Parcel Monkey are a utter joke! Please avoid at all costs lost X2 parcels with over £500 value of goods no phone support and then blocked Me on live chat support and e mail daylight robbers now being reported to trading standards. Bad Bad Bad

The DPD service I received was excellent however in the future I book directly through DPD. The reason for this is when I had a query for Parcel Monkey on the day of my collection, they were slow to respond and unable to give any updates. After a while of chasing, I contacted DPD directly and they were able to update me in minutes.

Firstly I received a phone call of the drop off centre where I left the parcel for dpd to collect 5 days after leaving it, saying they couldnt scan the barcode and that I needed to reprint it, having to deal with the rude and ignorant staff that you are set up with I resolved the situation, but prior to resolving this I tried to get into contact with yourself numerous times for help, your are uncontactable

Excellent service at a great price. A 17kg parcel to Germany arrived in 2 days - a letter I sent to the same address via Royal Mail 4 days before this has yet to get there.
I would definitely use parcelmonkey again.

I like the fact that one company actually offers the combination of many players for shipping, it is less interesting to see that most players actually offer similar pricing... and it is good to know that parcel monkey can be reached over the net via chat, however it would be better that parcel monkey updates the courier info via mail ongoingly... the most important thing.. the shipping was a two day delivery in the offer, and it became almost a week for the shipment to reach us. It did reach very well, but it is important for the recipient to know by pinpoint when the courier will arrive date and hour, which was a difficult thing this time... but all ended well glad parcel monkey exists.

Well it took 7 days to reach the destination, even though it was in the US it should be been quicker, there are other companies who offered a quicker turnaround. Second of all it did not go to the correct location! I used the exact address that was given to me but for whatever reason you delivered to a completely different address! This is unacceptable to be honest and kind of makes me wonder what exactly Iam paying for!

The package was safely delivered by Parcelforce ahead of schedule but with a saving of almost 50% on the Post Office Counter price.

Parcel booked for DPS 2 day delivery. Personally dropped off at the Parcelshop and there it sat for two days. Destination was Wales but ended up in Bournemouth depot, where I was informed there would be delay with the delivery. 4 day service was not ordered.

Its second time I used this service and I am absolutely delighted with it. Its convenient to use, easy to understand and its fast. Will use it again in the future for sure.

Rates and booking procedure are great, customer support when reporting a problem is rubbish. Dont mind using email communication but support really dont listen or understand if a problem arises. Slow communication and on some occasions have had to send reminder emails of an issue, better off contacting the courier used and resolving yourself if you can.

Whilst the website is relatively simple to use the pricing is quite high and the information scant or at least maybe not so obvious if you are in a hurry. The real problem comes when you discover the DHL collection time is anywhere from 8am to 6pm which is just not acceptable at the price!!

Generally a good experience, and the one down point was that the tracking was absolutely useless... but this may be down to Royal Mail.
According to the tracking the parcel had been picked up, great, we already knew that as we were sending it and had handed it over to the driver. After that, nothing, no record of it arriving at the hub or being sent out on delivery. We learnt from the recipient that it had been delivered two days later, on time but not on track.
Irritating...

We are currently awaiting a reply to 3 emails sent for a parcel that has been paid for on 15th August for collection from a Hoddleston address to be returned to an address in IP14. So far no contact has been made from Parcel Monkey direct or their chosen courier for the service UK Mail.

I use courier services for my business delivering jewellery to brides and this is the worst service I have used. Next time I will use another courier Express who I have had a much better experience with and you are able to talk to someone on the phone unlike Parcel Monkey where I have to wait for the email response. Despite booking the 3-6 day delivery service to Australia, the parcel arrived late after 8 working days. It was almost impossible to get a response or help from Parcel Monkey. When I reached out directly to DPD my tracking number was invalid within their system and when I eventually did speak to someone I was told that the 3-6 day countdown only starts from the time the parcel leaves the UK and the parcel sat in UK for days. Utterly disappointed as a first time customer.

My parcel was shipped from Mallorca to the UK. Having booked the 3-5 day service I was expecting it to arrive by the 5th day at the latest. My parcel arrived 13 days later after calls to Parcel Monkey, Aramex and DPD. Tracking basically told me it had been picked up but that was all. Eventually I DPD had to start an investigation into where the parcel was anf when I contacted Parcel Monkey for a refund (after 10 days) they informed me that as the parcel had not yet arrived they could not give me a refund! Now it has arrived I am hoping a full refund will be offered but I am not holding my breath.
