Promised an email within half an hour with the label and that didn’t happen. Annoying as had to dash to the post office just before closing in the end.

sadly ive used parcel monkey a few times and usually have collection/delivery issues i keep using them because they are cheap, i need to realise cheap isnt good and good isnt cheap, parcels very rarely arrive when they should , even on a 24 hour service . im now 3 days in on a next day delivery item which is still sat in parcelforces sorting office parcel monkey say they arent the courier , just an agent, well tough , you took my money so the buck stops at you, also say no compensation for late delivery even though i have had to refund my customer fully

First time I have used this company, I paid for 2 day express delivery from UK to Italy I am now on 1 week later and my parcel has still not arrived, despite numerous calls/chats with DPD. I wouldn’t be inclined to use this company again.

The service promised a confirmation email with instructions would arrive in 30 minutes after paying, and it actually wasnt sent until several days later (after the parcel had long been picked up...). Luckily I kept refreshing the "my account" page and noticed the option to print labels was actually available after about 20 minutes, so I used that label and all was well.

I have been using Parcel Monkey for several years and in all that time I have only ever had one problem and that proved to be with the actual courier letting the side down.
They pick up when they say and deliver on time. The price they quote is very competitive, but you get what you pay for. I have sent low cost items, but more often the items are extremely valuable. I always go for the least time in transit and it guarantees safe delivery. I will continue to use their service on into 2020.

Sent a parcel to Sweden however the service company they used in Sweden does not deliver to P.O. Box. What a joke Perhaps this service works better in the UK
