Needed to post heavy item (7kg) for online sale. Very good price given online at Parcel Monkey with postage label to attach to parcel. Dropped off at local supermarket and delivered 2 days later to recipient with full tracking. Perfect.

I received my parcel late. I paid extra for the 24 hour delivery and it took 48 hours. Parcel Monkey refused to explain the reason and would not offer any compensation. I was unable to leave feedback about the service of Parcel Monkey. I would not trust the reviews on the companys own website.

Parcelforce collected parcel PM reference PM5569692 on behalf of parcel monkey and immediately lost it. Over 3 weeks ago now, and still no tracking information available. Parcel Force will not help as the contract is with parcel monkey. Many emails sent to parcel Monkey via the support ticket - all just receiving stock responses and no information whatsoever on the whereabouts of the parcel. Continuing to use Parcel monkey now seems to be a significant risk for sending anything valuable. They have no ability, or perhaps just no interest in tracking a package, and the courier themselves will not talk to the end customer.

Good experience. I regularly ship through DPD and Parcelforce directly but when I compare I find much better price on Parcel Monkey .

Service itself if of 5 star. But the only complaint I have is that it took so long time to receive the postage label (at least 35 minutes). I wish, the label could be issued as soon as the ordered is placed.
Tracking is so impressive.

Paid for 2-3 day service to Germany. 5 days and I still have the parcel sitting with me. Parcel monkey gave the wrong address to The courier and so my 2-3 day service has turned into an 8 day service. Never again will I use this bunch of clowns. No apologies, nothing.

A. Reliability, reasonable cost, easy internet access, simple ergonomic forms to complete, accessible call centre.

The issue that I have experienced was: Hello We purchased at 08:38 a same day collection (as advised by Parcel Monkeys website we had 76 minutes to do so in order for it to happen), and paid the additional cost of doing so. Waited in all day for DPD to not bother to show up nor even phone to say they werent bothering to collect. Then at 22:44 we receive an email saying that we the customer had changed the collection date. We certainly did not and are unimpressed that DPD have put the onus on us. Why did we pay for a service that neither company had any intention on honouring? Just shows that we made a grave mistake in using DPD over Parcelforce. DPD are ignoring us as are Parcel Monkey who are refusing to refund for a parcel that never made it to the birthday recipient. Shambolic way of running a business. Regards

I paid for 24 hour service and collection was not made. No tracking was available. Customer service were difficult to contact and were then unhelpful and did not answer my questions.

parcel sent to Singapore on 20th. So far not delivered. no proper response from customer service bots ( or humanoids). P.Monkey knows nothing about the statusquo of the parcel. Nor do they know the contact details of the courier (DPD) to do follow up. Worst experiece ever in international mails.Royal mail would have delivered ordinary post by now (charging £3).
