Great service. However you need to allow the use of full stops, hyphens etc. In the the address fields in your booking forms. You are losing business through this bug. And frustrating your customers.

Unfortunately for Parcel Monkey, they third party out to a company called DX. Several times they have failed to collect Next Day service, badly damaging my organisations reputation. When challenged Parcel Monkeys response was This is not a Guaranteed Service Bad communication between driver and company resulted in my members of staff waiting for the courier to collect after hours, only for a no show, then the driver claiming the next day he had told Parcel Monkey he couldnt make it. Would of given them a 1 Star review but they did manage to get some of my parcels out on time.

Terrible service! I used Parcel Monkey to send 2 letters to different addresses in the UAE. Neither were delivered and the excuse was that the address was wrong - however I send letters to the same addresses every few weeks and have never had a problem in the past. I now have to pay to have them sent back to me. There is no telephone number to contact anyone. I would not recommend Parcel Monkey to anyone!

The delivery is now 2 days late and no one in Parcel Monkey is able to inform me when the date of arrival is. I understand that delay cant be avoided sometimes, but notifications followed by an indication of how long the delay will be goes a long way. I was given a Courier code to track myself and have waited from 8am - 6pm for days without a notification for if it will arrive, or not, thats not acceptable.

I was scared because of some bad review but my experience was great, they said 3-5 days and it took 4 working days (6 with saturday and Sunday) from UK to Italy.
We tracked the parcel everyday, they sent us the labels to print out and stick on the box, we used some tape (a lot) and the parcel arrived at the delivery place safe.
We dropped the 3 boxes of 14 kilos each at the post office because I think it is easier and you dont have to wait the driver .

Always easy, quick and clear how to do business with parcel monkey and now I can also drop off at post office for collection by some carriers.
Have used a few times and recommended to many - the prices are amazing and the service with whichever carrier has been used is always top notch.
Love the fact you can see the comparison of all the carriers/services/prices so you can choose the best option for you.
