First time and all worked out great! Used parcelforce 24 multi,didnt have an option to select an exact collection+delivery window (parcelmonkey would reschedule if it didnt work),but for the service and the great price that was a minor issue really. Recommended.

Used Parcel Monkey for the first time to send a package from the UK to Malaysia. I loved the tracking feature showing exactly where the parcel was and when it would be delivered. I would definitely use them again and recommend to other people

After one week and parcel is still with me ! Everly day i had to change pick up date because no one show up to take my parcel !In the meantime I contact two times with someone on life chat - pointless!

DO NOT USE! Today they have failed to another courier for the THIRD TIME and have not once communicated with me to explain why. My parcel is now a week late and I have waited in THREE times with no show from the courier. They take no ownership of a problem and really couldnt care less. another courier is far cheaper and FAR MORE RELIABLE Please, do not use parcel monkey....the saying is true you pay peanuts, you get monkeys

Ive used Parcelmonkey on 15 separate occasions to send goods to Canada. The webpage is easy to understand and to navigate around. Having an address book option is a big plus, also storing payment details saves a lot of time. As parcelmonkey gives you a choice of carriers, I tend to use Parcelforce, which is usually the cheaper courier service. Every parcel has arrived within a matter of days, intact and undamaged. I would recommend Parcelmonkey to anybody who was looking to send a package for a reasonable price and for it to be delivered promptly and safely.

Though I wrote mailing addresses correct but at first they told me the package is missing because the destination mail is wrong and then they responded me by email that they are sending me back my parcel. But after a couple of days it was showing that parcel is already delivered to some other person. And in this way I lost my 30 kg package. Totally fraudulent company.

Ive used Parcel Monkey for a number of years now. Not a prolific parcel sender but on every occasion the parcel has been collected on the selected day and been delivered without any problems.
The prices are very competitive and selection of carriers is quite comprehensive.
Things do go wrong sometimes and negative reviews are to be expected but in my experience PM have been very good.
I am unable to comment on their customer service if things do go wrong.

Top job! Easy and fast online ordering, very competitive prices, and great communication. My parcel was picked up from my doorstep, and was on my clients desk in Germany within two days. Really cant recommend this service enough
