Arrived in the condition I sent it. Timescales were reasonable. I didnt get the requested call one hour before delivery is the only criticism. So I could have been out.

Completely failed to deliver within the 48 hours .still not received £2000 bike. Now in a different country without my bike . Epic fail by parcel force and parcel monkey. Not called or notified by anyone. Nightmare situation

Dreadful and I advise you to use another company. So they missed the pick up day, then lied instead of take responsibility. This has let down my charity and the recipient.

Excellent Service would Use Again.
Easy to use website and fast too. When the person I was buying my goods from had problems printing out the labels the online chat service were brilliant and just re-sent the link.
I was surprised at how cheap it was too.

The online booking process is excellent, its very easy to find the best price and print your labels. My issue is with the drop off process - there is no indication of the last collection times at the drop-off location. I dropped off at 15:30 on Friday, to be told that the parcel would not be collected until Monday lunchtime. If this was clear in the booking process, I would have chosen a different carrier. This would make the while process more transparent

My Parcels were never collected at all. They therefore never reached the destination. No one ever contacted me either from Parcel Monkey of Parcelforce to tell me this. Not good service at all.

A bit confusing over the labelling as no bar code ,post office was also not sure but when delivery driver collected parcel he had bad code with him .This needs to be mentioned in web site.

Good ability to choose a carrier and pricing via this website .
Efficient transport of a large package from UK to Australia. Surprisingly quick pick up with good warning prior that the carrier was coming to my home. Tracking was very easy.
Parcel arrives tomorrow in Sydney. Hope it is all intact!

Wouldnt use again, at the last minute after the parcel was wrapped and the postage booked and about to be paid for you have to agree to allow a payment of £60 to be taken from your card if later on the parcel is deemed to be oversized or overweight. How about telling people this at the start?

Asked Us To Pay 58 £ for DHL International courier of Documents from London to India .. Reached On time but they asked for Additional payment of 14 £ as Customs Duty for delivery of courier to Delivery Address. This additional payment was not mentioned beforehand . I was Overcharged for Just sending courier of 8 Certificate documents.It is Expensive Pricing for only documents. No Customer Care Contact Numbers Available to contact the courier services either.

Very poor service - no contact telephone number, unhelpful staff only reply with standard copy / paste phrases without even reading your concern! Lost quite few parcels and no compensation was ever issued - kept me waiting for response from a courier and then replied “sorry it’s too late to file a claim” Joke! Reading other reviews this company never ever issued a compensation to anyone! I think it’s about time to take a legal action against this company as this is a rip off! They lost lots of parcels and always find excuses not to compensate! Why should they get away with this?
