Courier never showed up!

Very good communication and service generally, but am rating as 2 stars as on pick up driver came to door, my son offered to help him carry large box to van, driver walked off to van and left my son to carry package on his own, in the process injuring his finger. If it was my responsibility to get package to van that was not made clear I hope I will get a response to this.

This is my second time to use Parcel Monkey UK, and I will definitely be using them again. Excellent, easy to navigate site. Both times the boxes have been delivered promptly and unopened to our son and daughter in law in Colorado.

The parcel was collected on Tuesday morning and took until Sat morning to be delivered. The service was advertised as a 72hr service. The parcel was being sent from England to Northern Ireland, but if additional time is required then this should be made clear. No contact or notification of delays during transit.

Sent Thursday morning. Will not arrive until this Monday afternoon at destination. Hardly 24 hours parcel force. The same is happening on a parcel coming to me sent Thursday not even looking like scheduled delivery to me today again parcel force 24.

Parcel took ages to be collected from the drop off point and then was late to be delivered. Delivery was delayed by 24 hours without any explanation. My mum just kept getting messages saying it was delayed and then they canceled delivery until the next day Bit disappointed to be honest considering I paid just over £31 for the parcel which I think is extortionate.

Paid for insurance on a delivery? Good luck getting the claim paid out! These guys will try every trick in the book to NOT pay out for a damaged item, and only WILL pay out when threatened will legal proceedings.

These guys are a scam. I have booked with Parcelforce via Parcelmonkey, and my packages were sent back because Parcelmonkey didnt even forward the emails they have gotten from Parcelforce. I had no idea my packages were sitting waiting to clear customs. Also, they do not provide any form of documents while if you use Parcelforce directly you would be getting better service. I have also contacted them before everything was sent, and double-checked I was doing everything properly including customs documents etc. and ensured that I get any sort of contact when my goods were held in custom. However, not only do they not consult basic things with customs which Parcelforce does for you if you use them directly, when such problems arise Parcelmonkey becomes very defensive and tells you that its not their problem. Im pretty sure theyre defensive for a reason, must be getting lots of calls/complaints. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Cannot give a 0. Tried to charge me an extra £52.60 for a parcel 2 weeks after it was delivered stating I lied about size and weight. Sent a copy of manufacturer dimensions and weight, plus a copy of my parcel that proves what was sent and the recipient and that it was actually overstated size and weight to make sure I had sufficient postage costs covered...... And nothing. Still waiting on a reply, cant speak to anyone. Been trying all aftenoon and its just silence from their chat. Absolutely useless. Stay away.

Absolutely dreadful customer service. Contacted them 4 days ago to find out the whereabouts of a parcel that was booked on an overnight delivery 6 days ago. Received an email 2 days ago to say they would look in to it and then heard nothing. Contacted them on live chat today and the support agent point blank refused to give me any information on their policy regarding refunds. Still waiting for my parcel. Would give 0 stars if I could.
