Clearly a scam!!! I waited 4 days for them to send my parcel, each day they didn’t arrive the collection date got moved. Eventually I got fed up and cancelled. Turns out it was far cheaper to book directly than with this company and it was collected when it was stated. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Parcel was collected 12 days ago, tracking not updated since collection. Receiver has not got it, Evri has tried to locate the item at their depot but cannot find it, as yet they will not admit it is lost!

Scammers: I took a parcel to my local post office where it was weighed and I was given a receipt that included the weight. Subsequently this courier could not deliver my parcel so it was returned and I went online and found parcel monkey. I measured my parcel, entered the correct dimensions and weight and payed. Days later I had a £50 excess weight charge on my credit card for a parcel number not mine. It came with an email saying the weight i had claimed, and it gave a figure that was not the weight I had claimed, was 10 kilos light. This resulted in a 24 kilo parcel. 24 kilos for a few small pieces of plastic that had been weighed by the post office at 11. Their emai gave an address to raise the issue, but 4 emails later they have yet to reply to one. Not a company to trust with your credit card details. My credit card company is pursuing this as a fraud, but is long, and a pain. Best avoid this company in my opinion

I would recommend! It saved me so much compared to taking my parcel direct to the post office. My parcel arrived as stated with no issues. Would use again!

Only giving 1 star as not possible to give zero stars! TERRIBLE SERVICE - DO NOT USE! I tried to use Parcel Monkey to send back a toliet to Victoria Plumbing. Booked a 24 service on Mon. 25 Aug. for collection Tue. 26 with Parcel Monkey via Parcelforce. Was not told at point of booking that collection would be anytime between 08:00 & 18.00. Waited in all day, no collection on Tuesday. No updates, no reply to my messages via their dashboard, no collection Wednesday. On Thursday was advised would be rebooked for Friday 29 Aug. Again, waited in all day, no collection. Eventually asked a friend to help me carry the heavy 30kg toliet down my 3 flights of stairs and drove all 3 parcels to my local Royal Mail Sorting Office, where they finally started their journey. As others have said, all Parcel Monkey staff do is lie and tell you that the courier is on their way when they are blatently not. NEVER AGAIN!

I purchased a car part and the seller, sorted out the delivery, the parcel had been collected and then I get a messege of the courier asking for £110 insurance refundable once delivered, after asking what company he works for he said parcel monkey, so Im not sure if you guys are to blame as of the situation, but the courier said he wont deliver the part untill the £110 is paid even though he collected the parcel earlier in the day. Is there anyway I could contact someone to see if it is one of your actual drivers or just a scammer?

My parcel was rejected at delivery location and no attempt made to make contact with us to find a solution so goods returned to us and we had to do an event without merchandise.

Paid over £150 a week ago for same day courier for an urgent medical device collection and delivery. Waited all day having chased 5 or 6 times to be then told no courier is available and so my request is cancelled. Disgusting service - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You can’t talk to anyone - it’s all through online chat and they just tell you to wait in for the courier.

Awful service. Confirmed the order and happily took my money. Then when waiting on the label they say they cant send the the address they already confirmed. Now need to wait for my money back and spend more time looking for alternatives. Absolute joke

totally great business for them. Not only you have to pay them to arrange a collection. you also need to spend your time from 8-6 waiting for the so-called confirmed collection. and if you complained they will just book you for another collection. best way to spending your free time by live chatting with them and their answers are we cant do anything

Last 2 collections have both failed to collect twice no explanation just re-booked for the next working day, paid for next day service and both parcels have taken over a week and half to get to the destination. Not sure if it is parcel monkey or the assigned courier but not good enough.

Easy and straightforward to use

Paid over the odds for 3 parcels to get to their destination in time and no collection was made. The only way to contact anybody is via a messenger portal on your account page, no phone or email or live chat. Complained about the no collection, rearranged for next day and another no show! Now waiting 15 days to get my money back. No compassion showed or ownership of issues simply said it wasnt their fault.

The collection never happened and the tracking links did not work - completely unacceptable. They re-booked it for me on a day I could not do without asking me. Then they re-booked it again but theres no communication through them of when the courier will arrive so we missed him. Then there was no communication on booking another visit to collect the parcel. Ended up getting a refund. Wholly unreliable, book direct to ensure you have notice of when a courier will arrive as parcel monkey does not pass on this information.

I chose the guaranteed 24 hour, next day pick up and delivery the following day, this did not happen. Our customer was desperate for the product and the delay was extended by the bank holiday weekend. A promised Friday delivery was delivered on the following Tuesday!!!
