Rip off company, they failed to deliver and failed to try a second time, as per their terms and conditions. Additionally, they then are asking me to pay another 50% of the delivery fee for their failure to deliver, citing clause 5.8 of their terms and conditions. However, 5.8 is relevant only to same day deliveries. So the moral of the story is do not use this company, and do not accept their take on their terms and conditions as they are totally clueless.

Waste of time entered the measurements weight and postal codes got several quotes immediately paid then was told label would be sent 30 mins later. Never received it then was told there was a problem and to contact them. Requested a refund and was told it would take 3:5 days to process! What was that all about?

Parcel arrived safely, took a bit longer than estimated but I think it is because the local post office is highly inefficient and must have delayed pick up of parcel from Thursday (when I dropped it) to Following Monday! So considering it left Uk on Monday and arrived safely at the Italian destination. On Friday parcel monkey was great! All tracked and at a fraction of Royal Mail cost.

I sent a Christmas parcel to my son in Singapore.
On Sunday 1st December I booked a delivery. It was collected the next day in the morning and arrived at his apartment the following Monday.
This is the second year that I have used your company and will recommend you if asked as you are so efficient.

Shocking service. Amazon insisted I use these clowns to organize a return. So booked Courier next day collection at a cost of £12.50 They sent me a label to print and attach to the box, which I did. The following day Courier turn up to collect the parcel, and he refused as its not even one of their labels, and on closer inspection not even the correct delivery address, and by that not just a wrong road but an entirely different company. So today I have spent 2 hours trying to speak with them, finally get through on chat, and not even an apology. Very abrupt woman. Sent me the correct label, so now an hour later Im still sat here wondering if theyre even going to collect the parcel. Absolute joke of an outfit, sat here all day waiting for a collection, and will now have to sit here all day tomorrow as well.

very easy to book online however the driver who came to pick up the parcels was abrupt and rude he said he could not wait 2 mins for us to fetch the parcel(they were less than 10 metres away!) hence 3 stars

I always use Parcel Monkey when sending parcels abroad. Never had a problem, when needed help Customer Service was excellent. Their prices are cheaper compared to others. I can recommend Parcel Monkey to others.

I arranged for Courier to another courier next day from parcel monkey and no one turned up 5 day’s in a row so I had to go elsewhere, couldn’t get hold of anyone to get my money back. Then after 6 days Courier Turned up!!!

Brilliant. Post Office quoted me £57 for a delivery to Italy. Took it home and booked DHL through Parcel Monkey. Parcel was picked up 2 hours later for a similar delivery timescale, for around £20.

I sent a 20kg parcel from UK to Germany by road and was very pleased with Parcel Monkeys service. The package arrived earlier than expected and was still in good shape. All of my belongings were left intact.
I was kind of worried that most of the ratings here on Trustpilot were fake/given by the company itself but (at least for me) everything worked perfectly fine!

The drop off shop was open till 22.00, which was great help, I was able to track the parcel all the way, it was fast and great value for the money. I would recommend it.
