Our Parcels are still here. The couriers work till 1900hrs Parcel Monkey shuts up shop before. We cant talk to the Courier amd Parcel Monkey is closed!!!!!! Get your act together.

I run an online resale business and usually use Royal Mail to send my parcels. I sold a high end handbag which needed £500 cover so decided to use DPD via Parcel Monkey to cover the full amount as Royal Mail dont cover up to this value. The parcel arrives to my buyer and the box has been opened and half the bag is sticking out the box. It is clear to my buyer that the box has been tampered with by the courier company and the bag has some damage to it. I put a claim in for a partial refund to cover the loss of the value of the bag and Parcel Monkey declined it putting the blame back on me saying I hadnt packaged it well enough! I have never been so disgusted. I send 50-100 parcels out every week worldwide with Royal Mail and not once have I had someone complain about my packaging in 15yrs because i am thorough with how I send parcels! I absolutely would not recommend anyone use them as you stand no chance of getting money back from them if you have a problem. My husband works in the legal field and Im still debating whether to take this further legally. I will not be using them ever again and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I had to chase nearly every message I sent them too as they were so slow to respond. AVOID!

My parcel is still sitting in customs in USA, they have contacted Parcel Monkey. Still awaiting information, missed my granddaughters birthday. Over 2wks now, sadly did online chat still no joy, need a UK phone number

In my 20 years of online buying and shipping using several companies. Your company gave the worst service ever. from reschduling booking up to 2 times to giving incorrect pickup time to Driver. down to refund within 3to5 days? What a very ****ty thing. the only good thing is a good customer service chat.

The parcel was booked in monday, collected tuesday and delivered by wednesday mid day which is when the parcel was actually booked in for collection under a 24 hour service. Driver delivers the labels with the service I purchased so makes it easier and collected from premises. Not an issue for us being early with either party as we were both in and prior notifications where given for collection. price was reasonable for a weighty long parcel.

3 parcels sent to one address (WITH A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL FOR DIRECTIONS IF LOST) and three parcels returned to me 3 days later, I am close to running out of time to return them and cannot find a way to raise this other than here
