The process including quote, collection and delivery was great, HOWEVER BE Careful! I was quoted £11 but later, after delivery was finalised they came back to me saying there was a discrepancy and I had to pay an additional £52,they had my card details and just took the amount! Because I didnt expect to be scammed I didnt take a photo of the parcel with a measuring tape and scale, they wouldnt accept the photo I had of the parcel with their labels attached as proof. They refused to give me a telephone number to call or email address of the complaints dept. (or anyone I could speak to) I had to log in and use their chat service each time, dealt with a different person each time, no one knew what they were talking about. Worst customer experience and Im very very unhappy, please dont use this company, if you do, take photos of everything so that this doesnt happen to you.

Really disappointed with the service. No record that Parcelforce attempted delivery, nor left a card with the addressee. And now Parcel Monkey say I can either collect the parcel from their depot in Southampton, or pay to have it mailed back to me, or the goods will be destroyed. I will use Parcelforce direct next time.

Parcel still not collected. After the 3rd attempt of collection through parcel monkey support, the parcel still hasnt been collected.

Parcel still not collected. Contacted support which the parcel has been rebooked 3 times!!! still no collection from Royal Mail. Never usually have an issue, yet support dont seem to be bothered.

my parcel was collected on Monday 2/03/20 and was in Liverpool on 3/03/20 and delivery was attempted twice but no card was leaf at the address informing customer that the parcel was in Parcelforce depot in Huyton ----- 48 hour delivery? --- mobile number of customer was provided but no-one contacted him --- Parcelforce are a total disgrace

Read terms and conditions carefully. I paid for next day heavy item delivery and it arrived damaged a week later after being lost in Middlesbrough depot. They would not process my claim against damage (which to be fair was the fault of the courier) and even worse they refused to refund my fee even though I specifically paid for next day and wasted three days sat in the house only for nobody to turn up. They wriggled out of it by stating some underhand sentence in their disingenuous ts and cs which nobody bothers reading anyway and this is how they get you, by being snide and dishonourable. I would have gone to small claims as these terms are clearly do not conform to the consumer contract regs (product not as described and time frame of delivery unreasonable for service purchased) but it would have cost me a further 25 quid and I just dont have the time. Ive decided to call their disgraceful treatment of paying customers on a few review platforms and also share my experience with the 30 plus thousand followers on the social media pages I manage. Do yourself a favour and avoid.
