Easy to used and great service

I paid for the Parcelforce Express 24 service. My parcel was collected on 24/09/2025 but not delivered until 29/09/2025. I raised a complaint on the Parcel Monkey website which was never answered.

Parcel arrived it in time they said it would. Plus the labelled fragile box was in perfect nick/condition upon arrival. Super pleased with excellent service.

Was very impressed with all the process. Easy to choose the DPD. Collection and delivery was superb. Posted at 3.40 pm. On the Wednesday Delivered by 11.15 next day. Cant argue with that

Always a good way of finding the best value for money for that parcel. Simple and quick. Oddly, one Post Office was unable to take the Parcel Force package as they claimed they couldnt scan the Parcel Monkey home printed label. The next one had no problem though, so I put that down as a Post Office issue and not a Parcel Monkey one.

Extremely poor experience working with Parcel Monkey UK. I booked collection for today (Friday), was given the time frame of 0900 to 1700. No body turned up for collection. Emailed Parcel Monkey but no response, they only work Monday to Friday office hours. Here I am now sitting with pallet all ready for collection blocking my driveway, now trying to sort out water proof sheets as rain may damage the goods by the time Parcel Monkey responds, if they ever do. Will be seeking a full refund, and will never use them again.

The process was fine, paid, printed label, dropped off in local post office as a DPD pick-up point. The problem was at addressees end. The day before, a DPD parcel was left on the doorstep as the recipient was at the office. No an issue as it is a hidden porch. On this occasion, the DPD driver did not do this but left a card requiring the recipient o drive to a local DPD collection point.

Sending abroad - Form for capturing the necessary information for customs is not detailed enough on your site, and now our faulty goods that are being returned are held up in a UPS bonded warehouse in Germany with them claiming that we havent supplied all paperwork, despite filling in everything we were asked.

THIS SERVICE IS DREADFUL !! I currently have 2 separate parcel shipments sent on different days and as of 25.09.25, no one can tell me where either one of them is. One was taken to the access point on 22.09.25 the other was taken on 18.09.25, I paid for a 1-2 day delivery service plus guaranteed delivery !!!! I am trying to send items to my daughter who is studying abroad. I have logged repeated queries with Parcel Monkey; the responses are taking longer than 4 hours and I am asked information Parcel Monkey already has.

I booked a 3-5 business day shipment. The shipment arrived after 20 business days and only after I personally chased the carrier (UPS) and then only delivered to a drop off point rather than delivery address (no attempt made to deliver to address). In addition, carrier charged me for import taxes (which werent applicable on the shipment) AND extortionate brokerage fees before they would deliver the shipment. Parcel Monkey did not advise me of these additional costs at time of contracting the service, provided no real support on getting the shipment delivered, and have ignored or refused all demands for a refund on the basis that it was the carriers fault - I contracted with Parcel Monkey, not the carrier.

I am extremely disappointed with Parcel Monkey’s handling of my delivery. Despite paying for their service and following their process, my parcel has been lost and I have been left without proper support. Communication through their portal is slow, unhelpful, and often ignored. I have repeatedly asked for updates and even requested escalation, but no resolution has been offered. I’ve also requested direct contact details or a phone number for their claims team, yet they insist everything must go through their limited ticket system, which clearly isn’t working. I have provided all the required evidence for my claim, but instead of progressing matters, Parcel Monkey appear to be delaying and making it extremely difficult for customers to get compensation or even a straight answer. A responsible parcel broker should support their customers when things go wrong, not hide behind a ticket system and push the blame onto couriers. I am now preparing to escalate this formally via Trading Standards and my payment provider. I would urge anyone considering Parcel Monkey to think twice and check recent reviews before booking — customer service is virtually non-existent when problems arise.

Always been happy with discounted international rates from Parcel Monkey. I have reached out a few times for a few things but this occasion was the most important so far. 5 stars for Marthee who just helped me sort it out real quick. It would be good if I could add new information for the delivery driver myself but this way worked well enough.

have been using for some years but recently their service has gone down hill massively. their suppliers just fail to turn up and even after rebooking fail again and again to the point of having to cancel the job completely. The refunds take ages well over the 3-5 days they claim
