Excellent service
Easy to use and quick delivery.

Very disappointing. I sent 3 parcels on 8/11, paid extra for next day before 12 delivery yet they weren’t delivered till tues 12th. The recipient waited in all day on 9/11 but had to go to work on 11/11 when they finally tried to deliver them. I had an online chat to find out where they were which didn’t help at all. I asked for a refund if the extra I had paid but they wouldn’t discuss it.

Really good - shipped parcel to Denmark, delivered in 3 days at 20% of Post Office counter price. And it went Parcel Force from same Post Office!

Parcel arrived in the time stated but was charged extra for parcel that was not over the kilo weight, make surebweight is checked and writen on package when you drop it off.

Absolutely appalling experience. The parcel was supposed to be collected on Monday 11th November. Nobody showed up. No customer service number available to call. Had to deal with the "Chat" service. Very unapologetic and just said we can re-book or cancel. Re-booked for Thursday 14th November and again no collection. The solution? Re-book it for tomorrow!! Why would I waste another day with these people. Cancelled the order and they will refund but no compensation for 2 wasted days. Extremely poor service all round and safe to say I will not be using this company ever again and would urge anyone reading this to steer well clear!

Parcel Monkey UK is easy to use and offers good prices. Sadly it can not control the efficiency of its couriers and they let The Parcel Monkey service down. At least you pay less to use the courier through Parcel Monkey so it’s not as painful when the package takes much longer than promised to arrive. Once the carriers improve I’d happily give five stars.

Really like the services offered by Parcel Monkey, giving you a wide range of postal products to choose from - have parcel collected or drop it off at a local place, range of insurance options etc. You really can tailor your post to suit your needs and budget.
Forms easy to access to complete the necessary paperwork for sending parcels abroad, with straightforward instructions to guide you through packaging up your parcel, and attaching all the necessary documents in the right way.
In my experience, parcels have been delivered within the timescale quoted, and you have the added benefit of being able to track the progress of the parcel throughout its journey, right up to being delivered to the recipient. Would heartily recommend using Parcel Monkey - very reliable.

Was ok but the address was not complete as it was a click and collect at Argos
I put in the address eCP number but it did not appear on the printed label????
Had to put it in manually,the eCP number is the only recognise on pick up.

I booked an expedited service to australia from uk. The courier did not turn up to collect it from my home. I waited a few more days, as I know from past experience, the couriers more often than not turn up a few days late. As a visually disabled person, I rely on these services in order to send parcels to friends/family/. Its no one turn up to another courier, told the PM employee via their live chat, weirdly my order was not showing on my online account, but I had still received an email with delivery labels. They told me that I would have to go back online and reschedule my delivery. Going back to my online PM account, I could not find anyway to reschedule the collection. Two days later I went back online to the PM live chat, only to be told that 5 days have passed so they would have to cancel my collection delivery!!!!!! PM you need to offer you staff customer service training, as they did not offer at all to help me, even though I am visually disabled and have a tough time navigating through websites, as it takes forever. They also did not tell me there was a timescale to reschedule my collection. Your online system and your staff have let a disabled person down.
