Apart from delivery all was superb .... two items collected ... selected 24 hour delivery by Parcel Force .. one took 24 hours the second took 48 hours with no attempt at delivery , at least no card left even though recipient was at home... will use again but Will think about selecting Parcel Force From the options

Very bad service I way to contact parcel monkey. Sent a parcel but was not given An airway bill. How are they suppose to deliver in Senegal. Paid £100 for this and the content is quite a lot of money too. Parcels is still In Senegal but as there is no airway bill they can’t deliver the package.what kind of stupidity is this? Never going to use you again a waste of time and space ! Parcel sent on the 21st nov and today 1st December !!!

Always use Parcel Monkey especially for parcels that need to go overseas. Never had a problem. Easy to book, they have never missed a pick up and always delivered on time. Much cheaper than Parcel Force or the other carriers. I have even stopped people in the post office sending parcels and told them to use Parcel Monkey and would recommend to anyone.

Bad customer service, once something DIFFERENT occurred during transit , theyve been at no use in sorting it out, then they went from failure to another failure and eventually rejected a damage claim. So on a single simple delivery Ive been off pocket 30 quid in roaming the parcel and another 120 loss for damage . And many many hours of messaging Parcel Monkey customer service. Wont use them again.
