I sent a parcel to iran month ago and I pay 35£ When my parcel arrived , the postman was collecting 40£ from my family and I am so disappointed for this, Is there any explanation for this !!!!!!!

Sorry to hear you were confronted with this customs charge.
All parcels sent with us are sent as DDU delivery duty unpaid. Customs in any country can charge duties/taxes on any foreign item entering their land and unfortunately, we have no control over this as we have now contact with customs. The parcel is either held for the payment or the payment is taken at the delivery address.

I paid for Next day delivery, and my parcel was not delivered until 3 working days later. This caused the recipient a lot of stress due to waiting in for parcels. DX said that i could only get a refund through parcel monkey, and then it was up to parcel monkey to claim the money back from them. Parcel monkey have not responded to any messages, and did not assist in anyway. I will never use this service again!

Needed to arrange delivery of contract in sale to Conveyancing Solicitors
same day and contacted parcel Monkey. Courier collection and delivery effortlessly arranged online, paid, and courier duly arrived to collect the documents at just a few minutes after stated time and were delivered safely and efficiently with electronic notification of delivery with copy signature of recipient forwarded to me. Cannot really fault the service.

They do not respond to messages, its impossible to contact their customer service team if you have any problems. Even if you address them FAO Manager like previous advised. Hopefully your parcel gets delivered without a hitch.. unlike mine. Good luck using Parcel Monkey. 3 weeks.. nothing. Im out of pocket for this rubbish service. Never again.

"How did we do"? You didnt! My 2 parcels still havent been collected! * The courier showed up on Wednesday and said he was told there was only 1 parcel to pick up (there were 2), so he left. * I contacted Parcel Monkey, and they said they contacted the courier and that they would pick the parcels up on Thursday. The courier didnt show up on Thursday. * I contacted Parcel Monkey -again-, and they said the courier would pick it up on Friday. He didnt show up. Again. And now its the weekend and I have to wait until Monday to contact Parcel Monkey. Yet. Again. Unfortunately, 1 star is the lowest rating I can give. I wish I could give zero.

Easy to use website. Good choice of Couriers. Excellent prices against what I could have achieved myself. Tracking link is only as good as the information the courier can gain. For us, being abroad, once arrrived at customs, updates were slow. Would recommend and will personally use again.
