I used parcel monkey to send a parcel overseas. It was the first time I have ever done this and I was told the parcel would reach there on a specific date. Turns out information given to me was 100% accurate. The only reason I have not given a 5 star review is because this is the first time I have used them. Will definitely use parcel monkey again if I need to send a parcel somewhere.

Do not use this company! They completely have no respect for your items and once they are smashed to pieces, they claim they take no responsibility for them. WARNING DO NOT USE. My items were completely smashed and unrecognizable. I have to ask, what exactly are they doing with the parcels once they collect them???

Collected my parcel which was left in the porch without needing a signature. Also as I dont have a printer I hand wrote the return label on outside of package, however, I neednt have bothered as they provide one. Very convenient.

A little early to rate you, however so far it has been good, with goods being uplifted on time and the first consignment arrived the following day, even though it had been send by the lowest cost choice.

Parcel monkey failed to pick up my parcel on 7th June. I paid for 24 hour delivery. They now say theyll pick it up Monday 12th and deliver on the 13th. So much for 24 hour delivery. Asked for some form of refund and was ignored. Ill be notifying my company not to use Parcel Monkey in the future.

I had a large parcel to be delivered as the Post Office would not accept due to size. Parcel Monkey had a solution and at a reasonable cost, they arranged collection (day to suit you) via Parcel Force 48 and delivered within 2 days; also the address label is emailed for printing and attachment to your parcel. All in all, almost a hassle free service.
To improve the service, I would like to see a more efficient collection method (i.e. time slot or am/pm collection) rather than having to wait in all day.

Very impressed with Parcel Monkey postal service. The whole process was very easy. They sent update emails throughout, so i could track progress. Label printing great, and resulting label right size and clear to read. Collection was good too, only downside was i wasnt given a time slot for collection, just a general email stating collection is due today. A specific time slot would have been helpful. But would certainly use again.
