BP garage in Buntingford said they didn’t do FedEx. Post Office the same. Drove ten miles to Burns Road Royston who said they didn’t have a printer. Icknield Stores in Royston could not print label as the scanner said ERROR ERROR. We gave up and sent the parcel Royal Mail.

Very competitive price. Able to fill out customs declaration at home and all printed out. Parcel left the UK on Monday and arrived in Houston on Thursday in plenty of time for my Granddaughters birthday. Parcel number 12 over the last few years and all were delivered on time and perfect condition so 100% satisfaction.

Yet again, despite doing everything asked of me my products end up stuck in customs and my customer asked if the parcel was from me as it was shown as being from ParcelMonkey! Fed up.

The actual postage / courier platform is ok, but they’re more expensive than going direct to the courier and they like to sting you with extra charges…however if there are any issues with your delivery (my delivery was not delivered and UPS wouldn’t refund stating I would have to go through Parcel Monkey as they were the booking agent) or if there are any additional charges from a courier (UPS charged me for an item they claimed was 21KG, alleging that I claimed 20.65KG, but the item actually weighed 8KG) then Parcel Monkeys customer service is absolutely atrocious, they ignore anything that involves refunding customers (both on email and the “reporting a problem” platform). Not the first time I’ve had issues with Parcel Monkey, last time I thought was a one off, but reading other reviews it’s how they operate and I won’t be using them again!! AVOID and go direct to the courier!!!

I have used Parcel Monkey a number of times sending parcels from here in North Lincs to Lincoln,Nottingham and New Zealand..oddly the New Zealand ones only ever took a few days to get there too...A great way to send your parcels.

Go every where else first ! delayed delivery and just to make you feel better charge you extra. The company appear to be cheap to start with which is their marketing ethos.But the reality will effect you where it hurts. I am thankful for the staff who are working nights to get this parcel to where it is going to be delivered and the van driver going out to the address. I will leave it up to you to make your own mind up to use this company. I have asked for my details to be deleted but they clearly not done so.

You did great and the Parcel was collected and delivered as arranged by Parcel Force.
The problem I have is with the seller of the returned item. They are still asking for a tracking number and proof of postage when I have given them everything I have got and the parcel has been delivered.

Booked a UPS collection through Parcel Monkey — they failed to collect twice, gave conflicting information, and left me stuck chasing both companies with no clear answers. No driver ever showed, no updates, no resolution. The parcel was too heavy to take to a drop-off point, and now I’m having to try and get it directly to the warehouse myself. Absolutely useless service. Never using them again.

+Easy to get a price +Easy to drop off -Needed a printer +Helpful customs declaration ---No idea where my parcel is - tracker says its been received in customs in Malmo and later on the same day it says it has been collected from the post office where I dropped it off 2 days earlier

Parcel Monkey usually is very efficient and super reliable however this time there was a delay on our parcel. They did update instructions all the time however this is why I am giving 4* and not 5*.
It is super easy to use and MUCH more affordable than sending things direct through the PostOffice or DHL etc.

I booked 2 parcels for home collection. They were not collected on the specified day but the day after. The tracking system is dire. Email notifications were unavailable for one parcel but not the other. The online tracking is complex and slow and rarely updated. Much slower and less efficient than other delivery services I’ve used. I will not use Parcel Monkey again.
