Quick and easy to work

I have been using them for almost one year now. I have changed my previous service provider because of numerous problems with my shipments. I ship roughly 80kgs per shipment. They have not failed me yet. Good service reasonable prices

Deliveries to me booked via Parcel Monkey are almost always late - never next day as promised. Bookings made directly with couriers are almost always on time. You get what you pay for in this life. If it needs to be there next day, do yourself and your customers a favour and book it direct.

All very straightforward to organise, but I did not choose the cheapest service. Parcel made it from UK to USA quite quickly but then it sat in the UPS Louisville warehouse gathering dust for several unexplained days. Still arrived in just over a week though, so not too bad. I do realise that in rating my overall experience I am criticising the courier I selected, not ParcelMonkey. No criticism of ParcelMonkey at all.

paid for the collection service and printed label, but nobody came to collect my return. I waited seven days before contacting the company, and they couldn’t explain why the collection had been missed. By then, I’d lost confidence in the process and cancelled the return. What should have been a simple service turned into a week of waiting and chasing with no clear answer. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t use or recommend this service.

Used to be good - now they want everything done through the website - just send me my tracking number and invoice without making me have to log in to your site which doesn’t work on a mobile

First time using Parcel Monkey and if definitely recommend them, and will use them again. I measured and weighed my parcel. Filled the details in on the very straightforward form and clicked for a quote. Various prices came back for different carriers and I picked the one which suited me. Then filled in my details and the delivery address, and paid. I chose to take to post office cos its close. I took it down, they scanned the barcode was sent and it went off. I had a notification today that it has been delivered. So straightforward! 100% will recommend.

I wanted to give only 1 star for this company we ( with my husband) tried to send some gifts to our relative in South Korea it was collection service we arranged yes our parcels of two boxes were promptly collected next day ( it was few days after but came so early) then the record of collection showed only one parcel we were panicked and tried to make sure our parcels on recorded correctly through the online finally the tracking shows two of our parcels been collected as on record . .then Our parcel of two different addresses shockingly only one arrived at Seoul region another to Busan never arrived ! No contact number only you can message through online we all are panicked now been told its sticking still in uk then been told its destroyed by system glitch ( never understand why ) if its not sent you should contact us and send it back to us ! But been told that value of the inside for parcel and claim thats all ..we are still struggling to get our refund since early September..regret that using this company ..never seen kind of bottom level of service I will never use this company just lured by cheapest service ..what if the items inside of parcel u replaceable priceless? I bought all the gifts fr amazon so hope its sorted out soon..please stay away from this company
