Just great to have a choice of who takes what .Easy to use the website. I do not use Hermes they lost a parcel of mine value 49 pounds , failed to collect one for 3 days and sent a third to the wrong address. Their complaints procedure is lousy and a different person replies ,so far 6 letters and they still ask for details .use parcel monkey you can avoid a bad experience;like this.

My parents received the boxes in Greece. They have sent me pictures with the condition of the boxes. All of them are open on the side probably with knife as the side tape doesnt seems to be broken but cut. I have pictures that I eill provide. A bag is missing from inside the box. All boxes were brand new and just purchased from amazon. Just 20 killos each so nothing to do with weight. Really dissatisfied and thinking if I should use the service again.

Quoted £64 directly from parcel force for express 48hr insured delivery within the UK for a 24kg package. Parcel monkey got me a quote from parcel force express 24hr delivery for £24, and all I had to do is print off the barcode for the package. Amazing saving and service. Package arrived to its destination as arranged. Will definitely use again.

A great affordable way to ship packages. We regularly send packages to family in Austria and parcelmonkey saves us a fortune everytime over the post-office. Theres a good selection of couriers and both pickup/drop off options for convenience.

Easy to book Would have been nice to have morning or afternoon pick up for the price. Waiting in all day is a pain and of course came right at the end of the day. If you want a set time it’s costly!

Having had disaster after disaster, parcels getting lost, taking weeks and weeks to arrive, damaged or not turning up at all, Parcel Monkey was a refreshing and brilliant discovery. I will never use another service to send my parcels to Stockholm. I went via PM and UPS and they delivered my parcel and an excellent service. I thoroughly recommend them. Thank you.
