Parcel was collected from our local Post Office and had left the UK and was heading to USA within 24 hours. Delivered with 4 days including a weekend. Can’t fault the overall excellent service.

I have used Parcel Monkey several times to send the same sort of items and,until this last time,have had no problems This time,however,the carrier Courier lost/stole my parcel which contained an audio product. Parcel Monkey appeared to be on the case for almost 2 months when they then informed me that the insurance for this item was invalid. I am not aware of being informed of this before and in any case the item insured was similar to previous items sent which had they had not declined to insure. My personal recommendation, therefore,concerning Parcel Monkey and Courier is do not assume they will be there for you when you need them.

I am so disappointed!! I sent a parcel to South Africa on the 16th of November as a gift for my sister and her family and it has still not been delivered to the consignee!! Parcel Monkey staff did very little to get in contact with the courier,chasing it up, in fact they only did so whenever I chased it up with them. They have taken no responsibility for the lack of communication or the fact that the parcel to date is still undelivered. They now want me to pay in order for my parcel to be returned or for my sister to pay in order for them to release the parcel!!!!

Would have been 5 stars as usual but my parcel was not uplifted on the first date confirmed.
I received no message to my phone to confirm the uplift and was unable to track as of course, parcel not uplifted.
After the cut off collection time of 6pm I had to re-book.

Sent my correctly labelled parcel to Slovakia instead of Germany, then refused to fix the problem. We had to arrange our own courier at our own expense. Parcel Monkey then refused to give us a refund, said it was our fault for labeling the parcel wrong. When shown an image of the correctly labelled parcel they offered a half refund not even covering the original cost of the courier let alone our costs to recover the parcel and to placate the angry customer who did not receive the parcel.
