The site is really easy to navigate. Everything is clear and easy to understand and a couriers to choose from. All in all a really good site to use, I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

2nd failed collection and it takes two days to get them to relist a colection. They did not attempt collection and registered it as nothing to collect. we monitored collection and driver shut job off when miles away when his shift ended.

This is a SCAM !!!!!! Just warning others I paid £25 for a collection and a week later they charged me an additional £85 Said the volumetric weight wasn’t right (they lied) and ups and them couldn’t give me evidence But I had evidence in abundance and my bank got it back through a chargeback You will be scammed , they will make you try and show all the evidence and they will do everything to take more money from you This company needs shut down

Professional Scammers. If (when!!) you have a problem with a delivery , when they lose it , they will string you on for weeks and weeks asking for the most inane evidence , literally weeks !! Falling over themselves to apologise, having it escalated just means somebody coming on apologising , they will make you jump through hoops for weeks and weeks giving you a completely false impression that theyre going to help .... only replying every few days. I wouldnt trust this company as far as I could throw them I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN AND ILL TAKE EVERY OPPORTUNITY TO TELL ANYONE I KNOW **NOT** TO USE YOUR FACILITIES ... Absolutely pathetic excuse for a company and your so-called customer service is a complete joke, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Dont even try to make any more pathetic excuses , Im done with you.

I like parcel monkey very much, but this delivery used parcel force. I’m left being uncertain what has happened. It was meant to be express10 which I understand is 10 o’clock the next day but it took two days. Secondly, ParcelForce state it was collected from your customer service point. I’ve no idea what this means or whether the recipient has it. I don’t understand why it wasn’t delivered directly to the recipient and I haven’t heard back from the recipient yet to see if it’s there or not.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I used ParcelMonkey to send an Amazon return to Europe via ParcelForce. The estimated delivery time was 3–5 days, but 18 days later the parcel still hadnt been delivered. Once the parcel left the UK, ParcelMonkey effectively washed its hands of the shipment and left me to deal with the issue myself. Customer service was slow to respond, and there was no way to contact the courier handling the parcel directly through them. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ParcelMonkey. Lesson learned.

Booked a collection & delivery of a bulky item through Parcel Monkey with Parcel Force which went perfectly ! Notified throughout with time scales for both collection and delivery & both were honoured, outstanding service on this occasion & I would definitely use the service again

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Amazon recommended parcel monkey to return a large item. It cost me £35 to return an item which was valued at £50. I sent all correct measurements and there was no problem with the collection. However, 2 weeks after the parcel had been collected and returned, I was charged an additional £15 for “incorrect measurements”. Parcel monkey claimed my measurements were wrong, and therefore took payment without consent. I appealed this, as it should not cost me £45 to return a £50 item when the measurements were correct. Their response was to “take pictures of me with the measuring tape against the item”.. THE ITEM THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN SENT! Absolute joke of a company. Do not use unless you want to be robbed.

Booked and paid for collection from my house, supposed to be Monday. 6pm came and went no collection. Of course noone on the chat available. Managed to do rearrange collection for next day but then got email from royal mail saying they couldnt fulfill it . Finally got through to someone on parcel monkey chat and the response was wait in again today for collection. Whats the point in giving a time slot and date if its balaently not going to be then. Lets hope it ends up at the correct delivery address within time frame Ive paid for. Wont be using again

My issue is with hidden costs and lack of helpful instruction for non commercial shippers to America. I entered destination from and to, exact weight and dimensions and chose UPS prepaid duty fees. I was shown all inclusive cost of £76.49 and chose to book this rather than the cheaper ‘receiver pays the duty fees’. The forms took a long time due to looking for codes for mixed dried fruit and oat bars (there aren’t any so after nearly an hour I settled on sultanas net wright

Arranging the sending of a package to Germany was quite straightforward. Unfortunately the tracking by royal mail, not so good. Plus I dont understand why there was a, handling charge of 8 euro, on delivery. This was added to customs duty which I was expecting. But all in all parcel delivered in seven days

Terrible service, collection cancelled and then reinstated for the following day with no explanation, the parcel was then delivered to the wrong address, when I informed the customer service team, and had to chase for a response, they just sent a POD from the wrong address

Sent out some frozen goods and paid extra for next day delivery. Box clearly labelled MUST BE DELIVERED NEXT DAY FROZEN ITEMS etc. courier collected Thursday and we asked the driver will it definitely be there tomorrow - we know they can’t guarantee delivery but they said ‘yes it will 100% be there tomorrow’ label was AM express next day. And arrived Monday morning totally defrosted left in safe place customer has said it’s already started to smell and now has to dispose of 25kg of defrosted goods. Parcelmonkey have said they won’t do anything as they say the courier have 5 days to deliver so we are down £140 as a small business. Just be aware if sending anything frozen they will offer and charge you for next day delivery but won’t provide this service.

Parcel monkey fine. Parcel Force who we used as a result have been truly awful. Didnt collect the package. No explanation or apology. We gave it to a random postie to take when he did a delivery. No clue where it is now. So overall wont trust parcel monkey....
