Still no progress with the klepto monkey second review and still no parcel or compensation Jack Wrigley responded to the first review but that was only to appear concerned on Trustpilot Megan from the claims team has sent me the latest hurdle in the monkey obstacle course apparently even though you choose to fully insure your item in case it disappears there is an upper limit of which the claims team are able to pay out so again don’t think you are insured because you paid for cover

I find it very easy to book a delivery with parcel monkey. Today there was a note on my order to contact customer service. I chatted online with Mafe Cruz and he was very helpful and resolved my issue in just minutes.

The overall experience was good. The only minor gripe is the link to local shops with label printing facilities does not work. My parcel was left at an external locker at a petrol station and arrived at its destination without issue. I know labelled address is not essential but Id have been happier with the peace of mind it offers.

Last collection from drop off point with DPD was 14.00 Otherwise all good.
I struggled with the booking form though - the address detail boxes didnt always accept my input and wanted a different input. Not straightforward for me.

I took my parcel to the depot on Monday evening to go on the belt it took until Thursday morning to get delivered. Not next day THREE DAY not impressed.

I’ve never had a problem with Parcel Monkey however Royal Mail what a shower of sh*t a 24hr delivery… paid extra for ended up being over 72 hr delivery… absolute joke… but this does not surprise me in our modern world we live in….
As I mentioned parcel monkey has alway been perfect… I will continue to use them..

Paid for 24hr express parcel collection and delivery and after 48hrs still hadn’t collected parcel. Not able to contact by calling, only live chat and to be cut off chat after saying have to wait until after six 48hrs later. Absolutely rubbish service, will never use again.

I organised a collection of a portable dance floor that was being transported on a portable trolley. I had asked if it was ok to send this on a portable trolley rather than in a cardboard box and was told that this was acceptable. The dance floor was secured onto the trolley with a strap and duck tape and bubble wrap was used to protect it as well as to prevent movement. I took out the additional insurance in case of loss or damage. The dance floor was delivered with much of the packaging ripped off and the strap and bubble missing suggesting that it had been severely manhandled. The driver who collected the dance floor failed to secure it inside his van and he has admitted that as a consequence when he dropped it off at the depot in Heathrow parts had come out. He attempted to put these back on the trolley but did not secure them in place. I submitted a claim but this has been rejected citing that apparently the package was not packaged correctly as it wasn’t in a cardboard box etc even though I had confirmed that a portable trolley could be used instead.I have photographic proof that it was correctly and securely packaged and am looking for an insurance payout so that I can purchase replacement parts

Trader on ebay so regularly use Parcel Monkey who have always provided a great no hassle service. Very quick and easy process and are often much cheaper for Parcelforce than going direct to the company for the same service
