Basically the first / days nothing happened no messages no pick-up. Went on line to get it sorted . All done in one day. But after I had rebooked.

Awful customer service. No accountability, no escalation and after 5 weeks of asking for a Proof of Delivery, this morning a new agent to the issue informed me my parcel was delivered - yes, it was on Feb 20th but to who as the intended recipient has not received the item, hence the ask for a POD. USELESS, DO NOT USE

AVOID! This company is awful! my parcel is stuck at customs, and they cant seem to assist with completing the correct forms or answer a simple question. Trying to get hold of them or anything done properly is a nightmare!

I always thought Parcel Monkey was like a comparison site where you find the best carrier and then buy the label through PM. But it turns out that if the carrier (e.g. UPS, Courier etc) returns the item to sender, PM will have put their own warehouse as the sender so it will go to them, and they will then charge you a fairly high postage fee plus an admin fee to actually send it to you. Having the parcel go to PM doesnt add any value to anything and actually makes things slower since the return will be in two stages. There is no reason for PM to overwrite the original sender address with their own. Since there is no real service provided (the parcel could have just as easily been sent straight back to me) I think it is fair to compare this to a window repair company that goes around smashing peoples windows at night. Wont be using PM going forward, just use underlying carrier instead.

I started a international delivery shipping with them with 14.5 kg weight and i dropped it off to them at a post office and next day the parcel get delivered back to me and no serious response from them they only say they will email and no assurance of moneg back as well spended 95£ for nothing

Parcel was lost in transit. Was in contact with Parcel Monkey team the whole time. I asked what their timeframe was for resolving this and when they now consider it a failed delivery. They didnt give me a timeframe but kept delaying and delaying. I insured my parcel, but because of their delays and not letting me know the timeframe to claim on insurance, I lost £450 claim, due to needing to claim within 30 days of posting. Furious! As was in constant contact, and they did not tell me at any point, even though I asked.

I paid for next day delivery which didnt happen when i was tracking the parcel it left us at 1pm on the Tuesday and next was in the Coventry depo at 8am the following morning but it was still there the following day when speaking to customer service they couldnt give a reason why overall absolute terrible service and will not recommend to anyone

This company is an unmitigated disaster. I wouldnt trust them to send anything, anywhere. So far they have lost my parcel and are now requiring huge amounts of evidence to prove my loss of a nominal 25 pounds (the limit of their basic insurance). They market themselves as a delivery intermediary. What they dont tell you is that they underprice the trusted providers until you try to book. At this point they hike up the proper providers price while suggesting you use a cheaper alternative. The cheaper alternative then lose your parcel. I would recommend going directly to a respected delivery company and cutting out this shady middle man.

Awful. Booked a pick up and delivery through the platform on 12th Feb. Almost 2 weeks on Ive had 2 no shows and 2 postponements. Money taken and nothing to show for it. Customer service was basically a case of sorry, not our fault or problem. Why bother listing Evri as a trusted delivery company when they clearly arent. Flop.
