I find Parcel Monkey UK excellent for comparing shipping prices and purchasing a service online. Simple and it works...often saving around a third of the cost of purchasing the same service directly from the provider, for example , Parcel Force.

Service is fine, prices reasonable. Things did go wrong once and the insurance didnt cover it. Cost a lot and no one really bothered to try to sort it out. Wouldnt bother with their insurance again, best get your own.

After the Courier courier arriving for almost a week at a time convenient to them rather than within the allocated time slot I still have the parcel , unable to contact Courier as my consignment number is not recognised. All in all No STARS ????

Very good service as usual, only issue being number of letters/digits than can be used when inputing delivery/collection addresses, very restricted, leaves you having to abreviate a lot of addresses.

Been using parcel monkey for a while now , but recently sent a parcel to France and used there insurance to cover the full amount , it was via my hermes and the tracking stopped after a few days , they informed me it had been delivered but had no way of proving it , my hermes still shows as in transit , tried to claim via there insurance but guess what , its a con and they offered my £9 back for the £130 i had lost , no direct contact , slow customer services avoid like the plague

I had parcel lost in transit. Ive contacted more than 10 times Parcel Monkey for compensation, anytime they said will contact me via email, but never happened. Ive lost the item, money for delivery, money back to unhappy customer. BEWARE, YOUD NEVER SEE COMPENSATION FROM PARCEL MONKEY. Better pay few quids more and send parcel by serious courier and carrier. Do not use jokers like Parcel Monkey. Thats why theyre called Monkey PM7262994 because you asked for it, but youd never sort this out.
