I was really happy with the service. Parcel was taken on Tuesday afternoon from London and deliver Friday to Poland. Will be using it again.

Paid a lot of money for a parcel to be delivered. Tracking wasnt the best but can accept the difficulties involved. Wasnt expecting the intended recipient to be asked for an EXTRA $220 for delivery. Totally unacceptable. Interesting that Im asked for this feedback on the service before it has been delivered. I would suspect Parcel Monkey hasnt got a clue whats going on, and now they have my money probably dont care

The last three times I have used you to book parcel monkey.
They have be 2 to treat day late.
2 on delivery stuck at the Birmingham.
1 a day late being deliverd.
When the try to send a messageneral to you on my phone app.
It alow me to ener the information.
But there is no provision to actually send it .communication with you Id ****.
Every thin is fine until it goes wrong then there in no way to contact you.
And when I have in the past you have not responded.
Even when I am logged in.

Sent a parcel to Houston, TX from Northern Ireland on Monday at lunchtime. It arrived in TX on Thursday morning. Amazing service for £19.99. Super easy from start to finish. Will use again.

My parcel was not delivered by SEUR in Madrid. The driver reported that my house didnt exist!!! I sent a parcel a few months ago with you and there was no problem at all. Why this time this happened? I thinks Ill never use your service unless you guarantee that my parcel is going to be delivered. It is unacceptable.

I did not attach the invoice as l thought it was the company who had to do it. The guy who collected the parcel did not mention anything about invoice. Next time I will definitely handle it myself. It arrived in good time but could not be released as they did not have the invoice.

I bought a chair from Amazon which was faulty and needed to be returned - I had to arrange the return for my refund and my parcel was large and heavy. Parcel monkey allowed me to enter the dimensions and weight of the box then gave me a choice of companies as well as methods. I chose to have parcelforce collect the chair from my house. All went super smoothly and my refund has been approved so what looked like a worry turned out to be a breeze. Thank you parcel monkey.

I havent received my parcels and the tracking stopped 5 days ago and the costumer service doesnt have enough information with the tracking number, senders name and delivery address, in order to search for the parcel???

Shocking customer service. For three months now this company have stalled and given me excuses and lies over my missing (ie stolen) parcel. The insurance is a worthless extra fee. Honestly the worst customer service i have ever expericenced. I now will have to proceed through the small claims court.

Well they kept up their previous high standard.
Booking a DHL collection and delivery online was easy.
Labels were provided under 20 minutes of booking.
Collection was within the time stated and delivery was the same with no issues.
Both times recently when Ive use the service, my customers have been very happy.

I would rather use a carrier pigeon than these jokers. Parcel Monkey just want to get every penny they can out of you by hook or by crook. And once they got your money, they dont care unless they can get more. Had to post something internationally so I went to Parcel Monkey to search for the cheapest courier. Courier was the cheapest so I read the prohibited items list and removed the battery from the box to meet the requirements. Bought the postage via Parcel Monkey and sent it. A few days later, my item got rejected because it "has a large capacity battery", which I had removed from the box specifically for that reason. Whats worse, my return address was on the box but Parcel Monkey intercept all returns and have them rerouted to their depot, so you have to pay an admin fee AND return postage to get it back or have your item destroyed. Told Parcel Monkey there was no battery in the parcel so its not prohibited like they claim and should have been posted. They didnt care and told me the only way for me to get it back was pay £15 or drive to Southampton to get it in person. They were not going to challenge Courier or try to post it again. So ended up paying Parcel Monkey for postage twice and an admin fee to have my parcel go nowhere. When I went to Courier directly to post it again (they were still considerably cheaper than everyone else) and explained that there was no battery in the box, it went completely smoothly. Will never use Parcel Monkey again.

Avoid like the plague, if youre based in Northern Ireland. We purchased a bespoke-designed door for delivery from GB to NI on the basis of the comprehensive quote Parcel Monkey provided which confirmed the price for delivery to Northern Ireland. However, once the door was purchased and ready for collection, the booking was declined as it couldnt deliver to Northern Ireland. So why tell us it could? Hardly a difficult thing to program into the quote system, is it? Yet, to this day, if you quote for an item to be sent to N. Ireland, it still tells you thats its possible and gives you the price??? The customer service was lamentable - just drawn out platitudes which show both the geographical & political ignorances of a company out of its depth. Get your systems right guys because at the moment youre just an amateurish outfit thats wasting peoples time.
