Parcel Monkey made it very easy for me to book my parcel collection.
It was a very quick online process and also very straight forward.
Gordy (our DPD driver) arrived as arranged to pick up the parcel.
Will use again as prices and service are better than Royal Mail.
Very happy with Parcel Monkey who make the choices very clear.

All our parcels were damaged in transit and were returned to us as they were rejected at the receiving end. We had no communication from Parcel Monkey, and were alerted to this by the company we were returning them too, and the arrival of the parcels back with us. I am keen to see how Parcel Monkey compensate us for the damage of the goods, and refund of the cost of service. Sending an automated Trust Pilot link before completing a satisfactory customer experience is bad customer service.

Cant complain about the prompt delivery but trying to get in touch with parcel monkey when on my dashboard it requested that I get in touch was frustrating. No phone numbers were listed and non of the suggested questions on the contact us page were relevant leaving me not knowing if there would be a problem picking up my parcel after the weekend. not being able to speak to a person is reason enough for me not to use them again. Very frustrating

I would rate parcel monkey and dpd a proper fat zero. I booked a courier service using parcel monkey and I chose DPD. My 2 parcels disappear in the middle.of thin air. I made a formal complaint and it took "dpd" around 28 days to make it official that the parcels.wrre lost. I dont know how its possible to loose 2 parcels that are around 40cm x 40cm so they were not quite small. And because I didnt kept my purchase receipts I.lost nearly £200 that was the value.of the contents. Every time I contacted parcel monkey regarding an update of my claim I got really stupid questions from the assistant. I am very upset because it was nearly £200 in clothes and shoes and it was also a present for my family over seas. I will never use those 2 companys and I dont recommend their services. Incompetent people that loose parcels so no trustworthy.

By going through Parcel Monkey, I actually saved money instead of using Parcel Force even though my parcel was picked up in the UK by Parcel Force!! It was then transferred to Norsk Global who delivered it in the specified time to my consignee in Spain.
I am very pleased with the service and the price quoted by Parcel Monkey

I would rate it 0 stars I would rate it 0 stars. Dont trust the other reviews left. This company is so bad its indescribable. Because your parcel is shipped with them you have no control over it and they need to contact the courier, however all they do is sit on their bum all day and do nothing because the shipping company comfirmed that they have never been contacted by them. Dont do it just pay the extra amount to ship it yourself. Trust me you will save yourself nightmares!
