I bought an item off ebay and the seller didnt want to get involved with posting or printing out labels. I received my item a day later for a very reasonable price.

Llevo dos años usando Parcel Monkey y nunca he tenido ningun problema, hasta hoy. Habia contratado un envio desde Reino Unido hasta España con tiempo suficiente para que llegara con dos dias de antelacion. Deberian haber recogido mi paquete hace dos dias y no se ha presentado nadie a recogerlo, aun habiendo reorganizado otra recogida para el dia siguiente al original. Recibi dos franjas horarias en las que hubiese tenido que ser recogido y en ninguna, ninguno de los dos dias se ha presentado nadie ni han contactado conmigo en ningun momento. La recogida es de una oficina asi que no es posible que no me hubiese dado cuenta yo o mis 29 compañeros de que llamaban a la puerta. Siendo asi intente contactar con Parcel Monkey para averiguar que es lo que pasaba y la unica solucion que me podia dar la borde del chat fue volver a organizar otra recogida para el dia siguiente. Esta solucion ya no me es valida ya que no llegaria a tiempo asi que he pedido la devolucion del dinero y la chica del chat ha dejado de contestar. Me parece increiblemente poco profesional la forma en la que se trata a los clientes en esta compañia cuando hay algun problema. Aun habiendo usado la compañia por tanto tiempo y sin problemas (a parte de la rotura de una de las maletas que envie con ellos) siento decir que despues de este desplante tan grande no volvere a usarlos para enviar nada.

My experiences are mostly poor. They will do whatever they can to not pay out for damages for well boxed items. I would advise that you go direct to a parcel services web site and cut the middle man to prevent any bother sending items

Yet again courier never turned up making my delivery late, consequently have unhappy customers. This is the last time I will use ParcelMonkey. They should at least offer to deliver my parcels free as some form of compensation for such poor service!!!!!!!!

Providing you realise that this is a price comparison sit, and accept that customer service is a little compromised as a result, it can work very well. Prices are competitive and the couriers generally very good, great for low value items.

Quite simply the worst company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Non-existent customer service that couldnt give a monkeys about their customers once they have coughed up the dough. For your own good, dont use Parcel Monkey as if your delivery is damaged (like 3 of mine have been) they wont help you in anyway, instead theyll laugh their way to the bank after they conned you after you paid extra money in insurance that is nothing more than money in their pockets and not a means of you covering yourself if something goes wrong. STAY AWAY.

I sent one parcel to France that went smooth in the time stated but the other parcel to the USA stopped having tracking info after 3 days and as it has still not arrived its now 4 days overdue. telephoning your tracking service did not give me any new information

The delivery took a little longer than advertised (not delayed enough to be a problem as it turned out). Otherwise a convenient, easy to use and very good value option. I have used Parcel Monkey before with good results and would definitely use again.

Parcel monkey always works for me with parcel force..tried parcels to go, they didnt collect parcel for 3days (yodel)..& hermes are ok only for medium small packages..use parcel monkey everytime

Parcel collection was late. No notification that the parcel was not going to be collected and no way to track the parcel so I cant find out when to be at home for its delivery. I am still awaiting delivery so I cant comment on if my goods have arrived with any damage or what will happen to my bags if they try to deliver when I am not there and no one else is home (which is likely to happen). Altogether, a pretty **** and pricey service. I am having my bags delivered from London to Brussels. I would NOT recommend this service or use parcel monkey again.

Good prices, but website is unclear - the initial list of quotes seems unrelated to what your actual options are. The biggest problem for me, though, is that they wont let you pay for insurance on some products, even though the carrier themselves would allow it

TERRIBLE 7days to deliver a parcel to Europe. It was imperative it arrived 5th/6th July and it arrived on the 7th too late for the purpose it was needed for. An utter waste of time and money. Your web site states 3 days !!!
