A good service but you could have told us that the next day delivery was probably not going to happen due to Covid 19 situation as i would not have paid £50 for a next day delivery that didnt happen. yes I know you will point to the terms and conditions of the delivering agent that were recently changed but you didnt mention this when booking the service, bad boy!!!!

As a company they do a good job, easy to use and good pricing but be warned, if you get any problems PM just dont want to know and will stop replying to your correspondence, noting you can do, absolutely no help from them.

I dropped the parcel at my local post office. Parcelforce were the courier. They allege that they made an attempt at delivery on 25th March. The recipient was in all day but no attempted delivery was made. Three parcel then stayed in the Swansea depot for 13 days with me chasing daily. They returned the parcel on 8th April to Parcel Monkey as the sender, and Parcel Monkey now expect me to pay them again to return my parcel to me! Unbelievably inept and incompetent. I will never use Parcel Monkey or Parcelforce again. Utter disgrace.

Appear to be cheap - but when things go wrong with an item of value they are no use at all and you RISK LOSING A LOT OF MONEY. Our parcel was clearly opened in transit with contents stolen and courier label changed - PHOTOS TO PROVE IT. Parcel Monkey didnt offer full compensation even when extended cover had been paid for - they ignored the detail of our claim - just said the parcel had been delivered so case was closed. We did not pay for a parcel to be delivered with CONTENTS STOLEN IN TRANSIT.

Does exactly what they say they would. And if they has capacity the deliver my parcel not in the 48hours I paid for but inside 24 hours.
It was actually 23 hours from when it was picked up to my daughter having received the parcel.
Always use parcel monkey’s parcel force, it’s 5*****

So far a great company/great service, but considering my last parcel hasn’t been delivered yet and is stuck at the international hub for almost 13days now, I can’t give but one star... I understand the situation with COVID-19, but there should have been a certain approximation of delivery times/delays so the customers would know what to expect, rather than checking every single day, without any update from the company and wondering if the parcel will get delivered at all.

The guy who picked up my parcel was super sweet, however I wasn’t aware when he was coming. It said they’d send me an email or text message with a one hour slot but they didn’t so it was a matter of hit or miss
