Absolutely awful company do not deliver on any of there mission statements you have no contact with a human bring other than by a chat and they fi not deliver any customer service in terms of support of your tracking of your parcel or anything to do with that parcel you pay them the price they driver absolutely no support whatsoever use at your peril Would not recommended to anyone terrible experience we used parcelforce24 by 9am they absolutely do not deliver what it says on the tin you have no recourse with any issues

It’s Good value for money, however once you face any problem with this company, DON’T EVEN DREAM OF GETTING ANY COMPENSATION BACK! THEY WILL GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO DENY YOUR CLAIM! THEY DON’T EVEN FOLLOW THEIR OWN POLICY AND RULES TO ISSUE COMPENSATIONS!

Half the price to send a large parcel compared to parcel2go, same service Royal Mail!! This is the first time I had used Parcel Monkey and I was very pleased. I will be comparing more prices in the future.

Collection service and booking very good. IT and status boards are poor and slow to update. Still better than the big guys own services.

Excellent service. Good selection of couriers, never had a problem with any time I have used them. The one time I tried to use Parcel 2 Go I realised how good they are because that one parcel turned into a protracted nightmare, never using anyone but parcel monkey again.

Created an account with parcelmonkey and made an order. went to log in the next day and my account no longer existed. Awful customer service, just a chat that no-one responds to. No phone number. Avoid, seems like a scam

Always been good to do business with.. I like the company very much but I was disappointed this time because when Ive price checked I could have saved quite a sum. Feel like I might be a victim of loyalty like eg insurance companies.
Ill go back to comparing couriers but Im happy to use ParcelMonkey as a benchmark

Horrible company .. My package has disappeared ... I sent a package with all my clothes from the UK to Italy .. but it never arrived .. I wrote to the company..because there isnt any number but only a live chat .. and they did a "investigation" for then said we only apologize but your package is missing .. so I ask for compensation for all my missing clothes. They asked me for the receipts of all the staff ... how is it possible that a person has the receipt of some clothes bought 2 or 3 years before ... its embarrassing .. anyway and at the end they said that we can only return 24 pounds. . I lost all my wardrobe now and I have to buy everything and they can only apologize .. Dont use this company! .. trust me ..

I sent a computer and screen from the UK to Spaiin and it got there within 5 days and was safely delivered. The price for 2 parcels of over 22 kg was under £50 so good value. Thank you

system worked perfectly but I did have a couple of goes at the custom forms. I used parcel force and would suggest taking boxes to the post office to weigh them.

Went directly to parcelforce the price they quoted me was £52 for the item i wanted to send that was without full insurance on the item and 2-3 day delivery, I contacted amazon and they told me to try Parcel Monkey which in turn gave me a new price on parcelforce for the exact same weight and dimensions +full insurance and the same delivery time for £17.00
makes no goddamn sense to me but next time i need to send a large item ill be checking on Parcel Monkey first.

Incompetent people! Got a parcel sat in London for over a week and they cant seem to communicate with DPD to get the issues sorted! Dont know what else to say except I am never going to use them again, and I never usually leave reviews on anything - but this has annoyed me something bad. Also when theres a serious issue there is no phone number to speak a human!
