I ordered and paid for express 24 with Parcel Force. It was picked up on the Tuesday by the postman. It was delivered to me on Thursday, 48 hours later. What is the point of booking express 24.

Avoid. Whilst their parcel fees are less than other companies / using couriers directly, the problems encountered have cost me hours and hours of time, calls to the courier in the USA on countless occasions along with to the FDA because Parcel Monkey simply do not pass on information from the Courier to help with customs clearance. A 48 hour delivery service is now in excess of one month and the parcel remains in US customs with Parcel Monkey unable to explain why, even though customs fees have been paid. They do not answer what is asked of them. No telephone contact number to speak to any at Parcel Monkey says it all.

Prices great, and easy to use website. However the customer help chat ticket system, is extremely slow to get replies, 1-2 days to wait.

If there was Minus Mark on rating I would give it to them! I used this company back on October last year to return some panel lights to I company as they were the wrong ones, however, the 2 large parcels arrived damaged to the merchant and they sent me photos of 5 damaged panels out of the 14 I was returning and because I had insurance on the parcels, I did contact Parcel Monkey and sent them all relevant documents and photos and till now nothing happened! Every time they come with an excuse and after few times they copy and paste the same non sense response from our previous discussions! I’m still waiting till now and nothing happened. Will not use them again!

Two bad experiences with a competiter.
Ease of service.
Only comment was asking for my buyers mobile number and email address.
I contacted the buyer to say l gave my alternative email and mobile number and you sent me the pic and delivery.

I eventually had my parcel to Portugal returned following a failure by UPS and a screw up with the customs. Parcel monkey not at fault for this.

Parcel Monkey’s customer service has been extremely disappointing. I have a parcel currently being held in Germany, and despite multiple attempts to get help via their live chat, I have received no response for over 8 hours. There has been no update, no explanation, and no guidance on what is required to release the parcel. For an international shipment, this level of silence is unacceptable and very frustrating. I would not recommend Parcel Monkey based on this experience unless their communication and support significantly improve.

I originally approached DHL directly who wanted £250 to send my parcel. I had a look on Parcel Monkey which is easy to use, especially for large bulky parcels and you can get the cheapest quote quickly. The initial price quoted was just over £100 with courier DX but was incorrect and it ended up being £30 cheaper at the checkout! Super competitive!

It seems this company is a scam . Im asking all people who have had their parcels lost or stolen to go direct to your bank or credit card company to get a chargeback i have had a very bad experience with this scam company and it also seems some of the reviews they have paid for ..so contact your bank or credit card suppliers and request a charge back ASAP They are scammers im having to do all this while grieving my mum who has just passed and no empathy from these scammers

Dont ever use this service for the sake of your mental health. Its been 2 weeks since I shipped my package and I havent received it. I have sent multiple emails and nobody is replying. DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY. They dont have good customer service, I have been chasing and chasing at this point I would have to escalate

I always use PM for parcels as the set up to order and print a lable for within the UK and also abroad is very easy.
I had tried quite a few others for deliveries before PM and running my side line of supplying specialist vehicle parts when not touring with my non animal circus.
All different sizes and weights, collection or drop off, all sorts of providers and all at a brilliant price.
Over the years I have had to cancel a few lables and never had any problems.
Problems are answered/ resolved quickly and I recommend them, at least give them a try, its worth a punt as we say.
Dated 25/12/2025 as an Xmas present for PM.
