Once I figured out that every e.mail that was sent had gone into my junk mails the service was very good and the parcel arrived in the described time. . The one thing that would make the process easier would be to have an e.mail or phone number for customer service without logging in. The issue I had was concerning my password and as I mentioned all my mails were going into junk. It did leave me very frustrated.

The cheapest service to Italy. Beats everybody on price. Tracking every step of the way including signature.
I was very concerned about sending a high value item to Italy because things go missing in that country. But this was a painless transaction, tracked every step of the way. I recommend Parcel Monkey to everybody. Thanks!

I found your service excellent, I send parcels to Texas regularly over the years and its cost me a fortune, until now I m 76 and find it difficult to get to the post office and restricted to a certain weight, now I can send it all together in one box, and my son had it in a week, and you collect the parcel from my home,I wish Id know this years ago , thankyou Sylvia Devine

If I could give this company zero stars then I would. Package was meant to be collected on Monday. No communication to say that it wouldnt be. This has resulted in both the packages going missing as the packages were left in a mail room for collection on the day they were supposed to be picked up and the following day in the hope they would be collected then. They now tell me that it can be dropped off at a FEDEX collection point to expedite the process. TERRIBLE.

My package was delivered to Italy from the UK on time at an amazing price. I would recommend you to all my family and business friends.
I had to make a little trip to drop off package at the Post office instead of being collected, but I am happy to do that for the price you charge for the service. I only paid a 3rd of the going market price for the service. You have a happy customer.
