Very easy to book for pick/delivery sent a parcel to France and it was delivered on time. Excellent. Would definitely recommend.

I was led to believe my parcel that I sent would be delivered in 2 working days. It took 5 days. I paid the second option which I can’t remember now what the wording was. But it implied it was a premium delivery. However my parcel arrived in the Rep of Ireland in tact. Thank you

I have used Parcel Monkey many times, sending parcels all over the world with no problems, but I recently sent a parcel to France and it arrived a day late and wet!
It was double boxed but even the inside box was wet and soggy, luckily I wrapped the contents very carefully in bubble wrap and they were unharmed, but very worrying for my customer!

Unfortunately, you book a collection for a specific day and they are usually a day late, which in our business can be critical. On the plus side, the website is easy to use.

HORRIBLE. Never use this company. Would give it 0 stars if possible. Placed a booking for collection and no one turned up. Came 3 days later to pick it up. Then contacted me to say I had no invoice on it - which I already printed and attached. Then 3 days later they say they have not scanned my parcel, cant find it and have to launch an investigation. This goes on for 2 WEEKS. I then get a message saying my parcel has been returned due to prohibited goods. Absolutely ridiculous. I tell them they can check it themselves so they open it and they agree that there is nothing prohibited in it. Now they have to return it to me. So now Im waiting for my parcel to be returned. It was a birthday gift which is now a week and a half late/never going to be sent. I got a PARTIAL refund so Ive lost £10, 2 weeks of my time and my parcel hasnt been sent. Worst company ever. Just go straight to the bigger companies next time.

Ive paid £49 for a parcel to get delivered and another £29 to be returned to me.. Extremely expensive very disappointed I will never ever use them again!!!

I dropped off my parcel on Nov 17th. and was dismayed to learn yesterday that it had only being picked up that morning 10 days later. It should have been in Australia on that day at the latest. My Advent calendar (amongst other things) for my grandchildren will now be very late. I have contacted Dpd but they said there was nothing they could do about it. I had sent several messages as there didnt seem to be any tracking information.. A.W.

Excellent priced service. Very quick and easy to do including getting an initial price as you dont need postcodes even (if UK only). Great DPD and DHL rates and my parcel got there within the time limit I booked unlike several other competitor companies! Have now started to use Parcel Monkey much more and really impressed with the service especially on this latest occasion which was longer distance.

Parcel monkey is pretty shady if you have problems. You need to message repeatedly to get resolution. They recently lost a parcel and were never able to find it. Theres no phone number, no claims contact, just messages that dont always get answered. When they do it well, theyre fine. Cheaper than a courier because they have courier accounts and apply their volume discount to your shipment. This also means that youre not the shipper and arent able to file claims without Parcel Monkey doing it for you. Theyd be very frustrating to use if you werent familiar with how couriers, and mail delivery companies and claims work. The savings arent usually worth the loss of peace of mind.

We paid parcel monkey to deliver an expensive radio £110. We paid extra insurance to cover the cost. The item was damaged by parcelforce. We submitted a claim and after two months they say sorry we cant pay you because the recipient did not complete parcel force questionaire. Now under consumer law we paid parcel monkey and thats who we have a contract with. We have no legal relationship with parcel force so what they do or say is nothing to do with us legally. Secondly if a third party who has received a refund is not bothered to reply that not my problem. I have no control over them. Parcel monkey are just deflecting and using a silly stupid excuse with no basis in consumer law. Two months and they come up with this old chestnut. We have laws and parcemonkey seem to think they can say what they like so they dont pay out. Why pay insurance to parcel monkey if they wont pay. Two fingers to the law. I will be taking the matter forward as i wont be denied my rights by this so called company. Look at all their reviews. The negatives are far too high. They are clearly a company with no ethics whatsoever. USE them at your peril .They dont pay for their mistakes and deflect to others with whom you have no legal relationship. You have been warned.

I chose Parcel Monkey(s) to deliver 3 flat screen monitors to the buyer, following sale on eBay. I paid extra to ensure them to the value of £300 (as they sold for £300). I spent an hour and a half packing them, each in multiple layers of industrial quality bubble wrap. I placed another 6 layers around the item, plus more on top and bottom. I then made sure there was no movement in the box anywhere (with additional bubble wrap). The box was double walled, heavy duty grade. The type you get for moving house. This box was then gaffer taped and put inside 1m3 builders grade black polythene back, and gaffer taped. Basically, it was the best packaging one could possibly achieve. A few days later the buyer reported that box had been received, with the bottom corner completely staved in. Crushed beyond recognition. It had obviously taken a major blow, either by falling from a great height. The missing corner was pushed in by about 20cm/8" on 3 sides. 2 of the monitors were damaged, 1 of them the display was completely shattered. On both of these, they were 2 chunks missing from the monitor bezel (plastic surround). Basically where it made contact with something at high speed/force. Imagine hitting the side of a monitor twice with an axe, and you are far wrong. Needless to say, the buyer is not happy. I made a claim to Parcel Monkey, knowing that I was covered to the value of the 3 monitors. I have today received a reponse from them saying ... "Hello, Thank you for providing the images and completing the documentation, After further assessment of the above referenced claim, we regret to inform you that your claim was not successful for compensation. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards, Jag" I will never, ever use these monkeys again. I strongely suggest you do the same too. I am £200 out of pocket because I trusted this company.

There was hidden charges I paid 57 pounds for delivery parcel And then when driver was delivering parcel he said receiver need to pay 57 pounds agian. Otherwise u will not get ur parcel

Their website link to track my parcel didn’t work. The help requires me to register to get any assistance or leave feedback. The option to ‘click here to continue without registering’ didn’t work. A poorly-implemented attempt at a UX to get customers to register to either give feedback or get help. They could have kept this feedback private (and made use of it), but by insisting that I registered first they made it public. Oops.

Seriously avoid this company. They’re service is shocking, they don’t collect or deliver! And when you contact them to find out why, they just suggest you raise a complaint ticket online. Seriously take my advice and go elsewhere!

Customer service when it comes to a lost package with the value of over £400 is appalling! Ive been back and forth with a different member of staff nearly every day for a month and my claim is still being "processed". Wont give me a telephone number to actually speak to a human on. Chances of the add-on insurance actually paying out seem slim right now...Parcel Force who actually lost the package wont talk to me because it was through Parcel Monkey! Never using again.

used parcel money and paid 15.7 for delivery for next day delivery, they didnt collect the parcel, then when you complain they blame the couriers. They work with them so legally the contracts with them, they do noting about any complaints and are useless, wont use again better to deal direct so they make no money from us. They are happy to take a cut but do-nothing when it all goes wrong. avoid if you want good service !
