I paid for 24hr tracked and got an email advising it would be delivered the next day. However my parcel did not arrive until 5 days later. I am very disappointed in this service.

I’m still waiting for a collection arranged last Friday for next day collection ! No one available to speak with me. Highly frustrating - Easy to arrange clear on price poor on detail ! I’m sure this isn’t everyone’s experience

They act as a broker telling you different prices of companies. And that’s all they do.They are not interested in the failures of the services they promote. They are impossible to talk to and are closed all weekend. My parcel via Courier was not delivered next day which cost us and created great problems. All parcel monkey say was it was in the contract It could take 5 Days. Never Never use them they are a waste of time and provide No service at all

Dreadful company. I paid insurance for the item I wanted delivered. The item was damaged beyond repair in transit by EVRI but when I contacted Parcel Monkey they used every excuse like I needed to take the matter up with the seller. The delivery contact was made by me and not seller. I have photos from seller of the item before transit and how it was carefully packaged by seller but this company was not interested. They will not tell me how to invoke my insurance and now they are not responding to messages. Do not use this company. You cannot speak to a human. Just a chatbot that cannot locate your parcel ID and so cuts you off. Disgusting company

Great service and offerings. Was informed by Parcelforce of delivery. It did say Express24 sent in Friday before 12 but was not delivered about 1.30pm Tuesday.

I booked a pickup for last Wednesday for delivery the next day. It was picked up on the Thursday and the tracking still shows it will be delivered LAST Friday. Who knows where it is?? Never again Parcel Monkey.

I got my parcel which im very happy about but i do think Evri were very slow to keep me updated with emails regarding its transfer. It was collected two or three days before i received an email update from them. I had to contact the place of collection for them to confirm it had been collected.

i pay 35 pounds in here and they take money in spain as well 46 euro no body tell me about this they double charge just for 7kg they charge nearly 100 pounds even my clothes is not expensive very disappointed

Great variety of posting options for my parcel, at a range of prices. Great instructions about packaging, weighing and measuring etc. Once option was chosen- quick response to send the label for printing and good instructions about where to take it to post. Thorough tracking throughout the delivery process -from start to final delivery. Very pleasing service. Would thoroughly recommend using Parcel Monkey to send parcels

I booked in a parcel for collection on a 24hour service on Thursday. I waited in for the 3 hour advised time slot. It wasnt collected. It was rebooked on Friday, again I waited in for 3 hours, again it wasnt collected. They have no customer service available over the weekend so didnt respond till this morning and they tell me it will take 3-5 working days for them to process my refund. By the time I receive my refund they will have had my money for over a week without providing any kind of service. No meaningful apology received either, or recognition of the time I have wasted waiting for a service they havent bothered to provide.

All worked well, the slight downside was the tracking, it seemed to take a long time for the tracking to be updated so I was never quite sure where the parcel had got to.

I booked a 24 hour delivery service and my parcel arrived late. This is more to do with Parceforce inefficiency I suspect.

Easy to use website. Used many times so easy to complete forms and print out customs documents for USA.
UPS carrier, collection from my doorstep and excellent tracking information via parcel monkey direct link. Parcel arrived within 3days of collection.
Reasonably priced in relation to other carriers.

Really disappointed with the handling of these parcels. Flooring tiles were booked in within size & weight dimensions and arrived damaged, boxes ripped and they were dumped in all shapes, in a pile at the front door to building. Flooring unusable. Avoid.
