This company is completely pointless 2 years ago I booked a pick up it got rescheduled 3 times in the same week none of which happened with no explanation and no contact I gave them the benefit of the doubt and booked this week same again. Pointless pointless useless.

I paid for parcel force 48 hr which turned out to be 96 hr and box the parcel was sent in was destroyed and open Terrible service won’t be using you again

My parcel has yet to arrive at its destination in Mexico. According to the tracker it has been collected from my local post office twice - 6 days apart and in the meanwhile has been exported from the UK. So I dont really understand what is happening. First time I have used this service and unless this is sorted, it will be the last.

Unbelievably simple - I used Parcelfore 48, under £10 for 17Kg, print your own label and drop at the village post office. Arrived in 2 days. Will definitely use for all my parcels in future.

Courier was suppose to pickup parcel the next day but came in the day after in late afternoon. Next time will drop off myself.

The parcel eventually reached the recipient hence 2 stars,however, I will be very hesitant before using parcelmonkey again. The courier, Parcel Force, couldnt find the collection address and kept issuing tracking info "customer unavailable". Parcelmonkey informs on their website not to contact couriers directly but at the same time parcelmonkey customer service representatives are completely hopeless at assisting with any issues and wont contact couriers with relevant info on customers behalf. Completely bonkers. Due to monkeys incompetence I was homebound for 4 days.
