Called and collected 26 kilo parcel from my door, sorted the paper work, game the tracking information and drove off. Two days later checked and was delivered with a picture, buyer happy as was I

Sadly the parcelforce courier has let parcel monkey down again. The tracking for my parcel is not showing an update for 8 days and the parcel is no-where to be seen. My customer is demanding a refund for the product and the cost of delivery (the item was for a wedding which has now passed). Between uk and us the service is advertised as 3-5 working days. I strongly recommend paying a little more for a different courier. Parcelforce take your money and NEVER deliver on time if at all.

Terrible service, paid extra for same day collection and they would collect before 6pm, waited at work until 6 and no show? Next day same again, no show? Online chat says they can collect parcel next day but how can you trust them after two wasted days. They do not automatically reschedule collections apparently and they wait for you to contact them to say it parcel has not been collected? - how stupid is that??? Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

I paid for a parcel to be delivered, £33.99, they picked it up and delivered it with no problems. Left a review and then they decided it was ok to take ANOTHER payment of £27.99. Now they saying the parcel was the wrong dimension... I took pictures for proof of weight and size of the parcel before it left. Great way to get scammed out of £27.99. NEVER using them again! Be warned

I posted a small parcel (with fragile contents) from UK to USA using express delivery. The online form was easy to complete and the cost of postage was very competitive. The parcel arrived intact in 3 working days. I was amazed! Only negative was trying to find a place to post from as one shop listed does not exist now and the next ones app was down. However, I was really happy with the service and will use again. Definitely recommend it!

Arranged and paid for parcel to be collected on the Monday which was convenient for the seller but not collected by DPD on the Monday or Tuesday and seller stayed in both days. I was told would be collected Tuesday but seller had to contact and eventually parcel collected 2 days after agreed and paid for date making the whole transaction very difficult with parcel arriving late for intended purpose

The worst parcel courier service ever ! I have used various carriers such as Royal Mail/Parcel Force, Courier,Evri but I opted for Parcel Monkey UK as it looks l;ike they had a pool of cobtracted couriers for European destinations. After paying the initial postage fee of £ 24.44 on the 10th May , I dropped the parcel at a collection point in North London. It took over 3 weeks for the parcel to reach the customs on the country of destination, then it was too late for my son as he needed the item before the 20th May as he flew abroad. I contacted Parcel Monkey and UPS repeatedly asking for the parcel to be redelivered after my sons return on the 4th June. I was given reassurance by the UPS manager at Otopeni Airport that they will have 2 more attempts to deliver and will contact my son to ask him to collect in person before returning the item. The truth is , there were no attempts made to redeliver the parcel, and by the time I tracked the parcel and try to stop the return by calling the UPS office at Otopeni, it was already too late: they loaded the parcel on the lorry , on the way back to Uk. Them I had to wait another 2 weeks until it reach UPS Bolton facility , pay another £ 23.09 for a return label, so I can have it returned to me , the sender. So, as it stands , I paid £ 47.73 for a parcel that did not get to my son and I will now have to find and pay another curier to resend it ! Stay away from Parcel Monkey and their associates as they are BAD news!! I have also tried to recuperate the postage fees and got completely fobbed off by the bots answering the so called customer servives. To say I am dissapointed and frustrated its an understatement!!

The service was good as I had to return faulty electronics to Taiwan and they fixed the issue with my label. The delivery experience is dependant on the courier.

Following my previous review, and a response from parcel monkey on said review. The customer service is still horrendous. The missing parcel (large event stand might I add, not hard to loose) still has not been returned and I have been sent a proof of delivery today which clearly shows that my item left the depot and was recorded at the end of the day as delivered at the depot. Not to add the parcel should be returned to sender, and the depot in question is in London we are over two hours away from London. I have asked to make a formal complaint, and to be refunded. Complaint ignored and have been told they will not do anything refund wise until item is returned. DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY.

I use lots of carriers, but I keep returning to parcel monkey. Easy to use, good value and if you have an issue you can actually get them on their chat and usually solve the issue. The problem comes when you do have an issue though. You are not just dealing with 1 company you are dealing with two, but If you want to shop around for good prices this is unfortunately usually the case. I still find parcel monkey the best.

Usually good service but second time booked first class collection service this year and parcel not booked up until 4 days after original collection date. No apology offered and no offer of even a partial refund. The lack of recognition on the times the service as promised is main reason for 2 star review on this occasion.
