Overall good service but quite inconvenient not to be given any timeslot for collection (at least if selecting Parcel Force), so you have to stay at home from 8 am till 6 pm.

Went for DPD 2-3 day express international service which was handed over on 14/11 and collected on 15/11. Its now 21/11 (already up to 4 working days plus a weekend) and letter still hasnt arrived!

Avoid this Parcel Monkey. They suggested DPD for my parcel, a label was issued and most importantly the payment was taken promptly. Printed a label online and the package was accepted by a local collection point with no issues. After all that, a few days later I received a messege to say the address on the label is incorrect. Not sure what internal issue they had but I can prove the address is 100% correct. Contacted customer service - absolutely no support. I was given three options via email. Asked to pay a huge fee to return the item or travel all the way to Southampton to collect in person or it will be disposed. Can guarantee once again the address on the label is correct. AVOID PARCEL MONKEY

I used parcel monkey because its linked with your company. I have had several delays in collection. They damaged the items deposit it at one of their local deposit and without contacting me they destroyed the package stating it was damaged. I sent photos of the item as the seller had packed it. On another occasion after 5 attempts, they did not collect the parcel I have lost over £500 worth in loss of Parcel value of each item, plus postage etc. They have refused to address my complaints instead they keep sending nonsense messages I would suggest that you withdraw your logo with them. I finally have to either sue them as I am a solicitor and in the interim use resolver to help me address these losses

Excellent app to find the cheapest way to send your parcel. Just type in the weight, dimensions of consignment and destination and the information comes up with Companies/Couriers and all the prices. Magic.

Sent a parcel via yourselves used standard international postage to deliver to customer in Germany. Hassled by customer who has still not received his parcel sent on 13/11/19.. had receipt of postage stamped in post office and sent a copy to customer also a tracking number but who do we contact when the parcel has not arrived after a week?

With a name like Parcel MONKEY you can not expect a good service. I had to send some urgent documents abroad and chose Parcel Monkey to collect it. Waited the whole day, cancelling two appointments for the courier that never arrived. The customer care representative I contacted informed me that they had no idea if the parcel will be collected at all as they had no contact with the courier even though they took our payment. If I wanted to hand it in to a collection point the next day, I needed to cancel my order and start from the beginning, including packing and labelling everything from the beginning. Utterly disappointing service. Never ever again.
