Yes, very happy with Parcel Monkey, though I think you have to be careful in selecting the carrier. In my opinion Hermes & Yodel have been at times frustratingly unreliable.

Had a parcel delivered was damaged at the other end box was damaged unusable iteam had to pay the buyer full refund tried to make a cliam got mugged of constantly uploaded pic of before packed and after with the damage was told a claims adviser would get in touch two months down the line still not forward going down legal route enjoy the the legal cost parcel monkey happy to take my money thow not so happy when thing go wrong messed with the wrong solider

I tried it for a first time and everything went really smoothly.But I think more options will be beneficial,I placed my order with no problems and my sister wanted use your services as well but there was just little option- expensive and with no pick up.Apart this it was great;)

It was easy to book, print labels and drop off parcel. Device and tracking was excellent. But unfortunately it came damaged. I packaged and used a bubble wrap, but content inside leaked. Will still use your service in future, if need it.

My first time using PM, after a string of poor performance by a competitor, and with a lot more business to come I need a reliable courier service. So far not so good. The booking went OK, though the courier was a day later than I was advised in collecting. After that it all went dead. The tracking didnt work, the tracking number I was given said to be invalid, no info on if the delivery has been made or not, so left wondering.

Didnt get a text with the 1 hour collection time as per the info On collection the driver refused to sign the receipt provided by Parcel Monkey and was somewhat rude when asked to do so!

I am very impressed by how easy it is to use Parcel Monkey.
My parcel to Spain posted on a Monday arrived on the Wednesday, how quick was that!

Very good service, driver collected parcel and it was delivered the next day. What more could you ask for? Tracking worked, price was reasonable.
It would be nice if you could have a delivery time window, that may depend on who the carrier is though.
Overall very happy with the service

Theyre happy to take your money for extra insurance, but wont payout when your parcel has been damaged by a courier. The parcel had a big hole in it but they refused to accept the claim, Ive used them for years and didnt expect such ****py service. Needless to say I wont be using them again.

Overall good service. But incorrect information given regarding dpd. As of july 2017 halfords DO collect on behalf of dps. Your website said they do not. Which nearly resulted in me not using their service.

Ive used Parcel Monkey on numerous occasions and I was happy until recently where the courier they supplied could not another courier on 2 occasions and then kept my money for it..I wouldnt recommend this service as there customer service isnt up to much either..

I have received my parcel. I booked it a week ago and have been on the phone to parcelforce twice and 3 times a day trying to get them to pick the parcel up. Eventaully they picked it up yesterday so amexpecting to recive it tomorrow. Please advise when I should expect it. As the service and cost to me in time and phonecalls and from the paarcel collecteer- please issue me a full refund and explain why the service was so appalling? Arranged for a collection from Sydney, Australia delivering to UK. Parcel was collected on Tuesday, I received a call from DHL in Derby that day confirming reason for import. The parcel was delivered to me on Thursday afternoon with no problems whatsoever. Excellent service.
