Found the site via interweb search engine. Very straightforward and easy to use. Gave several alternatives and option from which to choose. Easy to make the booking, short wait for email containing postal label. Drop-off at nearest shipper, in my case Post Office. Trouble free service.

Never used before cant fault the service. Parcel picked up at 1pm
was going to Fife from Bedfordshire arrived next morning before 9am

I am travelling every month from uk to visit my family In Hungary.Every time i have luggage of goodies what before i used to check in with my flight for extra cost.Turned out that it’s cheaper and easier simply send ahead a parcel with parcel monkey .Normaly it’s delivered in 3-4 days safely.I can only recommend the service.

An excellent comparison site with top class options. Pricing is very competitive and the whole process was very efficient especially as the parcel was once again going to France.
The tracking system was very efficient and kept up to date and the parcel arrived as predicted on the correct day.

Last three deliveries driver marked the parcel as delivered but did not even come to the house. So you can stay at home for 3 days waiting for your "1 hour slot" and receive nothing! Drivers (in North London at least) just not delivering parcels. Absolutely terrible customer service! Strongly suggest avoiding companies who use DPD.

Sent baby clothes as a gift for my pregnant sister who’s baby is due shortly, unfortunately instead of surprising her, I gave her a fright. She has been asked to pay 400US Dollars which is even more than the value of the items. My sister doesn’t have this amount to pay. So I want it returned but trying to contact anyone for days but no one is helping , I do not recommend and I am angry and disappointed
