Website straight forward to use but down fall having to wait in all day for collection.
When picking a service you should tell the customer or give the customer a collection time slots if 8-12, 1-4.

Absolutely disgusted with the service provided by this organisation. They have lost my parcel. No updates on website about the status of the package. The customer service is shambolic and will fob you off with any excuse. How can cowboys like this still be in business in this day and age?

Took 2 hours to get my label and due to this i couldnt ship on the same day. Annoying especially when they say you get the label within 30 minutes. Decent prices and good communication.

Delivery driver did not show up and sent text to say he did, rebooked for same day did not show up again but this time no text, it took me ringing in to find out that he was not going to show, no phonecalls asking to collect, nothing. Then next day when it has been cancelled I get a phone call asking me why I am not answering my buzzer, is it broken? No it is because you were supposed to collect yesterday when I booked the day off and not today when I am back at work. The live help crew were ignorant, rude and gave generic unhelpful answers and then stopped even replying to me completely

I had used this company a few times without any problems sending my product to various overseas locations. However my most recent shipment was stopped at the airport and deemed unsuitable to be sent. I had to pay £20 to have the parcel returned and am I also being charged the full shipment cost to Dubai of £60 even though it never left the UK. There are better more flexible services on offer who wont just rip you off! My package was non perishable food which I ship all over the UK and the world and have used this same carrier company via a different booking site. Even if the item wasnt suitable for them to carry (which isnt the case) the charges are unacceptable. The carrier even has a food shipping policy..

No customer service. No number to call and no.answer to online enquiry. My parcel was not delivered even though I had the correct address. On tracking the parcel it never left Southampton. Now I have been asked to pay for it to be delivered to me. The same cost to have the parcel sent to Austria even though it neve4 left Southampton. I am very angry because there is no one to speak with or to explain to me why my parcel wasnt delivered.

Sorry to hear this has been returned.
The reason this was returned is that there was food in the package. Unfortunately, the carrier classes food as a prohibited item and will not carry it, so will return it straight away.

An easy service to use and bag was picked up in the morning of the collection day which was helpful, as they dont give you a time slot or even indicate if it will be morning or evening pick up. Had to email to ask how to track the bag (sent internationally) as they use a different system. The bag was then meant to be delivered within 4-5 days but took a week.

Booked for next day collection nobody turned up.cant speak to anyone from parcel monkeys via phone. Instead they ignore your complaints on the online chat.will never ever use again. Paid for a service that I clearly didnt get within a specified time. Fuming was a understatement. I guess you get what you pay for. Its in the name "monkeys"

Really bad and unprofessional and unacceptable response and dishonest approach towards investigation, after being claimed just £60 liability cover which they have offered, despite third party involved through eBay and papal they didnt accept the claim, the decision was ended based on argument not based on justice. no investigation has been taken......

My title says it all, posted on Monday, emailed recipient to say it is on next day delivery, its now Thursday.! I posted two parcels through Parcelmonkey via DPD for next day delivery didnt arrive. I posted three parcels on Monday for next day delivery via Royal Mail at the same time, the post office and DPD drop shop are next to each other. All three Royal Mail parcels were delivered the next day. I have, on a couple of occasions over the years, had next day deliveries by Royal Mail delivered a day late, it happens, however in the circumstances Royal Mail re funded the postage quickly and in full without quibble which is a great gesture. Will Pacelmonkey refund me?..............I doubt it I suppose Parcelmonkey CS will now post a reply asking me to raise a ticket for both parcels. No need to ask me. I raised one for each parcel on the 12th asking what was happening and asking for a refund. Ive had replies to both, however, though it is exactly the same problem for each parcel, oddly enough, the replies to each ticket are different ! Why is that ? The parcels eventually were delivered. So Parcelmonkey, I paid you, you paid DPD, DPD failed. Where is the problem in Parcelmonkey refunding me and claiming the money back from DPD ? There does not need to be an inquest, which appears to be going on at the moment, between Parcelmonkey and DPD to resolve all the details. As far as the customer, me, is concerned the parcel wasnt delivered on time, I neither want to know, nor care why it happened, I simply want a refund. Its not too much to ask...................is it? EDIT Amazing..........not............I have already got tickets going for both parcels and now Im asked to raise further tickets, see Mikes reply below !! Why do I need to raise further tickets Mike ?
