Apart from having 2 parcel force people turn up for the same parcel it was delivered to the right address and signed for.very happy with service will use this service again

Seamless sending documents from the UK to singapore with Parcel Monkey and DPD. From my village in the UK on Friday morning to Singapore on Monday morning. Great service.

If I could I would give zero to parcelmonkey! Total scam. Stay away from the awful service they provide. Sent a parcel, paid for insurance and it arrived shattered even though there was a huge "FRAGILE" sign on it. They clearly dropped it from high and they do deny evidence by saying that it did not have enough inner packaging which the daftest excuse they could ever come up with. They respond to emails once a week and never provide any helpful support. There is no phone number to call and I understand why now. Absolutely appalling customer service. So what to say...STAY AWAY!

Parcel Monkey is very cheap and easy to use , it has options for your parcel to be collected or you drop it off. Printer or no printer options too.
I have recently sent a large parcel through Parcel Monkey that went via Parcelforce at a fraction of the price paid in the post office. Plus with parcel monkey I could track it and tell my friend when to expect delivery.

Although the box arrived undamaged, it was clearly displayed that the contents were "Fragile". Despite this the box must have been dropped from a height (approx. 1.5 - 2m) in a "flat" orientation. The result being that a brand new foam constructed model aircraft has been snapped in half. It will not be able to fly now because it will not be able to return it to a "true" configuration. I had been assured that your company would treat it as displayed! This has not been the case, in this instance. My only regret that it was not insured.

I used Parcel Monkey recently to deliver a saddle which I had sold on ebay. It was a very large bulky box, and was delivered safely and quickly, and for a good price. I will definitely be using Parcel Monkey again.

I had parcel lost in transit. Ive contacted more than 10 times Parcel Monkey for compensation, anytime they said will contact me via email, but never happened. Ive lost the item, money for delivery, money back to unhappy customer. BEWARE, YOUD NEVER SEE COMPENSATION FROM PARCEL MONKEY. Better pay few quids more and send parcel by serious courier and carrier. Do not use jokers like Parcel Monkey. Thats why theyre called Monkey

I used this service to purchase postage to Australia for a 4kg box, this was weighed by myself on digital postal scales, I purchased and sent the parcel, then out of the blue i got an email telling me that parcel monkey had taken an additional £9 off my card with no prior notice or authorisation, they advised this was because the parcel weighed 7kg, i have no proof that this was for postage and i also know the parcel was not 7 kg almost double what it was originally weighed aIso I did not realise they were able to go ahead and take money off my debit card as and when they pleased, I emailed parcel monkey and still have had no reply 3 days later, I will not be using Parcel monkey again !!!!

Excellent service. Only improvement would be to specify a time slot for collection by the carriers you make your choice from, rather than having to commit to a whole day waiting for collection.

Have used parcel monkey for about 6 parcels, 3 of which was overseas. However they were all with parcelforce. No issues with speed, one or 2 had issues with contact numbers and addresses but was quickly resolved by the parcel monkey team via email

Some time ago I was in communication with Parcel force in the absence of help fro PM. I SPENT TWO WEEKS SENDING THE PHOTOS AND DISCRIPTIONS TO ESTABLISH IT HAD BEEN STOLEN . I THEN TRIDE TO CLAIM ON THE INSURANCE THROUGH PM. PM REFUSED TO DEAL WITH THE CLAIM BECAUSE IT WAS MORE THAN 7 DAYES. INFURIATING IN THAT, I WENT DIRECTLY TO PARCEL FORCE. SIMPLY BECAUSE PM FAIL TO GET BACK IN TOUCH WITH ME ABOUT IT WHEN I REPRTED IT TO THEM. YOU NEED TO PERSUE THES THINGS QUICKER AS AFTER 24 HRS ITS DIFFICULTTO TRACE. THATS THE POLICE GOLDEN 24 HR RULE. SO **** .DONT KNOW WHY I STILL USE THEM . I lost £78. And the potential of 200 profit. GRAHAM DURRANT

I paid £17.03 to send a parcel containing, among other things, hand sanitisers to Singapore. As advised, I checked their prohibited and restricted items list, but there was no mention of hand sanitisers. After receiving no updates for over a week, I contacted them and was told that "the parcel has been reconsigned back to the UK, the reason stated is due to the fact that it contains prohibited items" and was told that "the Returns Team will be in touch with you as soon as the parcel is back in the UK". I knew that hand sanitisers were not prohibited from entering Singapore and therefore hadnt been sent to Singapore, so I pushed for more information. I was then told "Please see our our prohibited items list as it clearly states Any Item Containing Liquids is prohibited and cannot be sent". Clearly, really? You would have to search through a long list to find it, even if you were looking for it! Ok, so I can accept that liquids cant be sent, but why did it take so long to inform me and why do I have to pay an additional £14.75 (incl. VAT) for my parcel to be returned, when Ive already paid £17.03 for it to be sent to Singapore? And why are you charging me a £5.00 admin fee? Basically, they dont add any value, and will find ways of getting more money from you, so youre better off paying the extra to go direct to the carrier in the first place.

Djembe drums are quite vulnerable - so to have one carried by a parcel firm was a bit scary. However, I dropped it off at my local Post Office over the weekend... it left there on Monday morning - and arrived in Wales on the Tuesday, safely!!! Thank you!

I sent a motorbike pannier set with parcel money and used a large soft plastic bag to wrap them in I weighed it and measured it and it was perfect to the size and weight for the instructions on the website. Ive now had an invoice for an additional £50 saying the my bag was over by 4kg and the size was over what was instructed on the website This is NOT TRUE I weighed the bag using two scales. Bathroom digital scales and holiday scales that you hold in your hand. I also measured the bag with a sewing measuring tape as the item was not in a conventional box like shape. As the material was soft of the bag I believe that they have purposely stretched the bag to send me these charges. Im Absolutely disgusted! I am trying to raise money to scatter my partner his ashes across Europe and sold his bike set of pannier to help fund this and parcel Monkey have just robbed me
