Terrible firm tell me that my parcel was over 6ft 5 in length!!! Then steal £52.60 from my payment card! Terrible.... item sent was a car jack no longer than 14” long. You ask for proof they give you a measurement, ask for a photo they ignore you!!

Courier just didn’t show up the first day he was supposed to. No contact or information given, just didn’t show up, waited ALL DAY! Had to reschedule it and they showed up the second time. It is 2020 and they can’t even let you know if it’ll be morning or afternoon so you have to wait in all day, ridiculous.

Occasionally I have problems with delivery by Parcelforce who use the disclaimer that no delivery can be certain on a 24 hour or 48 hour delivery timeframe...however communicating any issues with Parcelmonkey is usually met with a firm but pleasant response..the webpage is excellent and easy to complete and so I award it 4 stars..missing one star as I have had past issues with delivery problems that were not satisfactorily resolved but overall I can recommend the service provided.

Took a long time to get a refund! Feels like chatting to robots. They don’t try to understand the situation. At the end got the shipping refunded but the parcel content was perishable so lost all that with no refund whatsoever because I ve agreed to the T&C.... yes the t and c that state that you don’t get compensation for the following items: when you look at the list, it’s basically anything you can send by post! Ridiculous.

Courier very poor choice ...didnt turn up first time. Unclear communication on second attempt though it was eventually collected ( after I had cancelled in frustration!) The £10.00 or so saved compared to taking it to the post office doesnt really match up to the time wasted and annoyance caused chasing it up!!! No particular grouses about parcel monkey itself except a minor annoyance that its not clear whether the tracking number supplied is a shipment number or customer reference .....or even a card number !! Why cant you use the same terms from one web page to the next ??

Parcel was sent via Courier and ended up being 5 days late. Paid over £40 for 2-3 day delivery and it took 7.
