Quick and easy service

STOP! Do not use this company. Yes, it appears to be a little cheaper and seems convenient, but that is where it ends. If there is a problem, then you are on your own. The customer service is appalling and they appear to deliberately not listen to you, to misundersrand and fob you off. If your parcel delivery is important to you then go elsewhere. Our parcel was collected. A delivery was attempted, but no one was home. The courier did not leave a card to advise of attempted delivery. Recipient was unaware of attempted delivery. Parcel was returned to us because recipient did not collect the parcel that they did not know about, because no card was left by courier. Now we are expected to pay again to re-send. All because courier did not leave a card saying that they were unable to deliver. Almost £50 wasted. Customer service are not interested. Surely, th8s is the couriers fault for not leaving a card. They say we must pay again, and quoted irrelevent terms and conditions to us. My next step is the small claims court. Please, take my advice: do not use this service.. Go elsewhere. This has been the most appalling palaver. No problems the UK end, but the muddle in Australia hardly bears thinking about. I could forward you a whole sheaf if emails about trying to track the parcel which has - finally - been delivered. If compensation is available, we are owed it! A pity as I have never had problems using Parcel Monkey for sending parcels to USA

The delivery took longer than quoted, but the package arrived all ok to the correct destination and person. What else could you want.

5 days to collect a parcel is totally unacceptable ,leaving me with a very irate customer . it has now been rescheduled (again) for Monday next week , we shall see ................... Not impressed so far

I cannot properly answer your survey as I do not have confirmation that the parcel was delivered. I was waiting this from the recipient when he acknowledges all the prints he will have received by the closing date which was the 13th. You need to give me more time before saying you will not ask for a review if I fail to answer this.

Had parcels to send to family all over the world and Parcel Monkey made the whole process quick and easy. We just dropped the parcels in to our local chemist. Tracking meant we knew exactly when they would arrive.

The most **** company out there, first I used them to sent a parcel to Spain and I had paid the cover in case it get lost, but the parcel got lost and I never got any kind of compensation, now Booked them to sent a parcel in the UK thinking it would be different, but no, they failed the collection twice and simply did not arrange a new collection telling me that I need to do it, IF YOU DON`T WANT PROBLEMS AND STRESS, KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PARCEL MONKEY ****.

NEVER USE PARCEL MONKEY! Parcel was never delivered, no attempt to contact me, then the only way I could have the parcel returned to sender was by paying more money. And no telephone helpline, so impossible to have a sensible conversation with anybody

Do not purchase any fast delivery service (24h or 48h) they are expensive and unreliable, and the company hide behind a nonsence 5 day policy. Complain to you providers and provide customer with automatic refund of the extra services cost of lose customer base.
