I sent three parcels with them. One was picked up, never tracked, and ended up completely lost. The second—an expensive guitar—arrived at French customs and then became impossible to track. It was probably stolen by customs or who knows who. Their customer service was useless: they didn’t investigate, didn’t track anything, and didn’t reimburse me. I strongly advise against using their shipping services. It’s better to pay a bit more and make sure your items actually arrive.

Used Parcel Monkey on Saturday 22nd November to organise a pick up on Monday 24th November. They dont provide a pick up window, only that pick up time is between 8am and 6pm, so ive sat in all day waiting for parcel force to come pick up my parcel. No one has arrived. I spoke to parcel monkey on the chat twice today (24th) and each time, cant provide a pick up window and would need to contact after 6pm if nothing happens. Logged on now at 6pm and the chat window is nowhere to be seen on either my desktop or mobile. Ill be immediately asking for a refund tomorrow. Would not recommend this company. Sitting in and waiting for something that never comes is just a waste of your life. I can only thank parcel monkey for wasting a day of mine.

Booked and paid for a parcel collection via DX. Waited in, and nobody turned up. No notifications via email, text, or call - just nothing. Asked for a refund, but have to wait until Monday to hear back. Potentially lost a sale. Wont be using again. Next time I will go directly to the parcel company, at least they might get in touch if theres a delay or a problem.

Its been about 3 months since I first sent my parcel and about 1 month since parcel monkey said they lost my package and said that the claims team would be in touch so I could claim on my insurance. Theyre completely ignoring me. Theyre hiding behind the fact that they dont have a phone number you can call when things go wrong. Theyre fraudulently selling insurance when sending parcels and not actually allowing you to claim! Im currently waiting back a reply on trading standards. Absolutely disgraceful company. Dont waste your time with this company, its not worth the hassle

The courier did not deliver the parcel to address. I had to investigate to find it and after a week it turned out to be in a local post office. No communication. The receiver had to carry it themselves to the house. This is unacceptable.

Fast efficient service, package that was sent to me was posted on a Friday so after 2 (working) days in process & shipping from the South to up where I live in the North West of England it arrived when expected (Wednesday). Was kept up to date when package was being sent & within 2 hours it had arrived.
Only reason Im not giving a 5 star rating is whoever delivered the package made no attempt to check that I was in, knocking on the door or ringing the door bell instead they just dropped the delivery behind a gate next to my house so it was at least out of sight of potential theft etc. But that minor gripe takes little away from overall satisfaction with service so once again thank you for everything.

Ignore any generic apology response they give, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Ordered courier collect and deliver for £100 worth of goods. Received email saying it had been destroyed in transit. Questioned what happened and how it will be resolved? Refusing refund of courier service or reimbursement of goods because of **waves terms and conditions section 305 part B amendment 22 etc in your face** I am £100 down plus the courier fee and no Christmas pressie for the wife. Might as well have set fire to cash at least I’d get some heat out of it. TOTAL JOKE.

Only giving one as I cant rate zero. I have (and still do) a list parcel from a consignment of 6. Despite numerous attempts and information being provided, I am going round in circles. I paid insurance for this consignment but noone wants to talk about that or issue a refund. Will never use their service again. You arent allowed to go direct to the courier, but you have to use them and they are quite frankly worse than useless. To give an example. Email sent twice and screen shots provided. Then they take 24 hours to respond and they ask what address was used. The address is very clearly in the screenshot. Then I get asked for details of the parcel. That would be fair, if I hadnt already twice in the same thread that. The courier didnt label the items in the same way I did so I have no idea which one is missing. Today (items should have been delivered on the 4/11, that the courier will now start looking for the parcel. What theyve been doing for the last 15 days Ive no idea!!!

My experience with Parcel Monkey is probably one of the worst experiences Ive had with a company. It takes a lot for me to write a review, but I want to let others know how untrustworthy this company is so that you can avoid it and dont make the same mistake as me. I was charged an extra £90 for weight adjustment (it was a £15 delivery and £50 item), even though I checked with the driver who collected it and provided the exact dimensions of the package. They took this money via PayPal, so make sure you disable any direct debits that are automatically set up to avoid something like this happening (IF you do ever decide to use them). I would personally recommend using a more professional and trustworthy company, even if it means paying a bit more. Their customer service is terrible, as it was impossible to communicate with anyone to rectify the issue I had.
