I waited from 9-6 for a collection that never showed from Parcel Force booked via Parcel Monkey. Unacceptable!! from 3:30 I had my young kids waiting with me. I am a small business and unprofessional and careless behaviour makes me so cross. I won’t be using parcel monkey again.

After booking a parcel through Parcel Monkey, it was very difficult to find out where the package actually needed to be dropped off. DHL e-commerce is different to DHL Express service point. The map provided through the website was not working and not showing any drop off locations. I tried 4 different shop/post offices, garages, the 4th one - a chemist accepted it. Parcel monkey should definitiely make it clear what the parcel drop off restrictions are, and where the nearest drop off location is. There was no phone number of way to contact to seek help.

I booked a next-day delivery via Parcel Monkey using Parcelforce 24, and the handling of this shipment has been completely unacceptable. The parcel arrived at the delivery depot on 3 March and, as of 31st March, it has still not been delivered. There has been no “out for delivery” or “delivery attempted” scan at any point, which strongly suggests it was never even sent out for delivery. Despite repeated contact and a formal complaint, I have received little more than “we are chasing the depot,” with no meaningful updates or resolution. Communication has been extremely poor. The parcel has effectively been retained at the depot for over three weeks without delivery or proper explanation, which is completely unacceptable for a guaranteed next-day service. I am now left without my parcel, without any clear outcome, and without confidence that this is being properly handled. I would strongly advise others to avoid using this service for anything time-sensitive, as there appears to be very limited accountability when things go wrong. Plus the parcel is virtually lost due to this company

I use this Company a lot for parcel pricing and sending. I had an issue with one order and the Customer Service representative I was connected with (Mafe Cruz) was professional and extremely efficient. Thank you Mafe for sorting out my issue today:-)

We booked based on 2-3 days approximately delivery time. When the package was on its way, we received emails to say the package wouldn’t arrive until two weeks later. I then had to locally source what was being sent to me as a result. Then, the package actually arrived in 7 days. I appreciate it isn’t an exact science, but to be given such wildly different delivery windows was very unhelpful.

Dreadful, delivered to an incorrect property and stated it was left in a safe place. The package fitted through a letter box but it was not posted through the letter box left hanging out! Had it been pushed through it would have been the wrong door.

An absolute joke! Avoid like the PLAGUE! After booking a time critical parcel for collection and next day delivery the courier failed to arrive on the planned day, the collection was rebooked for the following day and the courier once again failed to show up... 2 collections booked on consecutive days and 2 no shows from the courier! Will not be using this service any more.
