Completely messed me around with 5 packages I sent, WITH insurance.. so far, packages damaged, couriers are incompetent, clients are now demanding their money back, and Im left with damaged goods at the wrong clients houses.. Parcelmonekys tactic is to ask more and more questions, make things really difficult and ultimately either find a reason not to pay me, or for me to give up. My clients have issued eBay requests for a full refund (understandable!), and Ill end up over £150 out of pocket as the goods are all damaged... Parcelmonkey - dishonest and shady brokers... please avoid these monkeys!

I always use parcel monkey, my local post office charge £13.50 and above for the parcels I send via parcel monkey at £7.27.always collected promptly and delivered quickly 10/10

When it works it’s great- but they have ZERO meaningful customer support. A consignment has been lost and for 9 days I get call centre staff telling me they’ve “messaged the courier company” and that I should “just wait” - it’s abundantly clear they have no actual customer support systems in place.

My parcel to Sweden usually goes via Sweden however this time it went via Denmark. I have no idea why and it was difficult to track and arrived later as a result. Will send again, but if experience is repeated I will try another provider. Otherwise a good service which I have used several times very successfully.
