Paid for 24hr delivery of 3 boxes. Was imperative they arrived on time however one box arrived on time and the remaining.2 were delivered the following day. Used Royal Mail as the carrier.

Shocking bad service! Stay away unless you want to waste time and money and be get horrible service. scheduled a parcel collection, paid, waited home all day and the courier did not show up. Parcel monkey conveniently made it impossible to even inquire until 6PM after which they were shut for the day. Got in touch the next day and no meaningful apology, urgency, discount, nothing! So I asked for a refund and went directly to one of the main couriers. They were cheaper and efficient. Then Parcel monkey informs me that my package had been collected. Which was absolutely false. Again, no one to speak to, no help, just a AI assistant. Finally I complained to Paypal and they refunded me. How can such a useless company still be in business??

My parcel was delayed by Evri (which I chose) and it was a bit difficult to contact: it wasnt clear if I should contact Parcel Monkey, Evri, or DHL. However, it was sorted eventually with Evri and my parcel was moving again, arriving in-time at last.
Platform was good for comparing prices and it was cheaper.

Everything was so easy in arranging for a package to be delivered.The online order forms were very straightforward to complete and brought about multiple options of courier and prices to make my choice suitable to my needs.The collection from my address was carried out well within the given time slot and by a very friendly driver.I received numerous updates as to the packages progress in transit,with a final email confirming the delivery of the package to the designated recipient.Great service provided all round.

I organised for my large mirror to be returned. It arrived safe and sound today. It was a prompt service for a large package and I’m delight with it.
It was a big higher the cost but I just thought well it was a large mirror. That was the only issue I had it was expensive

Excellent service and good experience from Parcel Monkey.
Considerably cheaper than their rivals and I was quoted around 50% compared to Royal Mail etc. Very impressed at how they can provde the same 24/48 hour delivery service compared to RM, DHL and others at a very competitive price.
Second time using them and will use them again for future parcel deliveries to get these savings again.
Good tracking service which keeps you posted at all times. Thanks.

Excellent service from what I remember. There was an issue, but from what I remember, it got resolved quickly.
I would recommend them to anyone. I also remember them being cheaper than most delivery companies.

Was having a challenge returning a phone (left behind) to a friend in Belgium. With lithium batteries these days, many airlines would not accept. There were many more options through parcel monkey than I would have been able to find, which included a road option and all went very smoothly. Three sets of labels on a small parcel was a challenge (only found this out AFTER I had paid for the dimensions of the parcel) and would suggest that there should be a minimum size to be able to accommodate necessary labels.

Ive used Parcel Monkey for many years now and have always had a great experience. 95% of the issues solved by their CS team have been the fault of the carrier, and 5% the fault of myself, but the parcel has always been delivered, and for a very competitive price. Ive just been on after the website re-design and its a lovely use journey.

I booked a service on a Friday to be collected on Monday. Already an inconvenience because collections can only be made during the week, and this was a case of urgency. I booked the service, stayed at home the whole day to ensure the collection. Nothing came. This is not the worst. I had to, day after day, text, be ghosted, send messages, one after the other, and book and rebook, FOR A WEEK. I have been waiting for a collection FOR A WEEK. I have printed and reprinted labels, nonstop. And I am still waiting and waiting. This is an absolute joke to the customers time and effort. If a collection service is not available, they should inform us of such. Didnt receive a refund, nor a change of courier, just ignored endlessly.

I would not recommend Parcel Monkey to anyone. Everything is fine until something goes wrong. My case has been ongoing since May, and I keep getting the same generic replies: “We’re waiting for Evri.” I paid for shipping and additional cover, but I still have no refund and no proof of delivery. Because I booked through Parcel Monkey, I can’t deal directly with Evri and have to rely on Parcel Monkey, who have been completely unhelpful. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Avoid this company.

I got an email to say the parcel could not be collected because we were out! We weren’t out and it was collected (from our porch), so I was a bit worried for a while

Booked 7 large parcels to be collected by parcel force. Royal Mail turned up no labels and no room in the van. the only way to contact farcel monkey is through a very delayed chat that is very vague, doesnt answer questions and ultimately cant do anything to help.

Never use this company, they destroyed a parcel and only offered to refund the value of the parcel and not the postage. Considering the unacceptable service, I will be taking the matter further if they do not respond to my request. They list themselves as the shipper meaning you cannot take up any issues that relate to your own property. Avoid at all costs.

I had a box collected via DPD. They left a 9 digit reference number on a card after collecting item when I was out. Says to go to DPD website for tracking. Website then says they dont recognise 9 digit numbers. Then it turns out that DPD dont think customers are worthy of speaking with. No way to contact them. The item was going to a remote house and to be left outside. No way of finding out if it got there. Both DPD and Parcel Monkey use no reply emails which infuriates me. When my customers spend money I give them a service that makes them happy and communicate with them. Guess thats not profitable enough for these two companies. How dare I wish to know if what I paid for was delivered!!!
