Absolutely Rubbish... Ive still not received an answer after 14 days as to the whereabouts of my missing parcel - no option for a refund, neither given the option to claim back the value of the contents!!! Id advise anyone to steer clear of this company.

Not happy, selected à same day collection for delivery to France two days later and paid the additional cost for doing so. Spent the entire day waiting only for the courier to never bother showing up or calling. Received an email at 22:44 to say that we the customer had changed the collection day. Not impressed at all, swindled out of funds for a service not provided.

Sent a parcel over 3 weeks ago with Parcelforce which has gone missing. I have sent many messages but Parcel monkey have not helped in any way to try and locate the missing Parcel. I keep getting told "as soon as we receive any updates, we will contact you right away" and then I never hear back from them. I had to contact Parcelforce directly in the end. I have asked PM for a claim form for insurance but they wont even send that to me saying the courier havent confirmed it is lost. I used to use PM a lot with my business. I will never use them again. I cant believe how little they care! Appalling customer service.

It was a parcel sent to China. Got a good rate from Parcel Monkey with ParcelForce service. After dropping the parcel at PF depot on 12/Jul, I only tracked the parcel twice online. 1st was on 16/Jul showing the parcel had left UK and was on the way to China. Then on 18/Jul, I was surprised to have seen the parcel already delivered and signed by the recipient. Great, reliable and swift service!! Parcel Monkey will be my 1st choice again if their rates remain competitive.

Everything was very easy, from very first moment to the last.
This was my first time posting a parcel from Northern Irland to Spain. Getting information was very clear, and posting the parcel very convenient ( closet post ofice from home), and the tracking information was great!.... the parcel arrived at home
In only 3 days!..... and cheap! GREAT WORK ! Ill use Parcel Monkey again !

Worked well although I struggled with booking procedure I needed help on the computer and I would have been helpful to speak to a human. Pick up and delivery was very good.

Used parcel monkey to get a Saturday delivery from parcel force. Lets say I wont be using them again they were rude unhelpful and not one apology. Ive asked for a full refund but never had a reply terrible customer service to say the least they told me my parcel had been left at the sorting centers had to wait 3 days longer than I needed. So if someone from parcel monkey reads this Id like a reply to my email I sent about a refund.

I arranged for a next day parcel collection (to be delivered to a person I sold a buggy too) via ParcelMonkey on the 17th July. I was expecting the collection to take place on the 18th, and ended up waiting the whole day (8am-6pm) for nothing. I have messaged the ParcelMonkey expecting to hear explanations, all I was given was we are sorry and information that the collection will take place the next day...long story short, I wasted 3days! I finally managed to phone the actual courier company, who ParcelMonkey were arranging the pick up with, where they informed me that ...consignment for collection came onto our system on the 20/07/17 ready for collection today 21/07/17. Which means ParselMonkey team lied to me about the collection dates before that date and I wasted my days for nothing!!! Yet again, the parcel wasnt collected! Im hugely disappointed and stressed since Im now in a hard situation due to complaints Ive received from my buyer! IM STILL WAITING!!!
