Excellent service and far cheaper price by using Parcel Monkey. Site was easy to use and arranging pick up of parcel was simple. Excellent instructions regarding postage, labels etc. I was returning items to China and the parcel reached China in only a few days. Tracking was quick and simple using the website link. Unfortunately the parcel was not able to be delivered but I suspect this is the fault of the company in China.

I am still in shock, my parcel was collected Friday morning In Essex and arrived in Hong Kong Monday morning (so Sunday night UK time)
Wow, what an outstanding service, would give 10 stars if I could!
Was worried my parcel wouldn’t arrive in time as we were planning to take my grandson’s present for his 2nd birthday ourselves until the Corona virus reared it’s ugly head and stopped our visit. Was hoping it would arrive by Thursday in time but need not have worried. I would say make sure you declare everything in your parcel in detail so no problems with it being held by Customs. Thank you so much Parcel Monkey, incredible performance!

Started using Parcel Monkey U.K. recently and so far have found their service to be excellent. Friendly driver collected our parcels and our customers have been pleased with the earlier than usual deliveries.

I wouldnt even give this company 1 star if I could. If you are looking for a trustworthy, reliable, efficient service for your consignment, this company is NOT the one! They failed to deliver the service they promise, my package has been stuck in customs in the destination country for over 2 months now and Parcel Monkey are refusing to do anything to help! Appalling service, wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Not even worth 1 star.

Ive used Parcel Monkey twice now to send 5KG to 7KG parcels to New Zealand. Both times they have arrived within 2 weeks and the tracking and information has been excellent. Good value for money - will definitely continue to use them. (I chose Parcel Force as the carrier).

the company DHL timing for pick up was exact,they kept me informed.
I would recommend parcel monkey for assistant they helped and offer the best service if you are unsure.

The goods still have not been delivered...despite paying for a fast delivery. My son has had to fill out so many forms in India still no parcel....You need to communicate.

Please avoid using this company. We had a very important consignment going to Spain. They said were issues with the address - it was in fact accurate, however we suggested alternative pick up points (rural southern Spain). Despite reiterating this repeatedly over the course of a week, Parcel Monkey failed to convey the information to the local delivery team and the parcel is now on its way back to Scotland. What is extra frustrating is that there is no way of talking to these guys on the phone - very poor customer service. There is no way of raising a complaint or the level of customer support. There are only what seems to be pre-programmed, impersonal messages. Now we have lost a major customer. There is no clear complaints procedure that is immediately apparent on the websit. Absolutely the worst experience to date, and I have been exporting for over 10 years.

Offer a good selection of carriage choices and competitive prices hard to beat for packages, unfortunately, when we tried the pallet service it was let down by the carrier not collecting the pallet, although that was not Parcel Monkeys fault, rather the pallet carrier not doing their job.

So the price seemed OK, and I liked the ability to compare and see the best value options through the website. Collection was fine, I had carefully weighed, wrapped and labelled the package (a DeLonghi coffee machine I was shipping to Australia as part of my emigrating there from the UK). I was subsequently hit with a further charge, apparently this was because the courier had used lasers to "volumetrically calculate" my parcels weight, and they billed me roughly a further 10% of what I had already paid. OK thats fine Ill pay what I owe to get my item over to the new house. After a while, my father-in-law signed for a small parcel with my name on it. On opening the parcel, there were some reflective lights inside. On closer inspection, the label with my details on had been affixed over a label for a gentleman in Victoria, Australia, 2250km away. The gentleman’s name was completely different to mine, his parcel much smaller and 11kg lighter than mine. I got in touch with Parcel Monkey and it was deeply frustrating to say the least. Each time I had to deal with a different person, several people seemed unable to understand the situation and I found myself re-explaing the problem over and over again via their online chat system. When I asked to deal with management, there seemed to be some reluctance by the member of staff I was dealing with to refer it on, but eventually I got through. Unfortunately, after several weeks and multiple investigations with the courier, I was told my parcel would be unrecoverable, and they would not provide any assitance in forwarding on the parcel I incorrectly received. They said as I had not purchased additional cover they would not do any more than provide a refund for the sending of the parcel in the first place. It just took up so much time and money and effort, particularly over the Christmas period, and in the end, Parcel Monkey just passed the buck on to the courier and washed their hands of the situation. If I could give anyone some advice, it would be spend 5min researching couriers, go direct, and that way there are clear lines of responsibility when things go wrong. DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY!!!!!
