I like being able to take the parcel to the post office prepaid and ready to go. I posted my parcel to Australia 27 November and it only took a week. Last year I posted on the same day and the parcel arrived the day before xmas eve, This year worked very well within the timeframe promised.

Parcel Monkey said the parcel was delivered at 11.13 pm on Monday night to my safe space. I was in then. I searched on Tuesday but could not find anything in my front or back garden. The sender investigated and said it was left in my front porch. I dont have one! I had been waiting anxiously, as once it got to Glasgow warehouse it didnt move for three days. Where is my parcel now?

Item was delivered to a neighbour, but we weren’t told which one, either in the email or with a card posted through our door. The photo showed the inside of someone’s porch and their legs only….not a lot to go on!

Failed to collect on two occasions. I paid for 24 hour service as I was under time pressure to send the item, so totally useless - it was a week since booked the original collection They offered me to book again but I cancelled and asked for money back Terrible service. Will not be using again.

My experience with Parcel Monkey has been awful from start to finish. I was told they were “chasing the courier” for updates, yet the courier’s own tracking (which Parcel Monkey can see) already showed the parcel had been found and was out for delivery. Completely unnecessary and misleading communication. No email or text was sent to the recipient before either delivery attempt, and no note was left. On the second attempt the courier suddenly demanded customs duties in cash, with zero prior warning to either me or the addressee. To make matters worse, the tracking still shows “Attempted delivery” from the previous day and has not been updated properly. The parcel was supposed to arrive in 3 days — it took 12. Unprofessional, confusing, and honestly unacceptable.

I chose Parcel Force on Parcel monkey. Paid £68 for two boxes of china to be collected and delivered to me. The boxes had been well packed and marked fragile contains china. One box arrived and half the goods were smashed. The other box arrived three days late and again half the china was smashed. Absolutely disgraceful. Needless to say I shall be seeking compensation this china is no longer made

The process and the collection went very well but the delivery at the destination was a disaster. Dpd took the parcel to the wrong address several streets away from where it was supposed to be delivered!!! The kind of **** I expect from Evri not dpd...

My parcel is stuck in the USA. awaiting further information. I have tried to contact Parcel monkey to no avail!! There is no email address and the live chat went dead. Not happy. Dont know what I can do next !!!

As of now the parcel appears to be lost, we have contacted yourself to check its wereabouts as we do not know the delivery company in Australia to check with them its location, this is what you are supposed to be doing according to your online chat representative last week
