Parcel monkey have good service but there should be awarness of precise timing for parcel collection. So the customer can do something else rather than awaiting for parcel collection from 9am to 5pm. The delivery of parcel must be done within 2-3 days which it says but it doesnt deliver within the time. The service should be improved more. Thanks.

The customer service is not great. Waiting for more than 10 min to be connected to an online agent and for another 5 min for the reply of my query. When I finally got the reply which did not solve my problem, I have found the customer service phone no of Courier. Unlike other parcel booking website, I could not choose the time slot for the driver to pick up my parcel. I will not use Parcel Monkey UK again.

Im sure its great...when it works but as a first time user , my collection failed , when i enquired if they could rearrange , they ofcourse advised they couldnt guarantee a time. I cancelled and amusingly was sent 3 messages saying my collection was reschduled for that day...at 3 different times!

Have used Parcel Monkey on several occasions and never had a problem however this time Parcel Force failed to collect my parcel and didn’t reschedule it but the man online at Parcel Monkey sorted it out and parcel was collected as he had arranged.
