Buy a 24 hour delivery service. Takes 2 days delivery #firstworldproblem but sneaky T&C means they can get away with it. Not best business practice

Easy to use website and loads of options to chose from. Simple instructions however . . . Selected Parcel Force 24hr and it took 92 hours to get there.

Easy website to use,VERY competitive prices and fast availability of parcel label download--delivery within 2 days following collection. The only point of improvement I would like to see is an email/text advice of collection time,better than waiting in all day!

I had a really bad experience with Parcel money, I gave them the full address for a parcel. Which they picked up, my parcel was scheduled for a 2 day delivery but this never happened, i waiting a further few days, and my customer still did not get his delivery. I called the company to be told my parcel is sitting in a warehouse and cannot be sent to the address and would be returned to me and I would receive a refund. They then returned my parcel to me and denied me a refund and said this was my fault for typing in an incorrect address. My address was correct and clearly stated were I wanted the parcel to go. I even wrote the address on the parcel itself, and they covered this with black marker. I have never seen anything like this and cannot believe a company this big can get away with something like this. There team member literally emailed me saying: We will be providing you with a full refund as this is no fault of your own and now they are ignoring me!!

Really good service at a good price for delivery and insurance.
When the package arrives in another country it is better to use the partner carrier website to find when package will be delivered or if you wish to change delivery. If you have problems I have found that contacting parcel monkey gets results reasonably quickly.

Parcel Monkey UK seems to work well. I send parcels from time to time and the Parcelforce 48 works out about 60% cheaper than going to Parcelforce direct. Unfortunately I have twice had problems with Parcelforce delivery times. NOT PARCEL MONKEYS FAULT. This latest one involve Parcelforce once again not collecting from Post Office on Day One which meant that instead of 48 hour delivery it became over 118 hours!!! I emailed Gary Simpson CEO for an explanation but he is clearly too grand (in his opinion) even to acknowledge my email.

I am very pleased with Parcel Monkey. I used the services four times.
The shipment was never delayed or missing. I sent TVs twice to a European country, and they arrived without any problems.I recommend to everyone Parcel Monkey .

I am regret to say that such a worst service ever I see. I shouldnt have even put 1 star . You lost my 10kg parcel and charged me more than£ 70 and refused to refund me because I should produce original receipts of the gifts I purchased. How do I supposed to know this is going to happen. Its hurt me so much .

A customer made a damages complaint to me 7 days after they received their item (including Christmas Day/Boxing Day) and Parcelmonkey would not pay out the money owed despite me paying extra insurance. They gave 5 days from the delivery date to make a claim, (that was VERY close to Christmas) and 10 days from the day of dispatch (what if the item hasnt even arrived by the time those 10 days are up?). How was I meant to make a claim before I was even aware of it? As somebody who has been a frequent customer for a few years, this was frustrating, I had no support what so ever and it took nearly 2 weeks to get some form of conclusion from them, which is ironic since you have to make a claim to them within 5 working days. Yet they will take however long they like to decide whether they will fork out for the insurance or not. I had to refund my customer for the negligence of the courier in the end. I dont want to continue to deal with ridiculous time frames that Im not sure are entirely legal, alongside zero helpful customer support.

Dpd delayed my parcels delievery and would not update the tracking system for 3 days. When I contacted their customer services their Exports services messed up with my reply and not until I contacted the second time I got an actual answer. Unfortunely the wrong one and the recipient of the parcel had already got hold of the parcel by that time! Serves me right for not using UPS as per usual!

Really great service and I would highly recommend it.
I use it a lot for my daughter who is in Uni and forgets stuff at home! so always sending her packages. Also used it to send stuff to Ireland an it was way cheaper than Post Office prices.

Parcel arrived at its destination with 36 jars of honey all intact. The customer ordered the day before and I delivered it to my post office . Good work and great value ????

Very Poor communication. Previous experience with parcel Monkey was good. However, I used them to book DPD drop off and delivery service this week. I had booked a 24 hour service , but after 3 days the tracker is still showing the package at the drop off location. Many messages from the Parcelmonkey team asking me to wait until they get feedback from the Courier... The package is already 2 days late - How long am I expected to wait - just for an update!! Next time I will not use DPD or Parcel Monkey as you cannot contact the courier direct to get an update. Very Poor

I have been using parcel monkey for a number of years now and would never send my UK or Overseas parcels any other way. Parcel monkey are easy to use with great prices plus the information supplied after shipping the parcel makes keeping an eye on delivery easy.
