Firstly, pleased to find a way to navigate a site an get my parcel collected by Royal Mail. Confirmation, ETA and delivery was exactly as indicated and contact with the recipient from start to delivery was excellent. Thankyou, I shall be back.

Easy to order and drop off. However, courier was apparently unable to find the delivery address in France. Despite many packages and letters going there. Customs nightmare. Goods lost.

TERRIBLE experience - the courier didnt show up, didnt bother calling or ringing. I reported the issue right away to Parcel Monkey and they didnt do anything. Im moving my house and I needed to get my parcel collected on the day I paid for. I mentioned the urgency and they didnt care.

Gave instant price comparison, which was easy to obtain. Helpful guidance throughout process with emails confirming what would happen when and what I had to do. My only quibble was DPD, the selected courier gave a 12-hour collection window of 6am to 6pm. Surely it could be narrowed down? But collection in London was efficient and five days later the boxes arrived safely in Japan.

Chose specifically the quickest delivery option which was 2 days as was an emergency. Delivery took 6 days. Also had to pay custom fees and tax on personal item I sent from myself to myself. The cost of the contents had no monetary value yet I was charged an extra £14 as the package was labelled ‘marketplace seller’.

Paid extra £30 for insurance, to return bathroom items back to supplier, and was unable to claim for a damaged in transit item due to it being ceramic. It was such a sturdy item and lack of care with the delivery it must have been dropped. It was not made clear when purchasing the courier that the insurance would not cover my items. Just had to cancel our family holiday camping trip so no summer holiday for my children due to loosing over £500. I’m so upset, will be sure never to use parcel monkey again.

Very unreliable - time wasted waiting at home for a collection that never materialised. Their reissued label arrived too late for me to resolve the problem the following day. AVOID parcel monkey.

Simple to organise, Fast delivery with easy up to date tracking, best price on the day.
Only one thing.. It said printer required and I had a bit of bother getting label, only to realise that the post office could have sorted it for me. So maybe just make this clearer.

I paid extra for next day delivery by 12 noon. No one came to uplift my parcel and when I contacted them, just got email with another label to print off stating they were sorry and it would be uplifted the day it should have been delivered. Extremely unprofessional, DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONALS, Well named a bunch of monkeys

I booked a 3 day Air Express service for a shipment to go from UK to the UAE. I got a bunch of labels via email but wasn’t sure which to attach. There’s no phone number to call. You can only send an online message which doesn’t yield any response for days. Terribly disappointing experience. Huge regret. Do not recommend!

I had no issues. Very reasonable in respect of price. Purchasing postage and downloading labels/QR codes was quite simple. Easy to track purchases and invoices in account. Would definitely use again.

I needed my passport for a flight and used the express before 10am service. My parcel turned up over an hour late so I had to get a train costing me an extra £155.
