My parcel was collected as per the agreement, however it hasn’t been received and the tracking claims it was left by a gate, which doesn’t strike me as a safe place, as the tracking suggested. I now am having to go down the route of an insurance claim. I didn’t receive any notification of the delivery.

Ive used Parcel Monkey on many occasions, all without problem. But over the last week Ive had multiple parcels fail to be collected. Ill now be booking in directly with couriers, even if it means paying extra.

The cost can be a lot lower than booking direct with a courier and you get the same service but when I booked postage with Royal Mail recently through Parcel Monkey I found out that package tracking wasnt available when I inputted the Parcel Monkey tracking number into the Royal Mail website. Maybe this is why it was a lot cheaper. I had to rely on the recipient to tell me they had received the package to know it had been delivered

Useless company. Booked a collection for £16 from Parcelforce but they didn’t attend on two different occasions. Wasted nearly a week so I just booked it via DPD directly.

used Yodel for 2 parcels - both parcels because they claim they couldnt deliver - both parcels were sent to an amazon fullfillment centre - whos only role for existence is to receive and send parcels - unbelievable. Contacted Yodel - long story short - they told me to go and buy more postage and resend - the response was as laughable as their operation in getting things delivered

PATHETIC ORGANISATION. You failed the most basic of tasks. I paid you to employ DPD to another courier, and deliver it next day. EXCEPT UOU OMITTED TO INFORM DPD. SHAME ON YOU.

Hi, Im sorry but a signature was needed to receive the parcel but the delivery person left the big box in the pathway just off our busy main street. He/she never rang the doorbell. We were home. Luckily my husband had to go out and saw the parcel. It could have been lying there all night.

Purchased the FedEx Priority service but encountered an error when trying to create the label. Tried reaching support, but the only option is an online message, no response and no contact number available. Extremely frustrating, especially when the shipment is urgent.

The parcel was collected on time, and was delivered on time at the recipients address. On both occasions, the courier ere polite and friendly. Overall, an excellent service.

I appreciate that they offer the best prices for UPS parcels from the UK to the US but they did a terrible job explaining correctly what documents I needed to import my product. They made it seem like I gave everything but I had a missing "personal effects" form... After 2 hours of hell on the phone to UPS, I had a $12 additional fee which I wouldnt have had to pay if Parcel Monkey had been more helpful.

On line booking, easy drop off, and clear instructions, made this parcel delivery to my grand daughter a breeze. Would use again without hesitation and recommend to all.

Truly awful service, used twice both times parcels were not collected when they should have been. I will never use this company again and would advise others to avoid. terrible service.

A company that claim to be a liaison, between me and the courier that lost a parcel. But the courier cant help me because this shower were the broker. They need to realise I am the customer - so they need to do all they can to try and solve the customers complaints. I paid them for the service, and I am unable to deal with ParcelForce directly, as, I am sure, you will be aware. The service I have received since first raising the issue has been so poor, and so inept, it is matched only by the delivery drivers ability to read an address. I wont be using your services again because any customer services that only chase when they are chased is not a service at all. Companies that hide behind online services only, are not people I want to put my companys business with, and any organisation that continue to not answer my requests to supply the details of a person of authority to deal with, just show how gutless the chain of command is. Very Poor.

Item was fragile but was handled well by the Parcelforce courier. Tracking was inaccurate showing the item still in the depot days after it was delivered, it was over Christmas though. We were very concerned about the item being damaged in transit but it arrived safely.

I can’t find a low enough star. Sent a £300 unit to Ireland (£24)with perfectly filled out customs, they made a digital error, still waiting on item Nov25 no urgency to help return or refund. Hide behind emails and jargon do not use these guys at all. 12 years I used them and they treat you like dirt tracking number CK250720527GB look up for a ridiculous bit of tracking

Having paid a premium rate for next day delivery. They out sourced my parcel to Evri. It was sent on 22 Dec it is now 5 January and I still do not have my parcel. Inspite of daily emails we are sent AI responses and we are still awaiting a resolution. Very frustrating and disappointing do not recommend using them if you want your parcel delivered.
