After 10 days, my parcel has not been delivered. Its whereabouts are currently unknown. Parcel Monkey imply that they are just a comparison site with no responsibility. I strongly advice that you do not touch them

Dont bother with insurance, i insured and cost me £100, boxes arrived damaged, thrown around and every excuse under the sun not to pay out, i was only asking £120 compensation. Parcel monkey is an apt name, run by monkeys

I have been charged for extra weight which is not correct. Now getting messages about the non delivery of my parcel to Hong Kong, with the reason being that there is no one there to accept the parcel. This is nonsense as there is a reception open 24 hours that will accept parcels. Also DPD chat has automatic responses which do not answer queries.
