Buying experience with PM was fine however the shipment through chosen carrier Parcel was a disaster. Although properly packaged one of the two shipments arrived severely damaged and effectively unable to use. The handling element of this shipment effectively meant full refund offered to buyer.

Awful. My parcel was not delivered to Australia . They claim there was something wrong with address but cannot explain what is wrong. this is my sisters address and I checked with her and she said it’s fine. They now was me to pay £12 to have it returned. When I complained and demanded a refund and free return I got a response whic basically just said we are not interested either pay to have it returned or we will dispose of it. I don’t think so.

TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM HERMES, PARCEL WAS NOT COLLECTED BY 4PM CONTACTED THEM AND THEY SAID THAT THE BOOKING HAD NOT BEEN PASSED ONTO COURIER (EVEN THOUGH A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WAS RECEIVED) AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO RE-BOOK FOR A COLLECTION. THEY THEN CANCELLED THE BOOKING. I HAD TO TAKE THE PARCEL TO MY LOCAL POST OFFICE AND PAY MORE FOR A PARCEL-FORCE SERVICE, THEN AT 7PM A HERMES COURIER APPEARED ON MY DOORSTEP FOR A COLLECTION !! ...... I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.

Was advised to use Parcel Monkey by Amazon when an item I was attempting to return via the Post Office was going to cost more than I had paid for the item! Extremely easy to use Parcel Monkey and have been advised that the item returned has been delivered and signed for. Just waiting for what little refund I will get. Will definitely use Parcel Money again.

This is my 3rd year using Parcel Monkey. I sent 2 parcels again to my family in the USA. The on-line order process was easy, the price reasonable, compared to the post office Parcelforce, and both packages arrived safely together five or six days later. My family are delighted, as these gifts forms a key part of theIr Christmas day. Thank you parcel monkey an easy, efficient service that I have come to trust.
Only frustration is you won’t allow chocolate! No idea why - I had to send the chocolate gifts (they love Uk chocolate) via parcel force who are happy to post it. Please give an explanation back if possible thanks

Terrible experience. Bought a delivery service which seemed appropriate and a reasonable price. Only when I printed the label did they add small print and conditions. At this stage there is nothing you can do to amend your selection. There are no numbers you can call and no chat service to handle issues. You are on your own. I did my best to comply but still got a bill for an additional 50% as a surcharge after the event and again no way of contacting them to discuss the issue. Wont use again.

Good reliable company and used to be super cheap but double check with other parcel services before booking because Ive recently found that the same service can often be cheaper direct with the supplier or another company.

Up to now i have been waiting 7 days for my parcel which you keep saying you will update me about the where abouts but i have had no communication at all from parcel monkey.poor work as i can track it my self and state where it is on the italian network.yet you have given me no update in a full day. Not happy. Hope it come soon.

ZERO star review. Short and sweet? Avoid at all costs! A nightmare, an absolute nightmare, from start to (no possible finish with this crowd of shysters!) Somebody / some public body needs to reign this outfit in fast! They think they are above the law and have a loophole that makes them not appear on the "bunch of bandits" radar...... not for much longer!

I was a bit hesitant in using this company but to be fair i cant complain, picked parcel up as promised, and delivered to Portugal, within the time scale. Driver in Portugal rang to say he was on his way and even dropped it in my lounge for me, very competitive price too. Will defiantly be using these again.

Likely I will be closing my account. Although prices are reasonable - everything else seems so difficult to achieve. Labels arent really labels - theyre more addresses, so Couriers have to print their own, rather than scanning the code. No way of ever speaking to a customer service rep on the phone - everything is done by Live Chat - which is painful and long winded. Updates of collection are slow - eg. no direct information provided back from them if a parcel is not collected - you find out about it my chasing it yourself. And re-bookings are hassle too. I Ordered items via this site / Parcel Force for a 24hr service - over a week later the items still not picked up and I have had to cancel the collection and re-book with another courier direct. Unlikely I will ever use PARCEL MONKEY again
