God price and reliable service

I had to send the two parcels to Tenterden in Kent the quickest way possible. Parcelmonkey came up with a couple of options, of which I chose Parcelforce24. The parcels arrived at the destination safe and secure. I will definitely choose Parcelmonkey again.

Booked for next day collection, didnt get collected, booked it again for the next day didnt collect booked for the 3rd time still didnt collected asked for refunded was told as I cancelled it would be a £6.50 charge for me cancelling. I not cancelled you failed to collect 3 times after me paying 90£ for next day collection total joke

I was eager to use this shipping company and after I had sent my package I read the reviews and started to have second thoughts......... pickup was very professional, courteous and informative. I wasnt able to track my package with the tracking number given but my package arrived within its estimates 3-5 day period. My package was shipped from the UK to the Caribbean. Prompt delivery and overall great service.. I would recommend parcel monkey to anyone... its cheap and sweet and definitely worth it. Excellently job.

I cannot trace the parcel. REPEAT I CANNOT TRACK THE PARCEL: 15505356213650 It is really very annoying & upsetting. It says it will be delivered on 5 September 2017 which was yesterdays date. After that all is SILENT. WHERE IS THE PARCEL??? I have called your office today & they also cannot locate it. They say the depot in Spain is closed now. The question is that it is more than 24 hours then why nothing is in the system. If NOT DELIVERED THEN IT SHOULD SAY SO. WHY NOTHING IS TRACEABLE????? Please get in touch with me on: 07404404095

The ordering process is fantastic....as you would expect, but after sales is something that is shocking, the live chat system they have is completely useless. I need to print the customs document that i was asked to complete, the link provided is not a pdf or work but an internet linked page. I entered into live chat, currently for 40 forty minutes, they have read the question i have asked sometime ago but are not responding. I cant post until I attach the customs document, and have to post today After 59 minutes, I am asked to bear with them .... Belle is very impressive, taking 8 minutes to respond after reading my message

It is most annoying to not get an status on del, I ship in the uk, Europe and further and it wastes my time, P.M time when the parcel delivery status does not change, then I have to rely on the customer to be honest to say if he/she have the parcel, I ship out and expect confirmation on delivery, I pass this onto PM as an issue but still not resolved, you would get more of my business if you sort the couriers and your reporting structure.

Do yourself a favour and not trust this company with your goods! I sent a parcel with them a month ago and no delivery attempt has ever been made. They do not have a phone number to contact them on and do not respond online. Ive requested help from a manager there several times on this and not had any response. After ignoring my requests to resolve this and get a response from management for the past month they have now emailed me threatening to throw my parcel away unless I pay them more money! This company is seriously bad news. Reported to trading standards prior to writing this review. They have effectively stolen a couple of hundred quid from me! Parcel Monkey is a complete complete scam. Stay away.
