Wow what a company! I requested and paid for a premium service *Parcel 24* and was given a collection date of Thursday 7th Jan and the collection happened Friday the 8th Jan, I raised this with Parcel Monkey and they said it was within there 5 day terms (not there problem). This was a recommendation from Amazon to use, never again, avoid at all costs!

I have a mail order business and have been using Parcel Monkey since January 2018 and have found their service to be outstanding. It is very easy to find prices, to book a parcel and always prompt paperwork online. I have been tending mainly to stick to the Parcel Force option (drop at Post Office) via Parcel Monkey which is not necessarily the cheapest but to date, as far as I am aware, all parcels have turned up safely at their given destinations and in good time. I cannot comment, therefore, on the other options on screen.

Shocking, Disgusted, Avoid, beware if using here to send anything overseas and using DPD as they subcontract out to Aramex who rate 94% bad on here. Customer service is virtually 0%, still waiting on a parcel being delivered after 2 weeks and parcel monkey have been no use in helping as they only use a messaging service to find out anything from delivery company and just say give it more time, how much time do you need to find out anything? First time using and will most certainly be the last. Avoid at all cost and send your stuff by a reputable company, or even carrier pigeon. Be very aware of who is delivering your tracked air express parcel!!!!

Ok as you keep asking Ill review you. Booked a collection of a 65 inch TV to return to Amazon (as per Amazons instructions). Parcelforce 24 ordered and paid for. The TV was collected on time but then disappeared. Parcelforce wont talk to me and Parcel Monkey keep fobbing me off. Of course being a TV it isnt covered by the insurance so Ive lost £600. How do you lose a 65 inch TV?? Great service!

Ive used Parcel Monkey twice before and never had a problem, third time unlucky! Two weeks after posting my parcel I received an email to say the courier had attempted delivery several times and would now return the parcel. After several messages I was then told the item was damaged, but could be returned at a cost higher than my initial postage cost! Eventually Parcel Monkey agreed to return it free of charge, but it never arrived and was disposed of! Absolutely fuming! Awful service and will not use again!
