The driver went to the wrong address.i saw him pass.phoned DPD they said contact you. After 30 min on the phone you said had to arrange another collection,even though I said we were going into hospital. Asked if we could take it to local depot told no. So I contacted DPD again ,a very helpful person said take it to local depot 16 miles away ,which we did and it went ok. First problem I have had . But no help from you at all

Given very few options on returning a tv ended up costing a lot to send via parcelforce, the company I returned it to was happy to refund the return cost but still would be better to have more options.

Parcel Monkey regularly ruin our deliveries, if you pay for a 48 hr delivery and it takes ten days to arrive they wash their hands of it and blame the couriers - even though they are the ones that take your money. The last 8 disputes and formal complaint were almost entirely ignored and I had to sort the solution myself as Parcel Monkey take several days just to make an enquiry of a courier. No dohubt their response to this will be ‘sorry you have been disappointed by our service but we are a broker of services and are not responsible for the deliveries’ or some similar dismissive drivel.
