Thanks for Your service I am very happy to have you that my grandchildren can have presents for Christmas from me.
Only now last time I sent 3 parcels and they have been delivered for 2 days, not together in the same address.
But I accept it, just happened!

My parcel was booked for collection on 12/12/2025, delivery person didn’t come, again it was rebooked on 18/12/2025 no one collected yer. No information from DX parcel service

sadly my package was trashed by EVRI and so I have had to claim through Parcel Monkey. The process so far for £25 has been tedious and arduous and it would be easier just to write it off.

Good to have all the sending options together and then make a choice. Once decision made, the booking process was easy and the subsequent delivery of gifts to France by Parcelforce went well. Previously would have hesitated sending because of complications with export documentation but was all explained in including looking for correct HS codes.

Parcel checked in online and dropped off next day at Post Office on a next day delivery service to Ireland. All of the relevant info provided and one week later the client is still urgently looking for their sample. Very poor service by today’s standards.

This is my third or fourth time using parcel monkey to send Christmas gifts from UK to USA. Cannot rate the service highly enough. Parcels arrive door-to-door within a few days. Drop off is easy and the required customs forms do not appear unnecessarily complicated. I cannot imagine anybody could possibly do the job better.

Tracking shows delivery was never attempted for my 2 parcels I sent with parcel monkey- the parcels were scanned in the local depot and then “returned to sender” straight to parcel monkey rather than my own sender address which was on the parcel. It takes days for them to respond with pointless template responses that don’t acknowledge any of my questions. They’re trying to charge me triple the original postage charge just to send it back to me, they won’t even carry out the original service I paid for and deliver to the recipient. Total nightmare - do not use this company !!!
