Dont get fooled its cheap . Try direct with the courier as I did . I have send 100s of parcels through this website with one parcel lost and paid insurance for this . 3 months of conversation and they are still avoiding to pay out . They are taking your money from the account without asking for overweight or oversized parcels with no proof of that . My parcel weight was 2.5 kg and they are got me billed for 11 kg .Its your choice but avoid this service for your peace of mind .

Used Parcelmonkey for the first time to post a large parcel, process was straight forward and easy to follow. Parcel was collected from my home address the very next day and delivered the day after.
All good, would use Parcelmonkey again.

Parcel Monkey, in my experience have been great and very convenient. Once youve entered your package dimensions and weight you are provided a long list of delivery options and prices, which are very reasonable.

Able to get a price, a collection/drop off option that suited me and delivery time selected from many options on the Parcel Monkey site. Takes account of your parcel size and weight. Easy to get the label
I needed printed at home and then despatched via a drop off point close to where I live. Once in the hands of the courier it was possible to track the progress and check on delivery. In this instance I sent two parcels from N Ireland to different family members, in different places in England. Both were safely delivered within the times stated as I booked the parcels initially. Great service. Would highly recommend.

Prices have gone up but its worth the extra for safe, guaranteed delivery .

No collection attempt made. Rescheduled via chat, same thing. Theyre complete disinterested, dont care to figure out what went wrong. Refund promised in 3-5 days, end of conversation. A month later the money still isnt there and Im told I have to click some link hidden in a support ticket to "accept the refund"! Its 2 stars instead of 1 because the price beats direct bookings with couriers. Just a shame it was a complete waste of time!

Been using ParcelMonkey for some years as an eBay trader, usually cheaper than Parcelforce direct and have always given excellent service. On the very odd occasion when there has been a small issue out of their hands they have dealt with it more efficiently than when I have gone direct to Parcelforce

Very disappointing – failed collections, poor communication and no response after more than a week We have used Parcel Monkey successfully for many years and, until recently, the service worked extremely well. Unfortunately, something has clearly changed. Whilst Parcel Monkey processed the booking without issue, ParcelForce now appears to subcontract collections to Royal Mail. On two separate occasions, a Royal Mail postman arrived in a small van that simply did not have enough room to load our parcel. The collection therefore failed through no fault of our own. This created significant disruption to our business, resulting in lengthy delays, numerous phone calls and, ultimately, us having to make a 50-mile round trip (25 miles each way) to the ParcelForce depot ourselves just to ensure our customer received their parcel on time. We spoke directly to staff at the ParcelForce depot, who openly acknowledged that this is now a major and recurring problem. What is particularly disappointing is that we are still waiting for a response regarding last week’s failed collection and the disruption and additional costs it caused. More than a week later, nobody has contacted us, explained what went wrong, apologised or offered any resolution. Businesses rely on dependable collection services. If collections can no longer be guaranteed because they are being subcontracted to vehicles that are simply too small for the parcels booked, customers need to be told this upfront rather than finding out when the driver arrives. This has now happened twice, so unfortunately we have lost confidence in the service and will be looking at alternative couriers for larger consignments in future. A word of warning to other businesses: if you are sending large or bulky parcels, do not assume a suitable collection vehicle will arrive. You may need to be prepared to deliver the parcel to a depot yourself, despite having paid for a collection service. It is a real shame because this used to be an excellent, reliable service. Sadly, it has become an unreliable and frustrating experience that we can no longer depend upon. This is not PM fault but they now know about the issue and will i’m sure investigate

On two separate occasions I used this service to make shipments, providing all required information upfront. On both occasions I was subsequently charged an additional fee with no prior notice, no explanation, and no request for consent. When a company takes money from a customer without communication or transparency, that is not an oversight - it is dishonest practice. I would not trust this company with my business again and would caution others to look carefully at the small print before using this service. I have all information saved (dimensions photographs with measurements + Weight on scales). I advise everyone to protect themselves. ParcelMonkey is an opportunistic company who will try to take money where possible without offering any reasonable customer service.

Do not use ! It only uses Parcel Force anyway so just go direct to them They will rip you off as the website is a like a scammer site in that it wont let you move forward if there is what it thinks is an error They then make you buy all the labels the system creates in error . They charged me £75 for a £10 label I cant get it back as they make it impossible to do so and like scammers their model is to assume that we wont bother to fight for this sort of money A very bad site . Just use parcel force At least my bad experience is limited to £75 and not more but you can avoid them

Paid for 48 with RoyalMail, had a delivery notice saying it would be delivered Sat between 10 and 1 which would have been perfect for the party it was intended for, however it never arrived, no updates or revised timing. It turned up 24 hours later; completely missing the even. Poor service.

It was fairly easy to organise the collection and drop off, the cost was a little expensive but still cheap compared to booking direct with the big couriers.
They courier turned out to be one of the big ones but the insurance cost was good for peace of mind.

A parcel was arranged for collection and didnt get collected. After 2 days I had to rearrange a collection meaning the collection was 4 days behind. This was a part for a customers car that was time critical due to the delay I had to supply a loan car whilst their car was waiting for the parcel. Contacted Parcel Monkey didnt even get a sorry. Will not entrust my postage with them again.

I paid £20 for a two day delivery. I followed all instructions that I was given for customs. Customs charged me and extra €13 when the gift I sent was under the amount stated. It’s been nearly two weeks and it still hasn’t been delivered!!
