Delivered as promised although a few days late. Then decided to charge extra fees after delivery because they believed they parcel was heavier. It was a 15kg bike in a cardboard box, they claim the package weighed 27kg. They were wrong.

Parcel at hub for nearly two weeks. Parcelmonkey said they were chasing but lied and courier confirmed that no attempt had been made to find parcel. Sorted myself in the end.

Nothing worked out as explained, in fact everything was done differently and random false answers were given. The parcel was shipped by a mix of random services that were not advertised, and the shipping time is already doubled the advertised time schedule and has not yet been delivered.

While late deliveries are not their fault, you have ZERO comeback or entitlement of compensation from the carrier. Example - late delivery on a guaranteed 24 hour service (parcel force - 50% compensation if late). Entitled to a refund but parcel monkey are the only ones who can claim it and will not pass it on to their customer. Shocking behaviour. Will not use them again and Id recommend no-one else does

Quick quote, easy local drop off point. Packages sent from UK to Portugal arrived within 4 working days in perfect condition. All for a price nearly half of the competition. Definitely recommend.

I would rate it higher, BUT for the fact that I am unable to track my parcel to Thiland which was collected on Monday. When I enter the tracking number I am informed the number should start PM well I put in PM followed by the numbers and I get the same responce numbers begin PM

Very bad experience with this company. Be careful and do not use your debit card. They will charge your card without your permission. This has been done twice to me. I have spoken to my bank and we will get money back. Total fraud. Its never as cheap as they say.

Made a claim - no response whatsoever! Provided and uploaded all documents they asked me for. No response whatsoever! Keep sending them messages But no one is getting back for a week! No telephone number is available - all online only! Keep reading their reviews and it’s shocking how many people suffered and never got compensated. will be taking further legal actions with a small group of people who were affected by this company if no compensation is issued....
