I Had a small piece of handmade furniture collected by Parcel Forces “large 48” service. Was told two men would arrive. Only one was doing the collecting and delivery which made me feel quite nervous! The item was being shipped 200 miles away and arrived really badly damaged which has now left me out of pocket and a customer extremely unhappy. Iv been trying to contact parcel monkey but this can only be done via an online form. Iv waited all day for a response and have a customer awaiting a resolution but haven’t heard a thing yet. I won’t be using them in the future.

Avoid this company, its scam. They collected my parcels, delivered them in horrible state, half of the items inside were broken. After the delivery I noticed that they took additional 40 pounds from my bank account... When I contacted them they answered that apparently the box was too heavy (it wasnt, it was even a bit less than declared), they didnt provide any proof of that and refused to return my money. Two weeks later they took additional money from my account!! They answered that in terms and conditions I agreed to "additional charges"... Of course I will report it as theft but I have already wasted so much time and nerves on that.

Waited in all day for DPD to another courier, and no-one bothered to turn up, even though DPD delivered a parcel to my neighbour in the morning !!!!! This is not the first time its happened

The booking system does not recognise a NI postcode and so it is impossible to send a parcel there. I asked for help but just got a try again reply. I am likely to lose my customer because I cannot get my goods out on time. Appalling service

Do not use. Go direct to the companies on there site. Ill let you know the full and shipping ref in detail when I receive my items. But trust me do not use.

Courier turned up and refused to take the battered old wooden door because it didnt have bubble wrap on it... even though it was adequatley packaged. Looks like driver was having a bad day.
