The service was ok until it get to Portugal the delivery man, didn’t phone for deliver we add to make so many calls just to try for him to deliver again after three days so bottom line was woke the package was in dpd was ok in chronopost in Portugal was bad

Excellent service as usual.
I dropped my parcel at the parcel force depot on friday lunchtime and it was delivered to Copenhagen Monday.
Quick service and a very reasonable price 8kg for just over £17.

Excellent delivery service!
My experience with the force was perfect.
I noticed a lot of bad reviews but i realy couldn´t say anything bad. Best price i found online, fast delivery and they kept me constantly informed throughout the delivery process from Coventry, England, to Hamburg, Germany.
At one of the Coventry depots, which is a small convenience store, the employee had no clue what to do with it though since there was no scanning code on the packing label. So in the end i had to convince her to take it.
But it got picked up 12 hours later and delivered within 8 days.
The package contained a guitar amongst ohter things. Everything arrived intact, no singnes of wear and tear on the parcel.
Absolutely the best i could have hoped for.

I sent a parcel to my daughter in California monday 5th December dropped off at my local post office, arrived all intact lunch time Thursday 9th December

Thought it was unclear ,filled in the information required and paid and followed by the taking it to Curry s where they would send the parcel from there .They had no idea what we were talking about . So ended up having to send the parcel from the main post office in Falkirk ,costing me a lot more cash . So quite honestly was very disappointed and would much appreciate the amount I spent which was £13 returned to me .

The parcel did not arrive at its destination. The recipient had to track down the courier and then pick the parcel up. It appears that the courier tried to deliver the parcel to the incorrect address, even though it was correctly addressed.

Great service, only pitfall was once my package was out of the country the tracking became vague and inaccurate. That being said the parcel arrived earlier than planned and everything in one piece. All together a fantastic service.

Could not have been worse service in any way whatsoever. First they lost my package, giving me a reference number and a webaddress where the reference given did not work. It was apparent that they had lost the package, the courier telling me they dont recognise the Parcel Monkey tracking number at all. Then they told me the item was badly packaged and had therefore to be returned: There are photographs and witnesses as to the quality of packaging, which was done in accordance with guidelines set by couriers. Subsequently they have claimed my package would be with them (by now last week), and its not. They claim it is on an untrackable return system (?!), they have even said they are not themselves couriers but I will have to wait until the package is "in their system" upon which they will contact me - now how can it be in their physical system if they dont have one, and how can it be lost to their tracking system, yet they claim to know where it is? At every point, getting information from them has been time consuming and they have repeatedly failed to answer basic questions, nor give an expected date for what they say has to be return to sender. It is now over 3 weeks since the package was posted and I have no idea whatsoever where the package is, and no date for return, not even a guideline - zero. The service could have not been worse in any way. I am used to UK couriers ****ing things up (weve all seen the videos on YouTube), but this has been extreme. AVOID THESE PARCEL MONKIES AT ALL COSTS, you have been WARNED!

Rip off company, they failed to deliver and failed to try a second time, as per their terms and conditions. Additionally, they then are asking me to pay another 50% of the delivery fee for their failure to deliver, citing clause 5.8 of their terms and conditions. However, 5.8 is relevant only to same day deliveries. So the moral of the story is do not use this company, and do not accept their take on their terms and conditions as they are totally clueless.

Waste of time entered the measurements weight and postal codes got several quotes immediately paid then was told label would be sent 30 mins later. Never received it then was told there was a problem and to contact them. Requested a refund and was told it would take 3:5 days to process! What was that all about?
