Hi my parcel still has not arrived at destination it was duplicate and went to Stoke then the North East and now on its way back to Stoke it as cost me more money chasing then it is worth it was not even collected I had take to depot no one replied to emails Tony cartwright

Rubbish! Didnt turn up for the parcel when they were supposed to and didnt offer any explanation why -like they couldnt be bothered. This was my first experience with parcel monkey and it will be my last ...monkeys by name and nature

Very easy on-line booking & customs declaration. It only takes a few minutes to do. Parcel collected quite early in the day and arrived in good form at its destination 5 days later. A super fast service from England to New Zealand.

First time user having originally booked a Hermes drop and deliver service I was told on arrival at the shop that my parcel was too big. So I used the Internet to find parcel monkey and after inputting my parcel details it offered me a various option delivery. I picked one from Royal Mail (24 hour pick up and signed delivery) paid my money and waited for them to do there stuff.
They told me an email would arrive within half an hour regarding my collection. True to there word it was in my inbox in under thirty minutes. Collected in under two hours and delivered to its destination by twelve oclock the next day.
Brilliant service, great prices and a company who can be trusted to do what they say they will offer you on the website. If ever Im sending anything again. Parcel monkey will be my first port of call.

It seemed to work quite smoothly. I could have done with a bit more info in the initial stages re the estimated time of pick up and arrival, otherwise the service was fine

My parcel was collected on Tuesday 13 June. I had selected a 3-4 day delivery service. The carrier first attempted to deliver the parcel on Tuesday 20 June at 8pm - clearly not 3 or 4 days from collection. Unfortunately it missed the occasion it was meant for and the recipients have been away much of the time since. I believe they are rearranging delivery for sometime next week when they are back home. I am very disappointed with this particular experience, as all previous deliveries have been satisfactory.

Parcel monkey has sorted me the best prices for shipping shoes around 1-2.5kg with insurance for the past 5 times Ive shipped to America/Canada. Would highly recommend as Royal Mail costs near enough £80

Very quick services; managed to get same-day pickup from Parcelforce. I needed to contact Parcel Monkey twice about the order and both times the staff were friendly, polite and helpful. I will definitely use them again.

Website could be redesigned, but seems those who own it like it as it is. For the user is sometimes a waste of time, you put the parcel details and get results, choose a service and only after you type the addresses and all details the website changes its mind and ask you to choose another service ... due to location or whatever else that could be checked from the very beginning. So Id rate the website design with one single star actually, the delivery service quality has nothing to do with Parcel Monkey ...

Not helpful - hide behind their terms and conditions make sure you read them properly they promise one thing and do another and you cant do anything about it because its hidden somewhere deep in their terms and conditions - they dont feel the need to clearly express it when they are selling you something

I paid for 2 days delivery but parcel has not been picked up for 2 days yet. Last week I sent parcel on 2/3 days delivery took 6 days to get to Germany then was delivered to wrong town depot then it got lost. I thibk this is worst Unreliable COWBOYS service in entire Europe,

Regrettably with a middle-man service like Parcel Monkey, what you save in pounds, you lose in accountability. We contracted them to return a surplus item to a retailer. Parcelmonkeys partner, DX failed to collect on the agreed day (my wife stayed home all day.) They arrived unannounced the following morning after we suggested that wed need to reschedule via chat. Fortunately she had popped home for a couple of hours. DX then so thoroughly destroyed the packaging that the goods were damaged and rejected on delivery and we are faced with a loss of £129 for the goods, plus the £44 we paid for their service. Despite the goods being in the shipping packaging that they were received in, which was perfectly adequate for the trip to us, and despite the representative of DX taking a picture of the package on collection and having no issues with the way it was packaged, Parcelmonkey have declined to take responsibility for their partners extremely careless treatment of the package. Bitterly disappointed.
