Under no circumstances will i EVER use parcel monkey again. Collection was scheduled and paid for, they never turned up, rescheduled , they never turned up, rescheduled, they never turned up!!!! Now over a week later one unhappy customer of mine and Parcelmonkey customer service "Megan" gives no help and just keeps rebooking collections that dont show up, with no explanation or help.

I booked a parcel for collection for Royal Mail. The collection was due yesterday. It was rebooked for today. I have tried to find out from you whether they are going to turn up when they say they will. Your agent decided that the conversation was ended, without resolving anything, and cut off the chat. Appalling service both from Royal Mail and from you.

More parcels have been lost than delivered, whilst I know this is not Parcel Monkey themselves its their couriers who let them down

I have used parcel monkey a few times and always been happy with the service. This time I chose royal mail through parcel monkey who really let me down... so parcel monkey or royal mail to blame? I paid a higher ammount as I was promised delivery in 3-5 days... the parcel took 10 days to arrive, missing the birthday of the recipient. Not acceptable.

Absolutely dont bother, they ask for the information and suggest someone and then dont fulfill the requirement having taken the money, and then send they are please to be able to refund your payment, Pleased? Well of course you should refund the money its mine and you offered no service, just go direct to UPS much easier and cheaper!

Once again great service! Picked up on time, with a friendly smile, up to date reports on the parcel’s journey, let down only on the delivery date! It arrived on the next working day(Monday).

Parcel Monkey are solid in what they do, the fundamental problem are their providers like ParcelForce WorldWide that are either overburdened with a backlog or just cannot provide a service Fit for Purpose without taking any real responsibility for their actions.
RoyalMail had always been well-regarded and respected as the lynchpin of a modern day postal service but their entity ParcelForce WorldWide and their parcel courier service is certainly letting down the side.
So would I use them again, hmmm not until their inefficiencies are massively improved whilst paying for a premium service!

Total failure to collect twice using royal mail. No reply to my complaint so thats another day wasted while I wait for them to just cancel this shambles and refund me. Had to wait in the house all day - twice. This means they have completely missed getting a birthday gift to my family member in time.

Since their ParcelForce Service collections started get collected by Royal mail, what is advertised at the tracking info as 24hr guaranteed, is getting slower and slower. 3 days this time. The multibox discount option has also disappeared!!!

At first I was sceptical about the name Parcel Monkey as there is a lot of monkey business on line these days. But when I looked into your rules and regs. I found more information there than other providers give, so clarifying the question of posting different types of battery. So thank you for your service.

Always use Parcel Monkey to organise my regular parcels to be sent to my daughter in Australia. I was pleasantly amazed at the price this month, but then the parcel was not all that heavy. I can track it all the way and she gets notified at her end when it is in the country. I dont use anyone else and it travels Global Priority Royal Mail.

Everything went as planned. Parcel delivered within 4 days. Only issue was that the printer wasn’t working at the first parcel drop off shop I went to, so I had to return home to print the delivery label myself.

usually they work fine, however recently they lost my parcel and didnt react to my enquiry for 48 hours !!! time is crucial in such cases, as they must force courier to find the parcel. 2 days gone by, monkeys didnt even bother to reply to my ticket, what a joke

Very easy site to use. Postage came back cheaper than other sites. The method of postage I chose and paid for was excellent and delivered next day. Kept well informed throughout.

Priced parcel at local Post Office and would have been £80. Took parcel home and went online for prices. Parcel Monkey was cheapest at £36 for an express tracked service with Parcel Force. Paid online, printed the labels and fixed to the parcel, and dropped the parcel back at the same post office as before. Saving was £50 for printing my own label. (QR code was provided to print label at post office if no printer available.). Parcel subsequently delivered on the day quoted and was able to track to destination. Email received when parcel was delivered in Australia.
Our parcel was 3.2kg in a standard posting box. Superb saving of £50 against the Parcel Force standard delivery price quoted at Post Office by using Parcel Monkey for the faster Express Tracked delivery also offered by Parcel Force. Would definitely use this service again.

Entered a delivery contract with you using ParcelForce who have absoloutly failed in delivering the goods in good time. Its taken 3 weeks! And when I tried to get details as to whats happening, very little came back. No offer of refund, compensation etc.
