I ordered a parcel force collection of a 40 inch monitor being returned. Parcel Force didnt arraive. I needed to make 2 calls to them both of which took over an hours wait to get through and in the end I need to drive the parcel to Parcel Force. Absolute disaster

No help at all, Ups charging extra money for no reason at all. Complained this to parcel monkey and yet no resolve for this. Item was under 40 pound and I paid around 15 for delivery and ups is asking me 18 pound additional fees?? this is just absurd. Keep away from this site if you dont wanna be paying more money than ur delivery.

First time Ive used PM and subsequently the service InPost. The initial invitation to use the service suggests a choice of very low prices but once one starts entering dimensions and weight the cost increases substantially in the background. I was quite surprised at the final cost but decided to progress as time was a factor. Im actually not quite clear oabout the benefit of using PM as opposed to just choosing a courier service one knows and trusts.

This has been the slowest and most disappointing customer service I’ve experienced, and I certainly won’t be using your services again. Lost and Damaged my parcel. Got insurance and still havent received the refund. No contact number to speak to anybody. Order picked up 11th of June and still dealing with the issue at 14.08. Terrible.

My parcel left the UK on 4th August and should have taken 3-4 days. It is now day 12. There is no tracking information available and the company are unable to tell me where my parcel is other than that it "Has arrived in the destination country". No idea if it will ever arrive and the company have been extremely unhelpful. I also emailed the CEO and as yet have had no response from them. Appalling service and I will never use them again.

Oh dear so disappointing - Parcel Monkey clearly state they will handle all customs CN23 documentation and I paid for and despatched 2 parcels to Germany via ParcelForce having completed all the information required. 4 weeks later, endless chasing with Parcel Monkey Support Team, both parcels were returned to me in UK - rejected by Customs in Germany due to missing or incomplete CN23 customs documentation. Parcel Monkey have now walked away, no offer to redeliver, and referred to their claims dept - apologies for your disappointment !! Parcel Monkey totally failed to meet their promises - and I now have to start again and accept the financial consequences of their failure - which is the loss of the sale of £1416 of motorcycle parts + courier money paid to Parcel Monkey

The communication was very poor. They don’t give any probable time when the delivery man could come, not even answer the phone or you cannot communicate with anyone regarding that because nobody has the idea. The only problem is that. You would have no idea when your parcel gonna be picked up. So be mindful if your delivery is urgent.

I booked a parcel service to deliver my luggage, and the delivery person never called, despite my clear instructions to call upon arrival. Instead, they asked a neighbour or a random person next door and falsely marked on the tracking website that the addressee denied the delivery. This is very disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this service. I’m not sure if the issue lies with Parcel Money or the courier, Parcel Force, but there is a clear lack of communication between them and with the customer. I even booked the service again, and the same problem happened. I should have learned from the first experience.

Pesima gestion y servicio, envie un paquete el 22 de junio y aun no ha sido entregado Solucion y respuesta: su paquete se dará por perdido, se pasara su caso al area de reclamos, pero soluciones 0 Al final que debo decir? Gracias parcel monkey por hacer que los regalos de mi sobrina se perdieran en el camino y ya no lleguen a ella.

I had to use another way of getting my parcel delivered so on this occasion I’m massively out of pocket paying twice and waiting for my compensation.
