3 weeks to deliver a parcel that was on next day delivery

Experience was appalling. First labels never arrived. Had to contact customer services. They had to create order. Printed label and drive to drop off lockers. What a farce. Scanning of the label did not work, told to key in number, did not work. Called customer services. Got an AI interface. Totally pointless must have bought the system from Poundland. Finally got to a human who said labels did not exist on their system, and go back to Parcel Monkey. Had to return home. I contacted customer services. Promised a refund. Told to allow 5 days for refund. Were I cynic I would say that the 5 days is they hope you forget, as they never refund, because thats what happened to me. No refund. I go back to the link to Customer Services to follow up, but guess what, they have closed the link, so I could not contact them and have to restart. Wasted so much time on this appalling service so I have given. Paid on a Credit Card, so will raise a disputed charge. Not, a significant sum, but I can stand sharp practice and being cheated on top of really bad service. I for one, will not use PM again as been burned. Other may have better luck.

This is my first time sending a large parcel. The process was very simple and easy to understand.
They found a selection of cheap couriers, I picked one and paid online. Packaged the goods and dropped it off at a local store.

I have booked a parcel collection and they never showed up. I rebooked and waited all day and yet again they havent shown up. This is ridiculous - very disappointing and a complete lack of communication!

The order was confirmed by you on the Saturday evening for a collection on the Monday but it seems that the order was not sent to the courier until Monday- thus missing the Monday collection when the sender was at home. The parcel was urgent. The sender then had to ask her daughter to stay at home instead of going out with her friends. The courier was specifically asked to pick up before 12.00 and kindly replied that they would pick up after 12!! It took further messages to get the time as close as possible. The next day delivery to me did not happen!!! So instead of receiving the urgent parcel on the Tuesday I received it on the Thursday. You have always provided a reliable service but the time it was urgent it all fell apart and well short of what I have experienced from you in the past

Attempted a delivery when we were closed. No card left and no second attempt made to deliver. went back to the sorting office, but took several days to work it out as no card left and no ref number to redeliver. Still dont have the parcel. Really angry.

I have never seen such a joke of a customer service. 4 days in a row they claimed to book a collection with Parcel Force between 8am and 6pm, impossible to track if they actually did, but surely not a call, not a card, not an email on every single day. Yet they would tell you to wait and advise they have no clue why no one came, rebooking a new delivery for the following day asking you to reprint all custom paperwork and labels every single time. The second I started to say the service was slightly disappointing as it would force one to stay at home all day waiting for an hypothetical collection 4 days in a row was starting to be annoying the reply was you can cancel and book with another carrier… Semi efficient communication channels either via live chat (the rude one telling you to go away if you are not happy) or a message ticket based that simply reply automatic messages after a few hours saying wverything is in hand and will be fine (when it is clearly not in hand as nothing is happening). A joke of a business that is proving a total scam and can not be trusted in any way, run away!

Parcel Monkey’s Error Cost Me $700 — No Help, No Accountability ⭐ 1 Star — Avoid! I stated my shipment was a return, not a new import, but Parcel Monkey failed to log it correctly. Now my parcel is stuck in customs and I’m being asked to pay an extra $700 USD! Customer service has been awful — long waits, no help, and zero accountability. I’ve lost money and time because of their mistake. Avoid this company at all costs.

⭐ 1 Star I stated clearly that my shipment was a return, not a new import, but Parcel Monkey failed to register it correctly. Because of this, my parcel is now stuck in customs and I’m being asked to pay an additional $700 USD on top of the original shipping cost. Customer service has been extremely poor. I’ve spent hours on hold, only to be cut off or told there’s nothing they can do. No one has taken responsibility or offered any real help. This has caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and financial loss. Very disappointing experience — I would strongly advise others to avoid using this company.

I received notice that a parcel was due to delivered BUT I found the parcel on the front door step and very obvious. I was at home and there seemed to be no attempt to let me know by knocking at the door. If the driver did so I did not hear him.

My package was delivered on time. Good. But your on- line booking process I found frustrating, after getting payment made and bank details cross checked, yhen having to take the email you sent me to the despatch store, then open an attachment and then get them to scan a QR code to print the delivery label. Too complicated for me.
