My guest left an item behind and Parcel Monkey came up the cheapest to send the item on. As it was going to Italy i needed to fill in additional information which was expected but a few days later I found out i needed to pay more to get it to my guest as it was stuck at customs. It was only a childs top for goodness sake!! Its turned out to be a an expensive top that I had to send to them. Cant say i am impressed with the service and probably should have gone elsewhere. I also now need a receipt and Parcel monkey are unhelpful with that. Dont waste your money!!

Aweome. Just awesome. Was quoted 80 quid at the post office. Parcel Monkey do it for 49 quid. Exact same service. Ben dropped it at the same post office

they lost my package i bougt thier insurtance they just keep colosin the case withouyt any information. if they lose you packe they wont pay up insurance so please dont get it

Dont bother using to send to USA. I have been sending packages for the last 10 years with no issue. There quite was no where near the final price and they have a useless customs form not fit for purpose

They take no responsibility when things go missing. I have been trying to get them to find out what happened to a parcel that I booked through them for almost 2 weeks. Only messages that they are looking into it. You cannot speak to anyone. They are claiming that the Parcel company has proof of delivery which they are not sharing with me (I doubt if they have it). I had taken insurance and they are not letting me claim on it.

Nothing wrong with the process, have used it before. I wish I could attach a photograph so the condition of the item when delivered could be viewed. ZERO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS PARCELS. This was a parcelforce delivery.

Absolutely useless!! Which I had never bothered with the 2nd parcel I sent. FAILED collection, then when collected the next day, I had paid for NEXT DAY DELIVERY, was a NO SHOW!! Multiple messages to parcelmonkey, to say they will chase it up, nothing. I then found a number, held on the phone for ages to chase it up, and hey presto, a week later, it was FINALLY delivered today. Contacted parcelmonkey for a refund, for response from them saying, they waiting to hear from courier, who they couldnt get hold of on multiple previous occasions, but yet, myself as the customer, got hold of them. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. If I could rate a ZERO i would!!

My parcel was not delivered then returned to someone in Bolton even though the return address was in Swansea meanwhile a series of generic looking emails were sent to our email that looked like spam and were ignored but this is how they communicate with customers to let them know that something has gone wrong. When we finally got through to UPS they said our parcel was delivered to Bolton according to Parcel Monkey its been destroyed. This is a nightmare.

Very disappointing service from Parcel Monkey. I sent two boxes in July and they still haven’t been delivered. Instead, both were returned to the sender rather than being forwarded to the correct overseas destination. Months of delays, inconvenience and no proper solution. Extremely frustrating and poor customer service.

Sent a parcel from UK to my son in Spain.. all started off well, the booking process was easy to navigate. Fast forward to the delivery. My son got an email saying yhey attempted to make delivery but no one home .. no card was left to be able to book another delivery. Contacted parcel monkey to arrange a collection so as not to miss another delivery.. They were useless.. they didnt know where the parcel was but said they would look into it and let me know. 4 days later still nothing the chat function may as well be a chat bot as just kept giving generic answers like "be patient". Through determination to find the parcel in the end i had to contact parcelforce despite being told by parcel monkey to only go through them and not to contact couriers directly.. parcelforce gave me a name and number to contact, i did actually contact them through messenger as i dont speak spanish and they came back to me right away with an address for collection. In the meantime parcel monkey still couldnt locate it .... joke. So i paid parcel monkey for a service when in end i had to locate an arrange collection.. will never use them again! No phone number to call and the live chat may aswell be a chat bot.. absolutely useless!

The price quoted and then charged was totally different (£29 v £71), which is tantamount to mis-selling. Reasons for charges were not sufficiently explained. Reason for needing to separate out package into two separate boxes not justified or consistent, long delays in communication response times, ignoring specific requests to speak to a manger to deal with my claim. The list goes on.
