Been using this website for a few years now and no problems to report. Easy to see the options, make a booking and pay using one website. I am loyal customer. However, like most online consolidators, not the only game in town and websites can be cheaper / offer more options so worth shopping around.

My parcel wasnt send out because I used wrapping paper for Xmas to wrap my parcel. It was left at my local click and collect nobody contacted me about this it was only because I rung myself to find out why my parcel was not send. Had to go back to the local shop to repackage my parcel to be send of 3 days later. It arrived but terrible communication.

If you want a parcel to be delivered swiftly and quickly then I would highly recommend Parcel Monkey. Used about 7 times before and as previously stated, service and delivery have been outstanding.
This years parcel to France, picked up from my porch at 11.15 am on a Wednesday, delivered at 1 pm on Friday, to the middle of nowhere, where my sister lives.

Excellent service, parcel got to Australia in 3 days.
The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was that the way that parcel weight is calculated was not apparent in the instructions.
I assumed that the actual weight of the parcel would be used, but instead, the weight is calculated using Volumetric weight.
I could have packed my parcel in a smaller carton had I known.

Awful service. Sent a parcel via Parcel Monkey and Parcelforce. They collected on the 11 Dec and so far no one has no clue where it is or when it will arrive, if at all. The tracking service online is useless, it tells you nothing. There is only email addresses to connect them, no phone numbers so the entire process is hard work and it doesn’t even work. I won’t ever use this company again, I suggest you don’t either.
