars if I could and never use again No customer service number and the live chat doesnt solve the problem they say theyll email back and investigate but I hope to call DPD myself to sort

Good online service, but I had a problem. Eventually I tracked down the lack of tracking info to ParcelForce which had failed to scan the parcel properly so it appeared stuck in the system. Parcel Monkey said, just wait and see, we have no guarantees. Not great answer.

Ive had an unacceptable experience with them. When I received my boxes, one of them had been opened and I realized it when I saw there were missing items inside (expensive ones). Thats why, luckily, I had bought an insurance. Nearly two months have gone by, and despite endless complaints and emails, they have ignored such a serious issue like a theft of goods, on top of the fact I had paid for an insurance. This is a fraud, and I dont know how to sort this out, so anyone be careful before choosing them.

Aptly named company as they dont give a monkeys chuff if your parcel is delivered or not. When something goes wrong with a delivery you soon find out that the support they offer is totally useless and that you are on your own. Online chat achieves nothing. Pay more elsewhere but even then youre at the mercy of this appalling industry.

Bad costumer support My shipment got lost and they did nothing, always saying things like "we are looking into it" for two weeks until the moment I started dealing with it personally, contacting the courier myself. A terrible service. I prefer to pay more to other companies rather than use parcelmonkeys services ever again. A nightmare

easy to arrange and plenty of local drop off sites. I used Parcel Monkey to have an item I bought on Ebay that i couldnt collect, delivered to me.
Less hassle for the seller as i arranged it all, which was easy.
Have used before and will no doubt use again.

An easy to use website, with very competitive prices. Around half the price of Parcel Force for my package.
Only let down was taking it into Sainsburys. First two members of staff not very helpful or friendly. Did not know about parcel service but found a helpful colleague who did.
Sainsburys (Isle of Wight) need to train their staff on the services they provide. Then the service will be perfect.
