Shocking company avoid at all costs. Paid for 2 parcels to be delivered. No labels were emailed to me so couldnt deliver parcels and had to arrange another courier through another courier.com. Parcelmonkey kept my money and have failed to respond to any email. Dreadful criminal company.

Worth recommend to friends to use. 值得推荐朋友使用。DPD IS VERY GOOD. not recommended use DX delivery service. The driver was very very terrorist。 drop off my parcel to outside my house of road . Not move into my house. The man still said my company doesnt have this rule to move the item into your home. It was let me very very upset.

Awful company, avoid at all costs !! especially if sending freight. Booked a parcel through DX frieght, they did not collect on the first arranged day and did not notify me of why i had to contact parcel monkey to re-arrange, they again failed to turn up. contacted parcel monkey again they said they could not help as they were not the courier but also that i could not contact the courier directly. Ignored the advice and contacted the courier myself directly and re-arranged. It was then collected and took 5 days to be be delivered even though i payed for a next day service @ £70 for the parcel. Called DX to complain after three days of the parcel not being delivered and was offered a full refund, told i had to contact parcel monkey for them to send me my money back. this all happened between 24/08/17 - 01/09/17 and so far as of 03/10/17 i still have not received my refund despite some 15 messages !. Rubbish company, rubbish customer service. An absolute embarrassment to themselves !

The parcel was promptly collected in London from my house and reached the destination country (South Africa) within 2 days but it has almost been 8 working days now and it has not left the depot to be delivered to the home of the intended person. Wish I had chosen another service such as Courier or FedEx which although is more expensive, arrives on time (as specified). Wont be using ParcelForce (through ParcelMonkey) again and dont recommend it to those shipping to a developing country.

Parcel Monkey would get a 5/5, great tool comparing different couriers to choose a service that suits you easily. The 1 less star is because the courier I used via Parcel Monkey (City Sprint) emailed through a printable document - after I selected a no print option, as I dont have a printer - so I had to write quite a lot of info out onto the parcel & hope the courier would accept it. Luckily they did.
I booked the courier for 7am, needing to leave my house at 7.45am and they didnt arrive, no call or text or anything, until I was leaving. The driver was nice. Basically, dont rely on the time you book to be correct if you use City Sprint.

Parcel took longer to deliver than advertised on the website, which is very annoying when youve paid a premium for a faster service. The issue is not with the 3rd party delivery companies, but with Parcel Monkey. They are 100% responsible for information on their website and how they sell to the public. If you state 2 days delivery thats what I expect, even with a drop-off service. The reality is that the clock doesnt start ticking until the parcel is collected and that could be 1 day later. More transparency and opened required. Sorry but I wont be using Parcel Monkey again and wont be recommending to friends & family.

I sent 5 personal effects box from Lancs to Berlin using Parcelforce via Parcelmonkey. I was sceptical I must admit. It was about £14 per 20 kg box (drop off at PO). So I avoided sending anything of high value, just in case. I neednt have worried. Even though the posty in Germany had a problem with the address (Im in a share house), both Parcelforce and GLS (who Parcelforce put me in contact with) helped. The boxes finally arrived on second attempt at delivery 5 days after Id sent them. Great! My only problem was the posty declining to help me carry the boxes to my 5th floor flat :) Ill definitely use the same service again for my next batch.

Extremely horrible experience dealing with parcel monkey. They do not seem to care that the customer has to spend the whole day (8am to 6pm) waiting at Home for the parcel to be collected. My parcel was missed two days in a row. And all they can say is “we are sorry that your parcel was not collected. We are happy to reschedule the collection for you”. They really need to reflect on customer service. They also give no explanations whatsoever for why the parcel has not been collected for the day. They charged me for next day collection when I booked my parcel to be collected 5 days later, which they have not collected even after a week. I suspect they do that so that they can charge a higher price but not deliver the express service. DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY if you want your parcels to be collected and delivered on time. Looking at the reviews, there is a high chance you will experience frustrations and delays to your parcel. Unless you have time to spare.

I have used Parcel Monkey on several occasions. Very easy to use with a good, efficient service and very reasonable prices mean, I can print my label and drop off at a store. Not had any contact with their customer service, so cant comment there. So far, so good. Would recommend particularly if youre an occasional sender like me. There are many others who charge a lot more.

Was supposed to get a parcel delivered 07/09/2017 via Parcel Monkey - DX Calling card left for YODEL - Saying left parcel under bike in front garden - NO PARCEL. Spoke to Yodel no parcels for my address delivered that day or for last 3 months. I have since been trying to find were my parcel is ? but no matter what I rite to Parcel Monkey all they are saying is parcel was delivered and signed for - NO ONE IN i WORK FULL TIME ???? Clear wjhat has happened here - Either driver left the parcel under bike in wide open front garden and signed for it themselves and then it was stolen or driver as stolen parcel themselves

I used Parcelforce priority through Parcel Monkey, it was half price compared to going direct to Parcelforce. I took it to the post office Monday and it arrived in Canada on Wednesday. The process was easy and straightforward.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER! Our parcel has not been collected twice in a row which should have been delivered with DPD within 2 business days and we therefore missed an important business deadline with consequences accordingly - after 1 week our parcel has still not been collected causing us to run out of time and miss on an important business opportunity, therefore collection needed to be cancelled in the end. Customer service via chat is terrible! We constantly spoke to different people who´s responses where very robotic and standard, there was no empathy, no eager to provide us with a fast solution and long waits between responses! Truly terrible service! We have been ensured that collection will take place which did not happened in the end.... Our questions were not answered when we asked about the reasoning for the failed collections, we only received a standard "We are investigating" and to date there has been no sincere apology, no explanation, nothing. WE WILL NEVER USE PARCEL MONKEY AGAIN! ITS NOT RELIABLE AND THERE IS NO PROPER CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

It was not possible to get onto Tracker to obtain an estimate of when the parcels would be picked up. I kept getting an error message saying my parcels had not yet been loaded onto the system. This was VERY frustrating as it meant I had to ask someone to wait in for the collection all day, without even knowing if my parcels would be collected as they were not "on the system". I tried asking for an estimate of the collection time through "CHAT" but a response came 90 minutes later through my email asking for my PM number. (Since I sent the original message from my online account, I would have expected whoever was responding to the chat to have access to that info so they could deal with my problem straight away.) I didnt receive this question until I was able to check my emails in the evening, AFTER THE COLLECTION! Normally you would expect a response to the CHAT to be on the same screen I sent the message from. I am still waiting for a response to my subsequent email. In the event, a tired man came to pick up the parcels on the appointed day but late - after 6 pm. Once in the hands of ParcelForce the parcels were delivered to their destination in good time the following day - but, again, with no estimate of their delivery time available, so I was not able to warn those receiving them, as even the next day I was still not able to find my parcels on Tracker! Please can someone contact me now so we can find out what went wrong so we can all know what to do to improve things in future??

Only way of contact with this company is live chat and they just chose to ignore you. So then you open a support ticket and they just do not respond. So mike or James when you see this review do not recommend to open a support ticket FAO manager. Avoid this service!!!
