Fingers crossed, nothing got lost but the number of days parcels take is a bit unpredictable - and definitely longer than the three days that are quoted for Germany. Also need to take into consideration that if you take a parcel to the post office after 2pm, it will be sitting there until the following afternoon. But still - the advent calendars arrived with just a couple of days delay!

Complete waste of time shipping a item to Australia, games console has a internal battery just like a laptop or tablet. Contacted DPD who said yes no problem it is the same as a laptop / tablet etc with a none removable battery so we can ship it but on a none compensation basis DPDs own page on prohibited items for Australia does not list the item i was sending as prohibited and their customer services says its fine. Parcel monkey will not ship this as its apparently restricted and refuse to refund the original payment, charge a admin and return for the parcel also . Parcel monkey says restricted yet DPD says otherwise, parcel monkey just refer you to their terms which seem to be different to the actual courier they use. I wont be using them again and certainly would not recommend them.

courier wouldnt take my parcel at the first time of trying, came back next day and took parcel, a week and a half later parcel not been delivered, cant track it, parcel missing contacted parcel monkey no reply, contacted again and told would look into it, this was in the morning end of the day still waiting on a update

I would never give 1 star ! One hand does not know what the other is doing, first advised the address was wrong then advised " customs form needed ! From UK to Spain ! Private documents car documents Christmas presents and daughters bday presents, this is not just a small package its 2 LARGE BOXES and they cannot be found, their communication/handover to delivery company is shocking. The parcel monkey email gives the impression that the collection is finalised, and their emails say "Please dont attempt to contact the carrier directly as they wont be able to help with your enquiry", but in reality the collection has not been finalised, and you need to contact the delivery company directly to confirm date/time of pickup.DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR ITEMS AND CLEARLY THE CS IS NOT IN THE UK

Considerably less expensive than Parcelforce, despite being the same service, and delivered within 24 hrs, just as advertised. Whats not to like?

Cheaper rates for Parcelforce using Parcel Monkey. Can drop off at a post office or have it collected. Easy to use, especially with saved addresses.

Seems like a good search engine to find the best price, but their communication/handover to delivery company is poor. The parcel monkey email gives the impression that the collection is finalised, and their emails say "Please dont attempt to contact the carrier directly as they wont be able to help with your enquiry", but in reality the collection has not been finalised, and you need to contact the delivery company directly to confirm date/time of pickup. In future, I will skip the middle man (parcel monkey) and go direct to the delivery company. In my experience, parcel monkey just add an extra layer of confusion.

I paid £13 for delivery to Ireland as I needed the parcel to get there within 2 days. It got delayed for 3 days so although I posted it early Thursday morning it didn’t arrive until the following Wednesday.

Good, simple service for most parcel types particularly in UK and EU. Wider international shipments are worth shopping around for better rates/options however.

One of the very few couriers that deliver to the door when they say "door to door delivery",really fast ,faster than expected actually,and great comunication skills.the courier phoned the receiver for delivery!! so impressing! this is the company i will be using from now on:)

Very poor service. I booked my parcel to be collected the next day. The courier was DX I was informed my parcel would be collected between 8am & 6pm.I waited in all day for it to be collected and no collection! I contacted Parcel Monkey to complain and no excuse was given. I lost business staying home. I asked for an immediate refund only to be told it would take 3 to 5 days. I booked it through another company. I will never use parcel monkey again!

1 star is too much for the service I received as I booked a next day delivery on Monday for the driver to collect on Tuesday for NEXT DAY DELIVERY.....The time I was given for collection was between 13:43 and 15:43 but by 6pm no driver and my office was now closed. Then next morning today Wednesday I email to ask what was going on and I get the reply saying our driver was refused the collection by Robert ...who the hell is Robert as he doesnt work in my company so my taking is that the driver decided he couldnt be bothered collecting it and told lies. I lost a new business customer due to the parcel going to be delivered too late for their need and all I get back is lies and excuses. I will never use Courier or recommend them again!!!.
