Bunch of thieves. Never have I come across such a incompetent organisation that not only loses your parcel but then buries the fine print in the t&c’s with links to t’s&c’s. something to hide maybe???? I would say so and I would not trust them with anything more than a blank piece of paper oh! Wait a minute, you don’t take responsibility for even that I believe once you finally find the right link to hit hidden within your t&c’s Oh and even when they do admit responsibility and agree they delivered the parcel to the wrong address and handed it over to some stranger that is not even the named recipient they find some other piece of fine print to get out of it. This was a simple pick up and drop off in London not long distance or too complicated and it’s now gone forever somewhere and all they can do is say it’s in the fine print and no responsibility or care!!!!! Disgraceful absolutely disgusting behaviour from a company that admits they were wrong then shuts the door in your face anyway!!!!

I have been using PM for several years. I wish I didnt have to but they are nearly always the cheapest and also the best of a bad bunch. When things go well, it is great - five stars all round. Cheap, easy and mostly reliable. They fail completely when something goes wrong, however. They dont apologise, point to the various bits of small print, make excuses and just have a really standoffish attitude, which is a real shame. If they improved their customer service and acted like we actually were important to them, I would have no hesitation in highly recommending them. As it stands, my recommendation falls under the "what better option do you have?"

Cant fault Parcel Monkey - sent a few items to USA and the South of France and all delivered promptly and intact - these have mainly been via Hermes who come to my door to collect - the cost has been acceptable - keep up the good work PM

Thank you for getting back to me with your guess/reason for the extra delivery charge. these are the facts:- Courier quoted approx. $255 to complete the delivery (as paid for upfront), the customs duty charges were $52.00 Not exactly the service we were expecting. Also I was shocked to have an extra charge taken without warning from my credit card, apparently the parcel I sent was 4kgs heavier than I had weighed it to be, using the same scales that had been accurate to the kilo when checking in to Virgin Atlantic in January. On the whole a pretty bad experience, and bag still not delivered........
