My parcel to Essex was picked up on Monday 30th March giving plenty of time, I thought, for it to be delivered by the latest Easter Saturday. It was delivered today, 10th April. It was an Easter gift. Surprise was totally spoiled. Nothing was communicated to me until Wednesday saying parcel was out for delivery. Then yesterday, 9th April indicating it would be delayed and would be delivered at a certain time which was further delayed to a later time in the evening. It didn’t arrive at the in the evening. It arrived today, Friday, 10th April at 11.28. So so disappointing! I won’t be using this service again!!

Parcel Monkey was really efficient, inexpensive way of sending a large bulky parcel. All arrived safely and on time.

Parcel Monkey part worked OK. But I paid for Parcel Force Express 24 (next workink day), I left it at the post office at 10:10 on 7th April but it was not delivered until 13:13 on the 9th April - thats over 48 hours !

terrible company, took my money for guaranteed next day collection. no one turned up to my property, i lost a days earnings and had to refund the parcels. parcel monkey has no way of contacting customer service. no live chat no phone number nothing. scam company with zero accountability. go direct to the delivery supplier do not waste your time effort or agro, serisouly having to consider a CCJ to recoup my money as no one will answer any form of contact with me

Will never use again, weighed and measured my parcel and paid the relevant fee only to be charged an additional £3.49 …I send a lot of parcels and have never had an issue with any other courier (weight was even checked at PO)

My parcel took over a week and has still not arrived despite the tracking saying it’s been signed for and delivered and I have not received it . Desperately needed the parcel. No way of contacting them at all . Terrible and very stressful . Don’t know where my parcel is or how to get it back ?

The package took more than double the time to arrive that Parcel Monkey estimated. When it finally arrived I had to pay 10.10 eur to receive it. It was a noncommercial item but the booking had clearly been mishandled.

Very easy to use. Had one issue where the barcodes duplicated over and over again for some parcels but it was sorted within half an hour of contacting customer service.

Evri lost my parcel. I received 3 or 4 polite e-mails from Evri apologising and saying they were investigating/escalating (whatever that means) before they gave up, admitting defeat and referring the matter to Parcel Monkey - who sent me a terse standard e-mail blaming me. I had sent sweets which I declared when booking and is apparently prohibited. Ive had good service from Evri in the past and give them the benefit of any doubt this time - they must handle a hell of a lot of parcels. Not so Parcel Monkey who were unnecessarily rude and cheerfully accepted my business knowing it contained chocolate. I shant use them again.

Mafe (Cruz) was the representative that assisted me with an international shipment that I had no clue how to complete.. Mafe was super helpful, professional, and knowledgeable; answering my questions and finding a solution almost instantly. What a great representation of your organization! Book with them if you want to waste your time and loose money. Completed and paid for a collection. Courier didnt show. Went to their website and completed a rebooking form to reschedule. Courier didnt show. Repeated the steps above. Courier didnt show. No one contacted me by phone or email. Now I am about to miss my return date for an item worth hundreds of pounds. When I contacted them their solution was to rebook. No thank you. Requested a refund and hope I get my money back.
