Utter waste of my time, complete inept useless service. They didnt even know my parcel had not been collected and delivered until I had to waste more time chasing.

disgusting company zero customer service and 4 days to deliver an item i paid for a saturday service parcel monkey have done nothing help nor have they returned my funds i paid they have no customer service phone number and the live chat is ignorant and rude i do not recc this company it is a disaster to deal with

Please can you create a support ticket with the subject FAO Manager so we can discuss the issue and look into a refund as the Saturday delivery service was not met by the chosen courier.

Booked and paid for 48 hour delivery . Took day off work waited in all day . Never arrived checked website In The evening stated attempted to deliver absolute rubbish. Telephoned the next day to explain the waste of time and asked for reason of the no show . All I got back was oh well its on the van today . Came at 6.10 wont use again

Always use Parcel Monkey and they have never let me down. All the documentation provided online is easy to use - and the Customs people seem to like it!

Excellent service and value for money. The wait between booking and confirmation was a bit uncomfortable. I would have liked more communication but all worked well in the end. Very pleased

Send a small parcel to Pakistan containing some medicines and the recipient had to pay £120 of tax to receive it, seriously !!!!! AVOID at all cost

All parcels sent with us are sent as DDU delivery duty unpaid. Customs in any country can charge duties/taxes on any foreign item entering their land and unfortunately, we have no control over this as we have no contact with customs.

The collection service was perfect.
A negative would be that the requires printer UI was unintuitive and I ended up selecting an option which required a printer despite trying my best to not do so.

Awful experience! Filled everything in online (correctly) and paid £44.98 to send a parcel to Croatia then did NOT receive any online confirmation or labels for the parcel. Attempted to make contact with the company but to do this you had to create or log in to an account. Tried to do this with absolutely no joy...... even tried setting a new password which never arrived in my inbox! No where could I find a telephone number to speak to a human being!! If for some reason they had an incorrect email address for me how come I got this request for feedback without any trouble! Currently attempting to get my money back for a service I never received as I have had to pay out another £50 to send the package with Parcel Force. Will NEVER use this company again despite the cheaper prices!!

The item arrived damaged - a Pound sized gash at the back and some of the Bamboo had splintered too. My customer was not happy and Im waiting for photos. I paid a lot to have this delivered and it was cassed as a large & heavy item but still this lovely headboard has been damaged. Im not happy.

One bad experience is enough for our company not to use this website anymore. Parcelmonkey disappointed us and created an extra burden on our resources, not to mention the stress for the customer. Account will be closed. As we are no-longer able to trust this company when we needed their service, we have no option but to end our relationship.

Dropped off at Post Office in the UK Monday morning. Arrived in France Wednesday afternoon. Used ParcelForce Europe. Package not damaged. Price was good. Great service.

Can you please explain why the last 3 shipments with parcelforce booked on a 24 hour delivery failed miserably to deliver on the correct day??? We run a theatre costume hire co and it is imperative that the costumes arrive when they are supposed to and NOT when your drivers feel like delivering them! Our reputation is in shreds because of the poor service you are providing .Not even so much as an explanation or an apology! Appalling ! My client has been sitting around waiting for this trunk all day and now she has to go and collect it herself or risk not having the costumes in time.

Horrible service! The courier damaged the parcel and they didnt pay me anything! When i bought the shipping said is cover up to £200... I refund my customer and i lost £145...
