Awful. Failed to pick up on the right day, despite 24 hr reception at the office. Then tried to change address, and despite getting a RED code, and being told it would be delivered friday, they didnt change the address and didnt try to deliver until today. And then was told by parcel force that it was all parcel monkeys issue. Really frustrating lack of communication and none to speak to made it a hellish experience. Ruined my weekend and that of the recipient who waited in all weekend to receive Jack

I was disappointed when I trusted Parcel monkey deliver an advent parcel to my daughter who recently moved abroad, sending some clothes and family heirloom decorations and perpetual advent calendar to give her a bit of home from home feeling. The parcel never arrived! For 5 weeks I am getting meaningless emails from the claims department, nothing is been done to retrieve the parcel, I cant even claim anything because I have no sales invoices for the antiques... Pathetic, inconsiderate, poor service!!!

Booked a parcel for delivery on Xmas eve. Courier failed to deliver after twice sending out for delivery. The goods were time sensitive and perishable so I have lost goods and a customer so thank you very much. When I complained to Courier they passed the blame to Parcel Monkey who do not seem to have any complaints procedure. So to add to my load of goods and customer I also lost the cost of a delivery that never made it! Never using Parcel Monkey or Courier ever again and reccomending all my customers to do likewise.

Our parcel for return was not collected on the day arranged. For most of that day track my parcel could give no information. Late in the afternoon I checked again and it simply told us that it wouldnt be collected that day! It was vital this parcel was collected on the day arranged. In the end I dashed to the nearest parcel force depot which is not close to take it to them myself. No apology or explanation was received.

Had a bunch of Christmas gifts and shopping to ship back to the US from England.
We end up with a 16kg parcel in a fairly sizable box. Parcelmonkey to the rescue: The price was really, really reasonable and it was shipped via Parcelforce. It arrived, I kid you not, 3 days later.
So, all in all a great service.

This was my first time using parcel monkey and honestly it was nice and simple and the options I was offered in terms of couriers all ranging in the same prices with similar speeds was excellent.
Its nice to have a aggregate site for shipping parcels thats so simple to use.
I was sending a medium sized parcel (4.2kg) to the states from the UK and my local post office wanted £65+.
Parcel monkey, for the same weight and dimensions sourced several options (parcel force, DPD, DHL etc for half the cost, parcel collected from my door the most working day.
Insurance was also simple if you require an extension of the base amount.
My package arrived in the states fully tracked and secure, I cant ask for much more than that.
Would I recommend them..definitely.
Would I use them again..definitely.

Item not yet delivered since 21/12/19.....it’s tracked and will keep checking. One star due to the fact that I have received a survey for feedback but they haven’t yet delivered the item that I am paying them to deliver so how can I give a positive response?

Sent a parcel of children’s gifts on the 3-4 day service. 11 days later, the parcel still has not materialised. I tried to resolve the matter via live chat yesterday. This was a complete waste of time- I kept having to remind the responder to actually respond. Offered no insight in to the parcel’s whereabouts, or why it had not been delivered. I asked what to do next and live chat told me they would give me an answer. So I asked if that was imminent, to which they replied that no, and that they would make contact. I asked how and was told that I would receive an email. Then the chat was terminated! I did not receive any email, and I am still no wiser as to where my parcel is...
