Not impressed by the service so far. The website states 3-4 days and it has been taking more than three weeks for the parcel that I have signed for many times and still havent received. Not sure if I will use the company again in the future.

My parents left a wallet and my mother jewellery in the safe of a hotel in Torremolinos. The hotel found it. I contacted parcelmonkey on the 20th March and mother received her items on the 23rd.

used to be my "go to" place to ship, but seemingly [& with NO NOTICE] ParcelMonkey no longer takes PayPal, & Hermes has been dropped as a delivery option....

Had been struggling to return our parcel via a company that had been organised by the recipient. However, they failed to collect on at least three occasions. It was at this point we said we would organise our return ourselves. That was when we successfully used Parcel Monkey. Easy process and quick delivery. Had an acknowledgement that parcel has reached its destination quite quickly.

The Parcel-force company utilised (other couriers apparently could not handle the package?), did NOT turn up on the scheduled day, there was NO communication at all, the time slot - was NOT a slot at all, it was a whole day - i.e.8am to 6pm, so i stayed in all day on the scheduled day and Parcel-Force did NOT turn up! I have been told by Parcel Monkey that there is NO reimbursement facilitation for this theft of my time (which is all we have in life). So very disappointed.

The parcels were dispatched on Monday 23rd March from Worcester U.K. to Opava in The Czech Republic and arrived today at Lunchtime (March 26th ) a very good Service by D.P.D, The only downside was the lack of tracking from late on 23rd "leaving the U.K" to 5;59pm today 26th to say the Parcels were at the local depot awaiting local delivery . There was no information as to their whereabouts for 2 days . Thank you David Taylor

I was very confused by the fact that I saw several bad reviews for Parcel Monkey. The service was exceptional in my case. Only thing I had to do was print out my label, put it on the box and leave in the post office right next to my apartment. I paid a fraction of the price I could find in other companies and my parcel was delivered from UK to Greece in 5 days. Very satisfied. I guess people review only when they have a bad experience..

Everything was easy to do and understandable. I had a lot of options to choose from. There were no problems when they picked up the parcels. The delivery was quite fast (Scotland - Germany). It took them 4 days. Something to compare it with: my parents sent me a parcel via normal post office and it took them 8 days (Germany -Scotland) to arrive. So thank you for the fast delivery in half the time! Would highly recommend this service and will definitely use it again.

This company will not honor any insurance claim and a quick search of the internet will reveal that they summarily send a series of standard communication to request information concerning your claim and then decline it. I was returning a radiator which in its original packaging of the company as it was unwanted and unused and in transit some object pierced and ruptured the metal and they claimed the packaging was inadequate instead of honoring the claim. Dont be fooled by their high rating which is due to the fact that they actively invite reviews of people who have been pleased with their service because most packages arrive without incidence and their web interface is slick and trouble free. Yet when something goes wrong they will not pay out even if you have insurance because this maximizes their profits at the expense of customers whose loss could be the value of the item sent. This is an unscrupulous practice which they build into their business model. The warning sign is that there is no way of contacting a person. I was simply denied a totally legitimate claim for the the damaged radiator for 100 pounds - an experience that left me shaken as one who has just been robbed. The best way to use their site is to use them to find the cheapest courier and then directly deal with the courier because at least you can get responses from them. Check out the internet and see how many people have been burned by this company and left feeling robbed

Good Morning, I am sorry to have had to use this medium but your company is very unprofessional. I paid for an item to be collected and sent to the Caribbean and the initial elements of your process worked well. Now that the money has been collected I have been informed that the items is lost, then it’s been found but still I have not had answers to my questions. I am being moved from agent to agent with no help given. Is this the way companies such as yourself operate? How do you expect to take on huge contracts from bigger companies when you are losing the documents sent by a small customer such as myself? Mind you this was collected last Tuesday. I continue to urge you to get someone to contact me to rectify this issue. Mr Nav Ramiah (Founder and Managing Director) I am unsure if you have sight of this page but if you happen to hear of this please do ask your staff to resolve this issue with the urgency needed. I understand that there would be a delay to the parcel getting to the destination (hence the 3 week period) but I had weighed the parcel, and was charged an additional fee at a later stage, which had just been charged to my account. The prices were reasonable in the first place, so the additional charge for the extra weight was fine, but the way in which it was done left a lot to be desired.
