Always easy to send parcels to Canada using Parcel Monkey but can never work out how the weight is calculated. I weigh my parcels and measure them, am given a price then a week later get an email saying the weight has been calculated differently and I have to pay more - usually £30 - £40 more.

All seemed good upon arranging the collection online, but then to be told by the courier company when they phoned that they did not have my pick up address and couldnt therefore collect on the expected day just let everything down - needless to say I wasnt impressed!!!!

Total waste of time. Had to contact twice to get label then was left for 20min waiting for a reply on the chat service. Didn’t send a QR code so had to hunt down a print shop to get label when could have booked direct with Hermes & done it all in the shop in 5mins. Never use again!

I paid for a next day service on Tuesday. By Friday morning it was still not delivered. When I try and contact you , you are not interested.

Do not recommend using parcel monkey at all. My parcel arrived shattered, with FRAGILE written everywhere on the box. Now I would clearly be entitled to some sort of compensation as stated on the website before placing my order but they do not respond to emails and they do not have a phone number to call. Absolutely appalling service! Do not use them, waste of time and money!

My package arrived completely shattered despite being wrapped in tons of bubble wrap so not sure how they handled it after it was collected for me. So I am now not entitled to money from what o returned and paid for a courier too. Very much out of pocket.

Package arrived mostly no problems. Looks like DPD bashed about the package a bunch, but thats not exactly Parcel Monkeys fault, thats DPD.
Saved me about £30 compared to sending it via the post office, and I suspect sending abroad with anyone you would need to expect damage so thatd probably have happened with Royal Mail too.
Never actually sent abroad before, but it was nice and easy through Parcel Monkey.

Parcel monkey say hey only use couriers they can trust. The subcontractor they use to pick up my parcels , DX , seem to be a particulary bad one. That is poor qualty control on behalf of Parcel monkey. The subcontractor never turned up to pick up the parcels and a lot of bad excuses when you contact them. Reading DX rewiews I can not understand why Parcel monkey want to use them. They probably have gone for price rather than quality.

After spending the past few weeks trying to get compensation from this company for services I paid for and they failed to deliver I would strongly recommend not using them Their customer service is useless and they hide behind T&Cs when the issue was clearly their fault I saved a few pounds but delivery was late and wasted time and effort communicating with them

I sent a 6kg parcel from Scotland to Sydney it got picked up from my house on Friday lunchtime and was in Sydney by Tuesday.

I have to say that I was very impressed with the service - both the chosen courier (Parcel Force 48) and the Parcel Monkey Customer Service Team (especially Eshna and Amy) who helped me to rectify my mistake.
Great, stress-free experience and will definitely use Parcel Monkey again.

Easy to print label, great instructions went for a delivery company who picked up my parcel it weighed nearly 20kilos got it insurance aswell just in case and for £18 Delivered to the south of France it’s great value and allows me to send lots more stuff to my sister and brother in law in the south of France by the way the parcel took 4 days in total will be using again next week

Thieving bas***s! I weighed my parcel on calibrated work scales before posting and they back-charged me an additional £1.51 a week after delivery for an alleged incorrect weight of plus 200gr. Well, two days later ut was suddenly only 150gr, but hey ho, they are so accurate, arent they? I have been called a liar basically and they just said thats how it is. If I could provide a photograph of the parcel being on the scales and photos of me holding a tape measure to the parcel (even though the size was never in question) they might consider going back to the courier and ask them for a statement. Of course we all take pictures of us weighing and measuring our parcels, as this is common behaviour. I asked for proof of their methods, like training records of the staff, calibration certificates of the equipment and maintenance records of said equipment. Guess what I got? Nothing of course. Never ever will I use these fraudster!!! Maybe of of these monkeys should not leave his bag of weed on my parcel when its getting weighed.

It was not easy to find on parcel monkey a service for pick up and delivery that at a reasonable price. Most of those listed are only for collection or drop off only. Anyhow, when I did, I found DHL. I paid for the parcel to be delivered on the 28th November and I havent received it till now; this is how good DHL are. I am still waiting.

I booked a parcel through parcel monkey with parcelforce, the courier lost the parcel so I had to refund the money to the purchaser so I lost a £140 classic mini carburettor, and even though I was promised the postage cost back....I never received it!

Although service was great, there is one improvement I would like to see. Tell the customer if collection will be AM or PM. Having to stay with parcels for collection all day is very inconvenient.
