Easy to use, fast and reliable service.

The letter was delivered yesterday (on the date promised), however when I looked on the tracking yesterday it showed that the recipient refused delivery of the item, despite the recipient confirming to me that she had received it. When I look today, it now shows that the item was delivered and signed for.

My first time using parcel monkey & I found the process very easy.
My only negative is you have to completely say what the items are in the parcel, spoiling it for the recipient when its a gift.

Paid for Saturday Parcel Force Delivery. c£30 as apposed to the £1.50 large letter it would have cost me as I needed the item there the following day. Last minute customer order for a wedding. Parcel Force didn’t bother to deliver, refused to talk to me as the postage was purchased via a third party(Parcel Moneky). The order subsequently missed the customers wedding so had to refund the c£120 order, Parcel Force refused to talk to me about it, Parcel Monkey support are yet to reply. Currently out of pocket £30 postage, £60 production cost and the profit from the sale. And my customer was let down for her wedding. Be careful as support is limited when buying via reseller.

I am shocked how bad it was. My parcel was picked up; I didn’t hear anything else so assumed it safely arrived. More than 6 weeks later I got an email saying If you don’t respond within X amount of days we will dispose of your parcel without any explanation to why it wasn’t delivered. I tried contacting customer care through email and the chat function but they still couldn’t explain why it hadn’t been delivered and were generally speaking very unhelpful. Very unprofessional service. Avoid at all cost!

Booked DPD to another courier on 26th November 2019. They didnt bother collecting. Ended up taking the parcel to the their drop off shop 2 days later. A text message or email to say why they hadnt collected would have been nice, but nothing. We wont bother with collection any more. I expect they will use the same excuse like they have in the past "no-one was in and you have a black door !!!!!". I waited in all day for them, and no, we dont have a black door.

We have used Parcel Monkey three times now to send a parcel to family in Lithuania. This time we sent it a little earlier (third week in November) to get there before Christmas. It arrived quickly just after a week. The previous two times there had been a delay when it got to Lithuania, although they still arrived in time for Christmas. This time it arrived super quick. We used drop off at Currys with DPD which was easy. It definitely saves you money using Parcel Monkey.
