Simple and straightforward booking, good pricing

It said 2-4 working days.... not delivered on time... it has actually still not delivered from 27th December... dont know when will they receive it.

This company is appalling. Returned items to amazon with Parcel Monkey having measured and weighed box exactly, and double checked using amazon postage weights. No confirmation of collection. No confirmation of delivery. Then received bill for additional charges based on weight of 30kg - when it weighed no more 7 kg. There is no contact number, and the online chat is useless. PM took 10 minutes to respond to the effect they will contact the courier company and email. This is quite the worst service i have received, but to be expected of a company that calls its self monkey - pay peanuts ……...

Super price for getting my 25kg luggage from Manchester to London.
Snag was that it seems they dont work weekends. My 2-day delivery assurance eventually became 4 days, but no regrets, will use them again.

Really good experience sent a parcel to Italy from Uk on 27th December arrived on 30th

Très mauvais voir misérable. Colis Londre au nord de la France 24 jours pour arriver et tout leurs sembles standards. Noël gâcher car pas de cadeau.

Paid for postage. Didnt receive the label. Nor any email. Couldnt get resolved. Had to get PayPal involved to get a refund. Total waste of time and effort. Very unhelpful. Still ongoing with PayPal at present to get a full refund. Had to use another provider. Very bad. Wouldnt use again

Parcel promptly collected from drop-off point. After 2 weeks my parcel is still "collected" with no progress to "on its way" or delivery. So much for the promised 3 - 5 day delivery promise. And no response from Parcel Monkeys -helpline to my follow up enquiry about the unexpected delay. Not a very good experience!!!!

Its very easy to recommend parcel monkey for me though by far the cheapest. Tracking my parcel through their system was very easy as well.

Service is ok when everything goes to plan but difficult when things go wrong. The only company I know who don’t return parcels to the sender but instead send them to their own address and charge you to get them back. Won’t be using them again.

Absolute rubbish! Paid for next day. The labels did not arrive till the next day so it’s was already a day late (this was booked with 5 hours left to ensure next day) and then once picked up was delayed another day! Asked parcel monkey for a partial refund as I hadn’t got what I paid for and had t&c’s thrown at me, that as it was t 5 working days late then tuff. The problem initially came from them, and next day means next day. What a joke! Don’t bother

On October 28th I sent a Parcel Via Parcel Monkey / Parcelforce and in spite of spending 14 days in the Czech Republic ans a further 10 days "touring" Europe only for The Parcel to be returned to me (it was fully addressed to My Son in CZ ! )on November 22nd ! This time I sent a Xmas Parcel on December 16th (collected by DPD ) and this the Parcel arrived safely on December 19th ,and the only fault being that "tracking" failed to "work" beyond December 16th whilst in the U.K. My Son telephoned me to let me know it had arrived a day earlier than estimated, Thank you ParcelMonkey and DPD for a very good service which I will use again .
