This is the first time I have had an issue with delivery and an item arrived damaged, however I have found ParcelMonkey infuriating and obstructive to deal with. I have had no response to the last 3 messages and so the claim has gone no where. There is also an issue with the website so my browser blocks access reporting that there is malware on the website. This has delayed me accessing the site, and despite reporting the issue, there has been no contact.

I tried to place this order twice. Both times, payment was taken, but the seller later gave me different reasons why they couldn’t fulfill the order and said they would issue a refund. I still haven’t received either refund, and I’m now $400+ out of pocket.

So disappointing! Tried twice for a next day delivery with this firm. You get a tracking number and a label. Both occasions the courier service stated that They were waiting for our collection? Both times it was a pick up ! Paid for a guaranteed next day both times...Still useless! Wasted both days waiting in for a collection that did not happen and to cap it off...lost the deal with a customer who had been waiting for the part to get delivered! SO in my case...lost £165! Seriously...make it easier to contact either yourselves or the courier! No telephone numbers! Rubbish1

I always use parcel monkey to find the best way of sending parcels to my daughter in Canada. Parcel monkey is easy to navigate, quick to book a pick up and uses the most reliable way of sending parcels. Value for money as Post office/ parcel force too expensive so Parcel monkey is what i always use.

We wanted to book a 24hr delivery on Wednesday 4 x (600 x 400 x 600) cm Parcels with Parcel Force. Your site said ok but with Royal Mail. It took NO account of the Parcel size. The Postman couldnt get them in his Van so had to return at the end of his round. The Parcels were then sent to Parcel Force Nottingham from Newark. They should have been delivered Friday but have only just been delivered Monday.

I sent a parcel on 20 July to return some flooring to a supplier. I paid parcelmonkey to send the parcels. On 22 Jul the tracking said recipient couldnt receive the parcel. I called the recipient and they told me there was no problem. I contacted parcelmonkey multiple times and they just kept blaming the carrier. It took almost a month before the package was delivered and they turned up damaged. Parcel Monkey refused to compensate. They just mess customers around and do not take any responsibility. I am now down £120 and I will NEVER use Parcel Monkey again. I do not recommend them to anyone.

This company scamming people, dont use them to send any parcels because you will stay without money and parcel. Please be careful the support completely rubbish , dont want to help just ignored you and your problem.

Parcel Monkey gave multiple options for my delivery and was easy to use. Choose Royal Mail 48 hour tracked, not the cheapest. It has taken over a week from collection and ended up having to arrange collection from the Royal Mail Delivery Office. Badly let down by Royal Mail. Wish I had chosen a proper courier.

Professional and friendly collection courier.
Collection times confirmed, in advance and within a one hour time window, and met.
Parcels delivered safely and next day as advised.

Pick up from our local postie was professional and prompt. Delivery less so. I had left explicit instructions to call up to my office as the lifts were out of action , but two valuable boxes were left unannounced in the lobby or a multi tenancy building. Not professional

The packaging tips are very useful to start with. Choosing a service with clear costs is very useful and easy to use. I didnt want to use one carrier but several others were listed. I chose to get my 9kg parcels picked up and this happened in the time frame I was given with the Post Office person bringing the self adhesive labels themselves. It made the whole process very simple and I will be very happy to use Parcel Monkey again in the future.

Shocking after service . My parcel got lost back in April 2026 . Pushed for it to be found . Was sent an image of my parcel with no labels attached and told I’d hear from a returns department within 30-50days but months have past and after constant messages heard nothing positive about its return or delivery. Used parcel monkey for private and business parcels before this but never again . Be warned !!!!!
