Postage via the parcel monkey. Site was really easy to navigate, the postage we chose was competitive for the item size and weight and we had the option of being collected or dropped off. Once delivered we were able to see an image of delivered item

The parcel was not collected on the date booked, it was collected the following day, which causes huge problems with the coordination of other people on site to receive and install. When the parcel did arrive it was damaged beyond repair, which has cost me a lot of money.

Very fast to react after review. They offered compensation in theory. I politely asked if there was a timeline on when I should expect the money but all Im getting now is silent treatment. I just cant win with Parcel Monkey. My shipment would have arrived by now if I walked there myself.

The courier did not collect due to not the boxes being too large to fit in their van, even though I entered exact correct dimensions and weight. I was told that he would collect next day, which he didnt. It is now 3 days after I booked the collection for and still no one has collected the parcels

Getting a quote and paying for a collection and delivery was easy on the website, however after being advised that the courier will collect between 9am and 5pm, he didnt show, and when contacting customer support I was advised to wait until 6pm. I was not able to wait until 6pm and asked why this was not advised on the original email. I couldnt get a straight answer. The customer support person was as helpful as she could be with the tools she had and she helped me re-book the collection for the next day, however that was 1 day late than the original quote I received, which was not ideal, because if I knew they couldnt collect next day I could have done it cheaper in 2 days time somewhere else. They couldnt give me updates on the driver and provide an ETA. Basically expect to wait one full day for a collection to happen. This was the second time using this service and both times the collections didnt happen the next day even though I paid for next day collection. I do not recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - GO DIRECTLY TO THE COURIER. I placed and ordered for a parcel to be collected/delivery and selected Parcelforce as the courier. I paid £61.06 for 48hour delivery with insurance. I did not receive the labels or confirmation, due to an email error, and as the item was next day time sensitive, I decided to book again directly with Parcelforce. I was shocked when Parcelforce offered 24 hour next day delivery including insurance for £24.00. So with a saving of £37.06, my parcel also arrives a day earlier?? I understand Parcel Monkey’s main reason in business is to make money, but the mark up is ridiculous. Yes, I lost out on £61.06, but a valuable lesson was learned. PLEASE CHECK COURIER QUOTES FIRST.

Shocking service, waiting for a parcel to be delivered from the uk to Ireland, sent a dispatched notice 26th of sept and still no parcel even today 13th of October. Deliver 1-2 working days, parcel was actually collected 8th of Oct and still no arrived to final address. Would not recommend to anyone

Wide choice of carriers available. My 4 deliveries were collected quickly on time. Photographic evidence of the deliveries provide proof of successful delivery. This was my first use of ParcelMonkey and I will use again

I sent some an item in packaging specifically designed for my item. I even sealed the packaging with duct tape. The package was clearly mishandled since the receiver received an empty package posted through their door that wasnt sealed. The courier posted the empty packaging to the receiver. The worrying thing is the courier didnt think to flag this up. They just carried on as if this were normal and people send empty packages. I subsequently informed parcel monkey. Parcel monkey informed me they wouldnt approve my claim and pay to replace the missing items because the packaging was inadequate. I clearly informed them that the packaging was specifically designed for the items I sent. They still didnt approve my claim. Since this has happened Ive decided Ill never use parcel monkey again. Ive decided to use a professional service from now on

I needed to send important documents to Canada, but their postal workers are on strike so I could not send via Royal mail. I needed a courier service and came across parcel monkey during my online search.
Very easy to use. I just entered my information and parcel monkey showed me the various courier options with their costs.

I left the country via Gatwick airport. I checked my luggage weight and it was too much. So I arranged with parcel monkey to courier the two packages I prepared to Doncaster to my sister and paid for the service. Until now the packages are still at the Sofitel hotel despite the fact that they were to be delivered within 48 hours. I emailed parcel monkey but got no response. The funny thing is that one of the tracking links says that the package was delivered!

Ive been waiting a month for my package to be delivered. There was a typo initially on the postcode which I do take responsibility for, but I raised this 3 weeks ago. Parcel monkey are very unresponsive when messaging. I cant even call as they dont have a number Quite unprofessional. Shipment id: PM13046040

2 boxes should have been picked up on Monday no collection made and no reason given call customer service who arranged another collection, collection was mad and 1 box has been delivered 2nd box according to the parcel tracker is damaged not yet delivered no contact or explanation so will need to make yet another call to customer services

Selected a courier and booked. Courier turned up the next day after providing a one hour time slot. Collected item delivered to destination within 24 hours. Straightforward, what more do you want.

Really expensive for what you get. We were charged an extra £50 for miss weighing the parcel. Better to go direct through Courier or similar

What went wrong?? Everything!!!! My parcel ended up being returned and I am still waiting 1 month later to receive it. It was only sent 2 hours down the road. Save yourself the hassle. Oh and that was with Parcel Force through Parcel Monkey. Parcel Monkey do not help when it comes to complaints.

Sent Parcel on the 08/09/2025 to Germany. Information says that it is in customs in Niederaula on the 10/09/2025 Held at Customs - incorrect documents. Had an email from the company i was sending the package to saying that they had recieved it on 08/10/2005. Parcelmonkeys dashboard still has my parcel in Niederaula being held at customs for incorrect documents. Poor service and slow delivery times.

Courier did not collect the package. This has happened several times with Parcel Monkey bookings. They dont tell you when booking that if the collection isnt made as scheduled then there is no refund or no upgrade to get the parcel delivered on time. Parcel Monkey takes your money, and doesnt deliver in more ways than one.

Dropped parcel at pick up point, got to USA 10 days! Customs refused it, no explanation. Small box of sweets, toys and clothes for 4 year old grandson birthday and 8 month old granddaughter. Received email giving 24hrs to ask for return or will be destroyed. Day late answering and parcel disposed. Would have been nice if Parcel Monkey had tried a little harder to contact us before 24hrs disposal. Will not use again
