Parcel force who we got via parcel monkey went to our old address, despite us putting our new address as collection point. They refused to come to our new address, so Im 11 quid down and a parcel uncollected.

Excellent and reliable service. I was really surprised as the price to send a parcel is very low compared to quotes by other services. The parcel arrived earlier than the estimated date.

it seems that every time our usual collection driver is away on holiday, any parcels we have dont get collected. There was one missed on Friday and now wont be collected until Tuesday as you cant process same day collections. Not Happy.

I used to love Parcel Monkey but not since youve started using Chronopost at the French side. They message you to say that your parcel is out for delivery but then dont come...so its a complete waste of your day. They also open your packages, and reseal with chronopost tape. Its not just me. Lots of people on local forums are now complain that their packages are being opened and in some cases things are being stolen. In my case I had some contents damaged which you wouldnt fund, because I didnt pay extra to insure my goods. So basically I have to pay extra because you choose to use an unscrupulous and dishonest courier. If you carry on using Chronopost you are going to lose a lot of customers!!

Used Parcel force 48, tracked and signed for. Parcelmonkey info stated that driver would bring labels but this was not the case. Driver said they would print labels at the depot. Luckily I had attached the label that could be printed from Parcelmonkey. Package arrived on time and could be tracked.

THE PARCEL GOT LOST OVER A MONTH AGO. I HAVE SENT 100 MESSAGES TO PARCEL MONKEY! UPLOADED ALL DOCUMENTS AND SINCE THEN NO RESPONSE FROM PARCEL MONKEY WHATSOEVER FOR WEEKS AND WEEKS! SINCE THEY GOT ALL DOCUMENTATION PROVING THE VALUE AND IT’S TIME TO ISSUE COMPENSATION THAT’S WHERE THE HELL BREAKS LOOSE! MY QUESTION IS: WHEN WILL SOMEONE RESPOND TO MY CLAIM AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE COMPENSATION FOR THE LOST, UNDELIVERED PARCEL? WHY ARE YOU IGNORING YOUR CUSTOMERS? READING YOUR REVIEWS EVERYONE HAS AN ISSUE WITH YOU REGARDING CLAIMS AND ISSUING COMPENSATIONS? WHY DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA TO COVER FULL VALUE OF PARCELS BUT NEVER COMPENSATE IF PARCELS IS LOST??? Logical. I entered my parcels weight and dimensions on the Parcel Monkey website, then selected a service which suited my needs. Parcel Monkey took my payment, then sent me a label to print and attach to my parcel. I took my parcel to a nearby collection point. The third party company then transported and delivered my parcel.

After the initial no show to pick up, I think due to not finding the correct address, this was rectified and the service was very good.
