Id rate zero stars if possible. Shockingly poor service. 14 days after dropping the parcel off I was informed it was to be returned! However I was offered 3 options - a) collect the parcel from Southampton b) pay over £12 for it to be returned to me c) Allow the parcel to be disposed of. I chose b) but fail to see why I should be paying for the incompetence of the delivery company (DPD). I uploaded the contents details and they were shown at drop off and now Parcel Monkey are saying they cant refund me even though they havent fulfilled their obligation!

i had sent a letter (with some original receipts attached) through Parcel Monkey (using Parcel Force) from London to Frankfurt (Germany) which should have reached its destination within 3-4 days. After 3 weeks, I realised that the letter hadnt reached its destination. Upon inquiry, Parcel Monkey said it had been misdirected but is now well on its way. another week later, they came to me saying I hadnt provided a customs invoice which declared the value of the content (for a letter!) and hence it was stuck in German customs. I tried to explain them various times that a letter (a mere piece of paper I printed on my home printer) has no value – and as proof of this, Parcel Monkey didnt offer the button to print a customs declaration/ invoice. Now the letter is still stuck and Parcel Moneky keeps coming back to me that an invoice is required. This is completely pathetic. Now I am about to lose my original receipts which I need to get reimbursed for expenses. For mere incompetence of the service providers...

Further to my previous review - 74 days after the parcel was collected from me it was finally returned! However I was offered 3 options - a) collect the parcel from Southampton b) pay over £14 for it to be returned to me c) Allow the parcel to be disposed of. I chose b) but fail to see why I should be paying for the incompetence of the delivery company (DPD). I have requested a refund from Parcel Monkey but they tell me that because I didnt pay for insurance I am not entitled to any refund. Should I have to insure against incompetence??

Worst service. in the site mentioned DPD Air classic (3 to 6 days) and DPD Air express (2 to 4 days). so I paid for DPD Express delivery instead of classic . but now more than a week completed still it didnt reach India. I wont recommend anyone to this poor service. waste of money. I bought carton box and in the box size clearly mentioned the size. After sending the parcel they are saying your box size are bigger and weight also increased( my parcel correct weight was 2.7kg but I have put 3 kg(200 gram extra even though my parcel was 2.7kg) for safety but they are saying when the weight 3.5kg) so please pay 1.89 pound extra. I surprised /wonder how carton box can be changed ? its just cotton box and not a magical box.

the cheapest quote among all the parcel companies. filling the declaration form for custom and then printing the barcaode etc was straightforward. There is a collection point near us so it was easy. The parcel arrived in due course. Happy customer and will use again.

I simply could not be happier with the system that Parcel Monkey provide. Easy to input information, easy to print the labels, easy to drop&off or get the parcel collected. Oh, and it is so fast! Two days door-to-door from the North of England to Southern France -remarkable. Used the service for four years and will continue to do so.

Pretty poor really still not delivered item sent over a week ago and not very cheap either if busy should get a message to say delayed rather than having to chase for 20 mins on phone to find out whats going on

Parcel collected from senders address on 25/11/2019. Arrived at delivery agent Milan on 28/11/2019 and HELD allegedly due to insufficient address. GLS initially stated that the driver had erroneously copied the delivery address to his log/delivery listing.Contacted another courier given Italy number for GLS - 3902334521 and new tracking number - 98395403710. First call to Italian recipient resulted in provision of alternative number, alternative number timed out after 3 minutes, this occurred with yet another alternative number. Recipient ultimately advised to e-Mail GLS following which a delivery date of December 3rd was agreed. Initially GLS required the recipient to collect the parcel from GLS offices but recipient refused. Parcel duly received on 3rd December, address labels (2 were displayed on the parcel) clearly legible and correct. The delivery address is a well know commercial property (a popular local bar) on a main street. Opinion of recipient is that the GLS driver could not be bothered or was enticed by the declared contents of confectionery. The experience was exceptionally frustrating and time wasting. It was not made easier by the fact that all communication was in Italian - I am one of the lucky ones as my daughter is a fluent Italian speaker. I will however continue to use another courier and Parcel Force in the hope that lightning does not strike twice!

It gives you 1 hour slot so you can plan the rest of the day. Other like Parcerhero makes you stay at home from 9am and up to 6pm and if the van driver for whatever reason cant do it that day as it was my case, thats a bit too upsetting. I cant work out why not all of then offer the one hour slot, its massively useful.

3 days delay with picking up my parcels after I had dropped off at post office but after that everything went smoothly and my packages were delivered within 4 and 5 days from UK to Hungary.
Next time I will use them again, overall I am happy with the service.

I usually send my parcels to Australia by Royal Mail, but after getting quoted £58 for a small parcel I decided to try Parcel Monkey and Im glad I did. My parcel cost me £26 and it got there in 7 days. I was able to track it every step of the way and I am delighted with the service. I will definitely be using them again and have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Well done Parcel Monkey.

Parcel was not delivered and still waiting for answers. Parcel Monkey not taking ownership of the trying to resend my parcel as they want courier to do it. I paid Parcel Monkey direct and they should be solely responsible to make sure my parcel is delivered.
