Would seriously recommend *not* using this service. Booked a next-day AM delivery via Parcelforce (incidentally another company to avoid using). Past the delivery time and the parcel still wasnt showing up on tracking. Logged the issue with Parcel Monkey (obviously no instant response since they have no skin in the game) and tried to chase the urgent parcel through Parcelforce since it really needed to have been there on time. Turns out the delivery wasnt picked up from the drop-off point! Chasing complicated by the fact that Parcel Monkey use their own address as the origin address so ended up talking to the wrong Parcelforce depot. Finally managed to get Parcelforce to agree to a early morning delivery the following for having missed the service level and make damn sure it was picked up this time (ZERO help from Parcel Monkey it should be added) If this so far sounds like its mostly a Parcelforce problem with a bit of awful customer service added, youd be right. The part that made me vow never to use these rip-off merchants again was this: Applied for a refund for my missed timed delivery that I paid extra for and was "generously" offered a 50% refund (50% of the SERVICE price, NOT including the insurance paid). Turns out that even on "guaranteed delivery" services, Parcel Monkey only offer refunds if its FIVE DAYS LATE!!! Bear in mind that Parcelforces terms of service for the delivery type I used offers ONE HUNDRED PERCENT refund for failure to deliver on time. So Parcel Monkey (who you can bet claimed the failed delivery) basically pocketed 150% of the price for failure to do ANYTHING useful. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE if you care whether your packages arrive on time!

beware even if you made insurance they not paying you back,parcel force broke my order by there mistakes ,but they said theres not enough safety packing even there wasnt any space in the box to put more safety things in it all my money wasted, parcel monkey is rubbish i payed extra insurance for nothing

I was recommended by friend who much more frequently sells articles on eBay/Gumtree to try Parcel Monkey. I found the instructions clear and easy to follow, collection was easy and I had confirmation from the recipient that the goods were delivered in good condition.

Taking money from my account I used parcel monkey on 10/08/2017 paid for delivery item got delivered no problems at all on 25/08/2017 my account was charged by parcel monkey for nothing i didnt use they services and never authorised any transactions and on my bank its says my debit card was used by them W T F reported to bank and police they will start investigation
