Everything was fine until it to got Spain. Did not know that import duty had to be paid before goods are released, so parcel not yet received in Lanzarote

I ordered next day delivery for Tuesday of last week. To date my son has still not received the parcel. The bell on the door of his university accommodation was broken so he did not hear them ring. I was asked to give his phone number to ring him if he couldnt be contacted but no one thought to use the number! Goodness knows what state the contents will be in when he finally gets it! I wont be using parcel monkey again.

Great service from pick to delivery. The email for the parcel label was emailed not long after booking either. If I have a parcel to send I will be using Parcel Monkey again

It is a shame I have to give 1 star as a zero star rating is what I would like give. This is the worst service I have EVER experienced. I have spent £76 on a parcel courier service for a £400 purchase on eBay. I have knowledge that the contents of the parcel has been damaged in transit and recieved nothing (except the most extreme of incorrect parcels...) Having purchased a £400 wood burner on eBay I arranged for a parcel courier service with PM and DX on 4th September 2017. Having paid my £76 they just didnt turn up. Having contacted via the infuriating online chat service I was eventually refunded. Unfortunately due to the weight of the parcel I could not find another service to use so I rebooked for 12th September- this time it was picked up - but this was only the start of my problems. Nearly a month later and many many many many online chats later it is still nowhere to be seen. At one stage it was returned to the sender damaged (he sent me pictures) but did not accept it back so it remains with DX. I rejoiced last week when a parcel was recieved from DX. Mysteriously, this parcel was neither the shape or size of a woodburning stove and had several labels on it, the main one with a completely different address on it. I opened it expectantly in front onfront of my 3 year old boy to find inside it a full size female sex toy! I actually couldnt believe it. If it wasnt so infuriating it would be funny but it just wasnt funny. I thought I must be the butt of some kind of prank but no. Having recieved such a disgusting error you would have thought that PM would do something about it- maybe a phone call, any explaination. Nothing. Do not use these people. Avoid at all costs - so far its cost me a lot of time and £476.

Booked parcel on Sunday, collected Monday and delivered Tuesday as per the booking. My only gripe is that the labels were not provided until the Monday - when the process states they would be provided within less than 1 hour.

The only reason I am giving a 1 star is due to Parcel Monkey trusting my delivery with Seur (DPD). My parcel has not arrived and Seur are telling their usual lies . Will I ever see it? With Seur in control is any bodies guess. If youre reading this, check out the reviews for Seur on Trustpilot! Parcelmonkey, please change your carrier!!!!!!

I have been using Parcel Monkey for years and on larger items they are the best, no hidden charges and much more reasonable rates than most of the direct quotes.

The service provided was on time and excellent.
The collection and delivery worked like a dream and was faultless.
The same however cannot be said of the paperwork and the software employed by Parcel Monkey.
The paperwork required to be printed could not be printed from my mobile phone or laptop and in the end I had to take a screenshot, crop it then send it to my laptop to print.
I tried to download the app for my mobile and went through the various pages that needed filling in but just as I had finished it refreshed itself leaving the bottom of the page, where the forward button was, blank. I wasted an entire afternoon to get the paperwork printed and NOT install the mobile unfriendly app.
In the end I had to give up and could only track my parcel by using the link in the email tgat was originally sent to me by Parcel Monkey.

Great value saved me more than half of the price if I go with post office. And service just as fast and good.
only down line is have to print at home. When to bought new printer for it.

Parcel collected tues pm delivered am satuday to New Zealand.
Was quoted £99 by the post office to send, parcel Monkey half the price.
Loved the fact that both myself & my daughter ( was a gift for her ) was able to track it from the time it was collected till it was delivered to her door.
Definately definately use them again.
Wish id discovered them earlier would have saved a fortune.

No customs labels sent and now I have been emailed to say that I will be responsible to pay for the shipment to be re delivered from the original address! How can I attach customs labels if they werent sent to me in the first place?.

Driver arrived & barcode label not downloaded or printed. He was so helpful as I had picture of label on my phone which he transferred to his . He went away to carry on his collection & returned a half hour later with our label printed, which allowed us to complete our shipment. He was a star. So out of his way to help us. Thank you.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Two parcels booked, one was not picked up for over a week - and after I cancelled the pick up they still turned up. The second was picked up and 6 weeks on its still a mystery if it has been delivered - parcel monkey say it hasnt, but DX say it has but arent allowed to send evidence - only parcel monkey can. Parcel monkey say they contact DX but days go by with no updates. Customer service for parcel monkey essentially means sending holding messages quickly but without resolving anything. So so terrible - hugely regret using them - pay slightly more and deal direct with the delivery company.

My parcel arrived very quickly. My only problem was the UK post office personnel did not know what to do until the fourth clerk came to help. My issue is with the training of the small postal outlets that first quoted more than double what I ended up paying and with poorly trained clerks who were unfamiliar with the global mailing network.

We have sent 2 suitcases with parcel monkey 2 weeks ago. Still not arrived, stuck in transit. Company does not provide phone number to contact them and keep asking for the same info from us over and over again. They are ignoring our request to return the cases to us. ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE - DO NOT USE!!!!!!

We have used Parcel Monkey now several times from the UK to Ireland (North and South) Malta, Germany and the service has been fantastic and the prices are very reasonable - just make sure you measure your parcel accurately and weigh it correctly.

Ive used Parcel Monkey a couple of times before, and I honestly had very good experience (quick and great service at a very affordable price). However, I sent a parcel to Denmark two months ago, and I am still waiting for it. The parcel was due to arrive in 4-5 days, but after only 15 days I received an email saying that the courier didnt find the address, so the parcel was sent back to UK. They gave me only two options: picking up the parcel myself from their office in Southampton, or having it re-sent to the return address (and in this case I had to pay once again!). Since I dont live anymore in UK (many things can indeed happen in 2 months!), I have asked several times the support team if I can have the parcel sent to my current address, or book another shipment from the office in Southampton - I really wouldnt mind paying again, as long as I have my parcel back. Apparently, they have tried to contact the relevant department, and are still waiting for information whether I can do that or not. But every time I ask through the live chat, I am told a different thing; after two months they havent managed to get a response from the "relevant department" - and I cant even get in touch personally with this "relevant department"! They do not have a phone number or a contact address, and I am now afraid that I have lost my personal valuables!
