DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! PLEASE READ !!! I used Parcel Monkey to collect a very valuable classic car part from the South west England and deliver it to myself in wakefield West Yorks, the item that they were collecting had already travelled from california to England to reach me with no problems, Somehow Parcel Monkey lost my item at the national hub and it never reached me, i asked about making a claim for my item although i was certain that this would mean that i would not receive my item and the search (if there was one) would be called off, so after 2 weeks of waiting i took the steps to making a claim for £1000 and Parcel monkey said i had run out of time. So i was fobbed off and still never received my item. This was all back in 2013. This morning 29.10.2017 I looked at the tracking report for the shipment and it seems that Parcel Monkey have delivered my item and somebody called L.Forster has signed for it. Which is very odd because the address it was destined for was bulldozed 3 years ago to make way for developments and i now live at a completely different address. I would love an explanation for this but i think i will un-doubtedly be fobbed off again and fed a load of BS. For anybody thinking of using this company ,, just dont!! if they lose your item, they wont give a damn and they will wriggle out of paying you a penny. AVOID AT ALL COST !!! Luke Brown. Never again! no person to call; just emails and chats (!) complete instructions on how to packetize given after payment, thus increasing weight collection is done 9am-6pm. this is unreasonable! no one wastes a whole day for a single collection. no text before coming; no call. just wait endlessly! no way to contact the actual carrier (forbidden!) different price given at start and as payable

I put a previous review on here but wanted to update it - another month on and I paid again for the parcel to be redelivered but it has failed to be delivered from parcel monkey to the destination three times so again it has to be returned to me. This was after they sent me proof of delivery to say it had been delivered, but this was incorrect. How!? I have to spend nearly £20 for it to be returned to me but there is no explanation why it has not been delivered. I cannot urge you enough not to use this company - you cannot get answers and they dont care. There is no escalation process, and clearly they have people manning the emails who are not well trained as the updates vary constantly. Hopefully I will get my parcel back and will schedule with a reputable company.

I know it falls outside of Parcel Monkeys control, however I have just found out my parcel was destroyed at customs. It was a small box and had I known it was practically impossible to deal with Brazilian customs I never would have sent it. Does this happen to all packages sent to Brazil? As the sender i tried contacting about paying the taxes but i didnt know where to look. I didnt want the recipient paying almost £100 for customs!

Previous carrier took 30 days to get my parcel out to Gibraltar. Parcel Monkey / DPD took 4 working days for similar to Spain. So impressed. Will use service again.

Service very convenient as you can drop-off your parcel close to your home, and then arrange pick-up from a nearby location to the delivery address in Barcelona. Packet from Edinburgh to Barcelona took nearly 2 weeks, so not recommended if your in a rush!

Absolutely rubbish No email confirmation or labels to print off ect. Got collected promptly, driver assured me not to worry about the conformation or labels as he would sort that out. 7 days later and still no package on a next day delivery and as there is no email confirmation with reference.

Tracking on the parcel monkey site was not used as it was so far behind. I got the tracking details via the courier they used. No communication from parcel monkey that the package was even received from the pick up location. Parcel delivered later than scheduled. Charged extra because the box dimensions didnt match, as can be expected, however the calculation of the new volumetric weight doesnt match Courier calculations. No evidence provided of the measured dimensions, instead some nonsense about using state of the art laser scanners etc was mentioned; ok when were the scanners last calibrated and to which ISO method?

I cant even find the words to describe my issues with this company ! For 10 weeks now they have had my parcel ..it took 3 weeks to have it collected then they lost it,then they refunded me, after some 20 emails by me they found it at Heathrow ..I requested it be sent and repaid the fee, I received 4 emails telling me I had not paid !!! when I had proof I had ..the email you get from the company are all incompetent and frustrating I feel I am just talking to a answer machine service I now find out they are returning my parcel because The customs declaration was not complete !! AAARRRRGHHH 10 bloody weeks and I am back at the start again Please dont use this company all you will get is grey hair You never get to talk to a real person I dont even know who my courier is so I can contact them direct ....this is worrying I am so upset that my parcel will be lost again ..I have entrusted the wrong company with some very precious possessions of mine this is my second warning on this site and despite the "I will look into this " response I got back still nothing was done.
