Ive had an unacceptable experience with them. When I received my boxes, one of them had been opened and I realized it when I saw there were missing items inside (expensive ones). Thats why, luckily, I had bought an insurance. Nearly two months have gone by, and despite endless complaints and emails, they have ignored such a serious issue like a theft of goods, on top of the fact I had paid for an insurance. This is a fraud, and I dont know how to sort this out, so anyone be careful before choosing them.

Aptly named company as they dont give a monkeys chuff if your parcel is delivered or not. When something goes wrong with a delivery you soon find out that the support they offer is totally useless and that you are on your own. Online chat achieves nothing. Pay more elsewhere but even then youre at the mercy of this appalling industry.

Bad costumer support My shipment got lost and they did nothing, always saying things like "we are looking into it" for two weeks until the moment I started dealing with it personally, contacting the courier myself. A terrible service. I prefer to pay more to other companies rather than use parcelmonkeys services ever again. A nightmare

easy to arrange and plenty of local drop off sites. I used Parcel Monkey to have an item I bought on Ebay that i couldnt collect, delivered to me.
Less hassle for the seller as i arranged it all, which was easy.
Have used before and will no doubt use again.

An easy to use website, with very competitive prices. Around half the price of Parcel Force for my package.
Only let down was taking it into Sainsburys. First two members of staff not very helpful or friendly. Did not know about parcel service but found a helpful colleague who did.
Sainsburys (Isle of Wight) need to train their staff on the services they provide. Then the service will be perfect.

Take your money but do not deliver service. DX Freight courier supposed to pick up between 8am and 6pm today. No pick up, no explanation. Total waste.

Easy, straightforward transaction. DPD cheapest courier quoted for our parcel to Europe. Collected from our home address 12 noon Tuesday - arrived France 11am Thursday. Able to track parcel all the way.

Used Google to find a courier to offer same day collection of a parcel from Scotland to Lancashire to be collected on the 23rd August, all went well Parcel Monkey offered a Parcel Force 48 hour same day collection for £39.79, I arranged and paid only to receive a confirmation email stating my item would be collected on the 29th August some 7 days after the booking date I had selected and paid for. I contacted Parcel Monkey via their live chat function which is more like an email service as it takes about 10 minutes between messages to get any response, I finally got them to pick it up a day later than I had intended . it was delivered then within the 48 hours. the company who I purchased the item from contacted me today to say a courier had gone in yesterday the 29th August to collect the package, the company contacted me as they were worried I would be charged a second time for a courier

Honestly, dont use this company. Total shambles from beginning to end. The delivery was handled by 3 different companies; not sure what Parcel Monkey do at all, they havent even managed to update their "Tracking" info from day 1 (which was also wrong!) Online support was shocking, it was left to me to chase the other suppliers (who, to be fair were helpful). However, PM failed to update me at any time at all. Every question was met with pages cut and pasted from their "standard response"manual.... Waste of space. Save yourself the stress and use a reputable firm to start with.... In future I will be

I am truly so very disappointed and angry with parcel monkey Twice I have been given dates to another courier Twice no one has collected Now despite my constant emails I am told they "have to cancel the order as its past 5 working days" .... its only day 3 since the last dated given to me ...so not only are they incompetent but they cant even count I have paid in full for this service (one hundred and twenty five pounds)

I was moving and had some books that I wanted to take with me. I packed two boxes, weighed them and did a search on parcel monkey - simple. I picked a supplier and price that suited me. Paid by card, printed the labels and had the packages picked up the following day. One day later they arrived at destination. Great! Completely worth the £17.00 not to have to drag them through the city, onto trains, etc.

Worst company ever would not use them, stay well clear dont even bother covering your parcel as they wont pay out!!! Please put your money somewhere else as customer service shocking and dont care

As I booked Im made a mistake and put the wrong house number on the collection address. I emediatly went on to your chat line where the operator thankfully, or so ithought. ! amended the labels and sent a new labrl email to me with the corrected number on. Unfortunately same correction was not sent to update the currier!! And today tried to collect myparcel from number 22 not no 70. It was only buy chance the people at twenty two new my brother lived at 70 Thus the parcel was collected but only buy luck . Not an effective booking system. This could have been disastrous. And I am not happy. In the Knolage that If I was to use your service again. And there was a simular situation I would have no confidence that the problem would be resolved.!! Graham durrant.

Got persecuted for not fully understand there claim prosute which should have been dealt with as I suffer from a mental health condition so now out of pocket for alest £580 and was told better luck next time ????????????????

Seriously Monkeys could do a better job avoid at all costs zero customer service skills If any of the monkeys read this at Parcel Monkey please sort out the problems with PM5668025 and PM5665352 shipments its been nearly two weeks now and either customer has not received the goods that was meant to be delivered next Day!
