Excellent. Easy to book. Email and text notifications all the way through. I used DHL and it was the best courier experience I ever had, super fast and helpful service. The delivery driver went out of his way to deliver to my workplace after he phoned me because no one was home. He did not have to do that but was so kind and delivered same day to my work address. Lovely and would recommend to anyone 100%

Totally useless. Pay peanuts get useless service. Dropped a parcel off a week ago in the morning for a quicker delivery to India (max 4 days) on a DPD service. Hadnt left the UK after 4 days. 7 days later still not arrived. Has caused a number of knock on issues as a result of the delay. Any conversation regarding a refund been deferred to wait till the parcel arrives. Who knows when that will be and how to difficult...

Refuses to submit claim to the end courier when an item has a failed timed delivery. Demands statements from the recipient for missing item claims, which your buyer can refuse to supply which means you can end up paying to lose your stuff with nothing you can do about it. Creates a barrier between you and the end courier, so the end courier will not communicate with you. Stressful to use, even ParcelForce told me "not to use them".

It is much cheaper than parcel force. Dropped parcel off as directed and parcel arrived a bit later than I was hoping, but delivered within four working days. Recipients very very satisfied with company they were e mailed prior to delivery. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family

Superb Service. Thats why I courier book via this site for drop off services everytime which is quite frequent. All bookings are done very quickly. And Parcel Monkey can also confirm if your parcel has been delivered,etc toof. Which is G8 given the Apps with some Couriers such DPD can be very problematickets in trying to track.ones parcel. Great job. Thats why I keep coming back. Thanks Mark

I booked a Courier collection on Thursday, to be collected on Friday, for a next day delivery. After much chasing via Parcel Monkey the parcel was eventually collected on Tuesday the following week and delivered on Wednesay afternoon, 6 days later. It was a lot of hassle chasing the collection. The PM online chat was helpful. I might use Parcel Monkey again but not Courier.

I sent a parcel in September and turned out it had a typo in the address. Had followed tracking on the carriers site, but had received no contact from Parcel Monkey. Using their online chat to get in touch, they then informed me of the problem and asked for a new address. I updated the address, and was assured it would be delivered. After another month of delay I requested a return and refund of the parcel as I was not happy with the service. Today I have been informed that the delivery has not been re-attempted, but the parcel had been returned to the UK and would be disposed of if I didnt pay a £12 handling charge within 21 days. This was in spite of the T&Cs saying that "If the carrier concludes that there is a problem with the consignment which prevents the fulfilment of the service, you will be notified accordingly." (I was not notified), "The Carrier shall carry out a maximum of two delivery attempts." (the Carrier carried out no delivery attempts) and "You agree that after a first unsuccessful delivery attempt, the delivery may be carried out against the signature of a neighbour or of a person present at the business or household." (no delivery was attempted). After complaining, I was offered a partial refund for the goods they had failed to deliver - I have paid money for a service I did not receive. I will be attempting redelivery with another company now.

I’m not happy with dpd delivery saying they tried to deliver but premises closed!! Residential property,then saying the wrong address was on parcel good job I’ve got email to prove,funny thing is when they tried to deliver it was still with customs don’t use this company DPD ,this was going to Australia they still haven’t received my parcel.
