Failed to pick up parcel twice. Ended up asking for a refund and travelling 2 hours to collect myself. No apology really bad service would never use again

great site to use ...easy step by step instruction ..only thing was it didnt exepted first credit card ...but took second go with differant credit card ....So over all good way to get what you need collected from one place and delivered to another in prompt expert way .....thanks

A complete nightmare, from start to six weeks later, when the packages have still not been delivered to my customer Appalling communications, ignorant staff on their chat service, no telephone number, a totally faceless brokerage service, giving no confidence whatsoever The courier managed to lose one package, which they tried sending back to me, before returning it to the French depot for delivery No attempt made to deliver the packages, contact either me or the recipient, or update either of us, before shipping them back to Southampton They now want me to pay for returning the packages to my address, before they will consider delivering them correctly I cant imagine any circumstance when I would consider using them again

Website had a glitch - when I accidentally selected to pay for £125 cover when I valued my parcel at £100, I was told that I must cover the total value of my package ! When I selected the lesser amount of cover, it was happy. Other than that. an excellent service, delivered exactly as and when forecast

trusted my computer and desk to these people had wrapped my pc with bubble wrap and sofa pillows some how they still managed to break both my PC screens and buckle and break my metal pc case. also managed to smash in corners of my wrapped up desk and crack the plastic coating. also booked with Europe by road and it arrived at its destination via an airport parcel monkey did not have any tracking info for my packages and to add more to it it was 3 days late

Less than 1 star, NEVER USE THEM. Pay the £0.5 you save using them direct to the courier company. Parcel was never collected yet they STILL have not refunded my money after chasing every week for 2 months. I keep getting fobbed off with excuses and that it has been escalated. No phone number to speak to any one. Just the ****py chat service.

Collection refused by courier because they didnt have a suitable vehicle to lift a pallet despite it being a palletised delivery service. I was asked to phone the couriers head office to send another van!!! What?! So I did and got a proper vehicle sent out. Contacted parcel monkey help, they were rubbish and just kept offering to rebook for Monday not caring to understand that the collection date is not the issue, its the couriers choice of vehicle. Anyway its a week since the next day pallet service was collected, it still hasnt arrived and tracking just states that its Been collected. Thanks parcelmonkey for charging me 50 quid for an insured next day service for a 250 quid only to be served a complete runaround, poor service and no parcel. First time I have used you and will definitely be the last. Back to another courier me thinks, at least their customer service people listen even if they arent usually able to help

Recommended by a friend, I was a little dubious about trusting an international parcel with an unknown company, but neednt have worried. Turns out they use known courier companies but at a fraction of normal prices. Royal Mail Parcelforce quoted me £59 for my parcel, but using Royal Mail Parcelforce through Parcel Monkey cost less than £20 and parcel was tracked, insured and delivered safely in 3 days.
