My parcel arrived safely in Australia 1 week after posting so was very happy with that. My only complaint is that I was charged another £4.90 for extra weight. I weighed the parcel before it left and put the correct weight on the box so I’m not sure how it could be heavier !!!!!!! And it was taken out of my account without me agreeing !!!!

Excellent website, easy to use and hassle free. Courier chosen, parcel picked up, tracked and delivered well within 24hrs. Superb service by Parcel Monkey and DHL at a remarkably reasonable cost

Parcel was supposed to be picked up on 2 December but email containing postage labels and customs documents not sent until 3 Dec therefore unable to use service. Absolutely appalling!!!

Awful took 14 days for any status to change then it changed to say returning to the UK after supposedly being out for delivery have chased 6 times and no one has delivered any news

Just been sent a bill for an extra £50+, on a circa £20 parcel, apparently the parcel was bigger and heavier than we said, despite being measured and weighed. The invoice explaining the extra charge bore no relationship to the charge or our parcel. Obviously going to dispute this one, but they say they will just take the money from my card. Never again.

All seem to be going well until I took my parcel to the post office. Only to be told that because my parcel was been delivered by Parcelforce I couldn’t leave it there but I had to take it to the Parcelforce depot which from where I live in Manchester is 15 miles away. I emailed Parcel Monkey to let them know this and that I felt mis-informed. To date I have not had any acknowledgement from them. So please beware a Parcelforce parcel HAS to be taken to the depot in your area and not the post office.

Always easy to send parcels to Canada using Parcel Monkey but can never work out how the weight is calculated. I weigh my parcels and measure them, am given a price then a week later get an email saying the weight has been calculated differently and I have to pay more - usually £30 - £40 more.

All seemed good upon arranging the collection online, but then to be told by the courier company when they phoned that they did not have my pick up address and couldnt therefore collect on the expected day just let everything down - needless to say I wasnt impressed!!!!

Total waste of time. Had to contact twice to get label then was left for 20min waiting for a reply on the chat service. Didn’t send a QR code so had to hunt down a print shop to get label when could have booked direct with Hermes & done it all in the shop in 5mins. Never use again!
